I find Nintendo builds their systems to last. I have a Gameboy Advanced and a Gamecube that work just fine despite over a decade of sporadic use.

Me too... I'm also able to get some milage out of my old NES. 50/50 chance it works. Most of my games unfortunately don't work on it, but I was able to get my original Zelda to function

Babysitting, sounds fun. I miss being a babysitter for my niece and nephew until I actually have to babysit them and I think back to how frustrating it can be. Hit or miss really.

Eh, the NES has far fewer games worth replaying than the SNES. In fact, I can't really think of any besides Super Mario Bros. and the original Zelda. Is Zelda 2 on NES or SNES?

I'm going to try to post an introduction RP for my characters soon while we wait for LL. Of course, once I get off of work.
As for the old school talk. I still have an original Gameboy and Gamegear. And a buddy of mine has the "virtual reality" headset console thing, the name evades me. Real crummy. Also have an old dusty Atari somewhere.

I've got a bunch of old SNES and NES games on my Wii. One of the retro game shops had a old NES on sale for... get this... $50. I'm like da fuq? The machine looked pristine though.

Another title? 5 is perfect - any more and the company would be watered down. I've got my fingers crossed for another Eurasian or Elite X title tournament.
