It's a catch 22 I got stuck in during my last run, having a program makes writing interesting RPs easier, but you need to write a bunch of winning RPs before you get given a program.
My advice would be completely forget about the set in type advice of 'make sure to talk about your match/opponent', and write about something completely different. Forget the day job, have Skinner get blackmailed by a call girl or fall in love with a call girl or accidentally hit a call girl with his car. Nothing to do with wrestling, but it gives you a story to tell, and stories are interesting.
Not to mention that hookers equal ratings.
I doubt faces go for hookers...But, it's an intriguing idea nonetheless
