If you ask before Sunday they'll give it to you. It's to stop deadlines from being treated like a joke, which they were for a time with one round having literally half the people not hit the deadline.

I'm not upset or anything about not getting an extended timeframe. Rules is rules. Hopefully I get a good match out of it and the chips will fall wherever they do.

If you ask before Sunday they'll give it to you. It's to stop deadlines from being treated like a joke, which they were for a time with one round having literally half the people not hit the deadline.

Also, it is stated in the first post of the Extension Thread:

1. Please make the request by Sunday, or at least as soon as you can. We post boards on Tuesdays and that gives you at least 5 days to sort your schedule out. Most requests for extensions that come on the day of deadline will be denied.
