Speaking of purty mouths; would killing an animal in a RP be held along the same lines of killing a man or attacking someone in a RP?

Not if you were hunting, but if you are doing like an animal sacrifice I would say no. But outside of cussing I always go with if you can't do it on T.v, you can't do it in your rp. Word from higher ups is needed though, I'm just a peon.

Could anyone give me a brief rundown on the history of KFAD prior to 2011?

I have heard some suggestions that Barbosa is technically the first successful cash in but I am not sure about that.

He is the first successful user of the KFAD.

Ricky booked himself to win the first one but won the belt without using it. Corey Payne won the second but left before he could use it. Payne was taken out by Vengeance and Ty who were the next two world champs.

There is nothing wrong with being an angry face Nsl, you can use that as ammo in your rp. It's actually a good focus point for an rp, talk about how you train your ass off and still get dissrespected. I know you use a smaller charicter, talk about how everyone looks down on the underdog. Stuff like that, nothing wrong with an edgy face. All faces aren't respect this, and rainbow sugar pops. Get gritty if you have to.
