Funny thing is, I don't think Titus ever actually wore the belt he now owns and he was the one that introduced the new design in the first place. He debuted it, Vengeance stole it immediately, and then Vengeance won it for real at the following PPV.

I ain't got much dude....debut at Meltdown 51....beat Chris Beckford....wasn't at Kingdom Come...Started teaming with Sean Cruz....got injured...came back...lost Mayhem Gauntlet match at Unscripted...beat Sean Cruz at Aftershock 1....won Mayhem title at All-or-Nothing...

I love All or Nothing... after the event, it gives everyone a chance to re-start on a clean slate and everyone has a chance to become the World champion: either by the Lethal Lottery or impressing creative. Barbosa rose to World title contention during the LL cycle last year... this year, that could be you...

... except any current title holders other than the World champ... don't be greedy now.

Like Lee said, Polley got married so his time he could put towards WZCW was getting less and less. So he wanted to retire after losing the World Title so we wrote in a storyline where Vengeance agreed to the stipulation with Bateman. The night Vengeance won the ttle, Showtime hit me with his finisher off of the entrance stage and I disappeared for a couple weeks. I had been working with Vengeance previously in what we called The Dark Alliance. I came back when Vengeance had Showtime handcuffed to the ropes. I made it look like I was going to decimate Showtime, but I turned around and hit Vengeance with my finisher, turning me face.

Long story a bit shorter, we had the first ever HIAC match at Unscripted last year for the World Title. Kurtesy, Showtime, and myself qualified for the event. Towards the end of the match Kurtesy sent Vengeance over with an arm drag on top of the cell, and the roof collapsed. Vengeance and I then traded finishers until I locked him in the Final Seance. He "tapped" more on the lines of passing the torch than anything.
