WZCW Discussion Thread

Two out of three people used 'zed' in the podcast is throwing me off. I'm completely aware that's how it's done outside the states, I just never do get used to it.

Also, I'm totally going to just LD it here. Blade style. Though probably not nearly as amusing as that.

I was completely thrown back and forth between this. I normally use 'zed' when referencing the letter, but to me, W "Zee" C W flows so much better than W "Zed" C W, so I normally use that. Hearing Shotaro use "Zed" made me force it out in the beginning and then I just decided to stick with it.

It was really a lot of fun to do, aside from the small connection problems, most of which occurred on my end. I want to thank Doc and Shotaro for having me on the first podcast. They are a really great pair to host this type of broadcast and I look forward to hearing their future ones. I'm not going to lie I felt nervous as shit in the beginning, and practiced during the day for it like I was Ken Shamrock preparing to be a guest referee. It's good to know I didn't kill it for them, and I'm pumped to hear from Ty Burna in two weeks time.

Listening to what I missed now. Thanks for the kind comments guys about Carnival of Carnage.

Also I woke up my dog by how hard I was laughing at the Joe Mason all-stars app story. Needless to say my dog is pretty pissed right now.

Really, really appreciated the put over, guys. Legitimately happy you guys enjoy the gimmick, but I want to see what Threash comes up with for our match.

Though Lavender Town Syndrome may be reappearing

Just finished the podcast and that was well worth my time. I take back my comment about it being too long cause it was fun listening to stories of the good ole days in WZCW. Makes me wish I've been around longer than I have.

Looking forward to the next one with Ty.

I'm picking up a friend at the airport now, but when I get back, I'm heading straight to the faculty with my headphones.

Well, that's a new way to make fun of his name.
I'd imagine Thre-ash as an alternate timeline version of Thrash, who has a buzz-cut underneath his cowboy hat and sings country blues. That'd still be cool...

Harrys:Ladies and gentlemen, weighing in at 246lbs ('cause he'd have a bit of a gut), all the way from the Mississipi Delta, it's Threeeee-ash! Yeee-haw!

Finished the podcast. Only took twice as long as its actual length thanks to frequent interruptions from my very stupid dog. Excellent show all around though, I've already repped everyone but it's awesome that we've got something like this now. I can't wait to hear Ty in two weeks...and maybe make an appearance myself some day?

His wrestling gear could be jeans, a plaid shirt and brown cowboy boots!

I had to leave. I was trying to listen to it on mobile, but I couldn't. The chat was great though. We were all just being silly and having -- I look forward to the next one.

I listened to the entire thing on mobile and I was moving around constantly: I had no issue apart from draining my battery life.

If Carnival of Carnage don't have a tag match next round...
But why wouldn't you, though? Tag-team match, playa! I'm sure you guys'll be out there, dispensing carnage in big helpings... Hola-hola!

Don't come back as a tweener whatever you do. All the momentum of a return will disappear. Decide on a solid gimmick and stick to it. Make your mark in those rounds.
