WZCW Discussion Thread

I don't think you understand how an elimination works. You've put Big Dave as last eliminated despite him having a no show.

I would argue that there is no distinction, but presumably both.

Oh, and I knew there was a reason I didn't like Skyrim.

Are grading RP's based on qulaity, storyline, or both?

Mostly quality but occasionally storyline plays a part in it as well. Although we're never told when storyline plays a part in it.

Also - Dave no showed? He said to me that Harthan would be posting it for him unless he never finished it?

I'm gonna assume people are seeing the bigger picture and want me to win Lethal Lottery from the #1 slot for a triumphant "doing the impossible" story.

Clearly. Yeah, of course. Oh shit, I hope those predictions are wrong.

At least when I was creative, it was 100% on quality.

This became something of a point of contention, as my fellows in those days will attest.

When I was helping run WZCW we based everything off of storyline and quality. I doubt things have changed that much.

I'll assume that, given that this happened 2 years ago, it won't be an issue if I put these details out here, but I can delete this post if it's a problem.

Anyway, there was a world title match we had going on at one point where all storyline dictated that Ricky should win, but Everest out RPd him. The storyline was not even a matter of consideration for the rest of creative, and they agreed that Everest should win. I disagreed, arguing that we should give the win to Ricky and reward Everest with a future good storyline and title run, but not disrupt our current plans. It was an argument I lost, suffice to say ;). (I may have mixed up Ricky and Everest - it's been 2 years).

I imagine this philosophy is still held, given the composition of the top of creative.

We had the opposite happen three years ago when my team defeated the Devilspawns despite Reaper having the better set of RP's. I guess it does depend on what direction creative wants to take.

If my history is correct, pretty much everything on creative changed in the interim period there, so it's understandable that the philosophies would be quite different.

This Fed has gotten so much support from the forums over time it's ridiculous. When we restarted it back in 07 practically half the regulars at the time signed up with characters even if they had never fedded before. I have never seen something like that on any of the other wrestling forums I've visited before.
