I know of Madoka. I haven't watched it. The next small anime that I watch will likely be Umineko, since I've taken a liking to Bernkastel.

I wouldn't say that I don't know much about her as a character, as I know a little [what I know about her powers is thanks to Outskirts.] I just haven't seen the anime; but thanks for the recommendation. Nanoha is boss if you haven't seen that.

Since you like mecha I'd recommend either Vandread or TTGL.

On a side note, somebody should seriously give Shotaro and Doc a radio show. They'd make perfect radio show hosts and be far more entertaining than most of the hosts on the radio these days.
