So, when you have no idea what's going on, it's great. No wonder it gives me a headache.

It's more about atmosphere than anything else, it would be like listening to grateful dead without being high.

I have gotten rid of the concept of listening to the radio or tv music channels and instead inserted myself into the field of scanning my fav artists over YouTube and simply converting the songs I like into music files to download onto my iPod.

I've had it stashed away for some time.

I can't say that I hate the genre, because today there so so many different genres that aren't much different from the next that it all gets confusing. I remember when people would hear me listening to something like Daft Punk or Nostalgia or even some indie chip tune artists and they would look at me weird, but now those same people listen to stuff like Skrillex and Deadmau5. Just one of those things that is weird until it gets popular I guess. I shouldn't try critical thinking after going to the bar.

I'd say that would turn out to be fairly accurate.

You could take that a step more and say that most of the songs sound similar. Just me though.
