Two people get paired to go against each other. The objective of the game is that you have to try to guess a certain wrestler that fulfills certain clues given by an independant judge (KB), based on a given category like world heavyweight champions or crusierweight champion for example. (These competitors must be from the four major wrestling companies NWA, WWE, WCW and TNA)
It begins by one guy "wagering" how many clues he will be able to guess the correct answer with. The other guy then has the oppertunity to lower their wager to a number of clues one less than theri opponent e.g. the first wager is 6, the next is then 5.
This continues until one person elects the other to recieve the question with the last number of clues they wagered, e.g. if it goes down to 3, the person elected has 3 clues to guess the superstar. The question is asked then in this format:
Category - World heavyweight champions
Clues: - Was a grand slam champion with the world heavyweight belt being their last one.
- Formed a tag team that lasted over 2 years.
- Appeared in at least 2 major companies.
The person who wagered three clues must attempt to guess the subject. If they are correct they gain a point and if the are wrong the opposing player gains a point. This continues until one participant has enough points to meet the target set at the start of the game.
There may be multiple answers to one question in which case whichever answer was picked by the judge is the correct one. E.g. a correct answer to my example would be Kevin Nash or Bret Hart with Kevin Nash being the correct answer. In this circumstance even though Bret Hart fulfills the set criteria the answer is still wrong and the opponent still gains a point. Hence having more clues increases your chances of guessing the correct wrestler.
Sorry if that's a bit like reading through a monopoly manuscript but it's the best I could do.
