Its a city about an hour to two hours from the Canadian border in North Dakota. If you look at the event schedule that's where the shows took place at The Ralph which is a phenomenal arena. I also went to college at UND in Grand Forks for a year. So yeah I figured that speech would be perfect to take place in my home state.
