Yeah basically it's the concept of concentrating on something so hard it actually comes to exist. I've come across it studying the neo pagan religions as well though without an actual name for it, in fact pick any ritual for magick written in books and they include "now focus on your intended goal for the ritual" in some way or manner. It's not so much the steps of the ritual does anything, but rather focusing your mental on the task and the goal that you want. It creates an expectancy of something happening in regard to that goal, so even getting a slight signal that the ritual succeeded (such as a good luck ritual and you win a prize in a drawing a few days after) then in that person's mind it has come to exist.

Perhaps not an actual "physical object" but the concept is about the same. You focus your mind so much on creating something and it comes to fruition. I'm not 100% sure on how literal the creation of a physical object is supposed to be. There is also people out there that use Tulpa Forcing which is essentially forcing your mind to hallucinate and create a sentient being that is tied to you (think imaginary friend only you focus so hard on visualizing this being that you are able to see and interact with this being). Others take it another way and use this Tulpa Forcing technique to essentially create a world with their mind. That's a technique I've never tried, but I'm assuming it's about as difficult as conscious astral projection which require a lot of practice and effort to achieve. Some monks have said that it was due to Tulpa Creation that lead to the world/universe being born.

Awesome; this is actually going to be the center to this RP. This is what happens when you watch Supernatural at one in he morning.

This has been the happiest I've been so far with churning out an RP. It has a developed story, it has something tying my prologue into the interview, and it has that right amount of everything I'm looking for my character to be
