WZCW Discussion Thread

I spelled Nolan Ryder as Noah Ryder by accident. I corrected my mistake.

Unfortunately, Killjoy used my accidental spelling for the graphics too.

It is Noah Ryder. The first app I sent you guys had Nolan, but I decided to change it to Noah on my last one. FalKon I've meant to correct you since the power rankings came out. So the graphic is right.

Killjoy, since I've changed by character picture to Tye Dillinger, could you be so kind as to update my roster page. Please and thanks.

Popping in because I want to be cool.

Red Skull, check your inbox plz. Thanks :)

Awesome AS show btw guys. Could get used to seeing one WZCW show a week. Is it time for MD or AS to be the sole show and be moved to "three" hours?

Probably not anytime soon. We want to hit the AS 100 milestone after KC. However, I did make a passing mention a round ago in the back that it's almost to the point where we could get away with just doing one show. Hopefully the numbers spite that and climb up, if only by a little bit. We are right on the line of being too big for one show and too little for two shows consistently (without them being 3-4 match shows).

I think one problem with only doing one show is that it leads to a lot less happening in one round with us only have a single show to build stories.

Having an MD and AS allows us to spread things out.

I knew I wasn't going crazy!

Yeah I had thought of that too. Worst case scenario, I'd see it going down to only Meltdown, but hopefully we stay around where we are at or get a few more people. :)

100% agree on Ascension needing to make it to its 100th edition. If we did have to narrow it down to just Meltdown by then, I'd suggest Meltdown as the main show but keep Ascension for the rounds that there would have been a "Supershow" and brand those as Ascensions. That way there would be something to separate the Meltdowns from the couple of Supercard rounds we have that are non-PPV. With our two biggest PPV cycles coming up hopefully our numbers climb up a bit again so that this wouldn't even be a concern.

I'm looking forward to participating this event, and getting a chance to debut vs an established veteran(assuming Logan wins vote of course lol) Either way, chosen or not, I'm glad to be a part of what seems to be a great fed.

Vote Logan McAllister

I'm excited for you. It's always nice to bring in new people. If you don't get voted-in, don't get discouraged. Next round is the roulette round. You could actually end up with a world title shot if your luck lines up right.

Yea no worries. I know I'm the long shot as the newbie lol. My goal is to make an impression regardless of whether I'm voted into the match or not.

If you guys are bored, I just noticed an amusing coincidence in the Members List. Sort it by Post Count and see if you can find it.

I found an interesting stat for all of you rookies out there. Actually, this stat is for anyone who has been in the fed for awhile with marginal success (at least in the area of accolades).

Matt Tastic (Killjoy) debuted in December 2009. After five years of coming up empty handed, he won four awards from the 2014 EOTY Awards. Five if you count his best RP award (I credit it to the handler, not the character, in my records). He also won his first world title.

Look to Matt Tastic as a sign of what you can accomplish if you stick around and hone your craft. Look to Killjoy as a model example of putting in hard work to see it finally pay off. Not only has he displayed his work ethic and dedication to the fed in his RPs, but he also has during his stints on creative. It may take you 5 years (hopefully not), but you'll eventually get to the top if you stick with it.

My apologies for being a bit MIA recently, had some personal shit going on. Things are slowly taking shape though, finally read through the SuperShow, looking forward to Unscripted, should be a hell of a war on several areas of the card.

It happens to the best of us, man. Don't sweat it. Looking forward to seeing what you have to offer for your title shot!

We've got only a few votes in so far and the majority have been from the newer/returning guys of the fed (thanks guys). I'd like to see some more of the regulars have their votes submitted as well before the Tuesday voting deadline.
