Bam Bam Bigelow is my favorite big man wrestler of all time. I always held out hope for a return. Brillaint wrestler. I never understood why he never recieved a huge push in WCW. His feud with Goldberg if booked better should have been pretty good. I know whay he wasn't pushed heavily in WWE, but that's a different story.

Overall a bad year for wrestling deaths.

It's hard to choose on which ones you want to be here still. I love Bam Bam Bigelow, but I mark out like no other for Chris Benoit.

The sadness of that whole situation. Benoit's brain being completely shot from years of physical abuse and concussions, that's terrible. Some people will call Benoit a monster, fine, be closed minded about it and accept everything the media feeds you. I on the other hand miss Chris Benoit and think that his loss will hurt the WWE in the long run most.

I will have to say Chris Benoit on the Basis that if he was still alive it would mean that the terrible tragedy that occurred never happened and he would have made CM Punk into a Legend with the feud they were supposed to have. He would have made every younger guy on the ECW roster better just by having matches with him. There is not much you can say on this because of the idea that if he isn't dead he wouldn't have killed his family.

All of the others on the list were retired from wrestling so it doesn't effect the Business too much. Unlike Chris Benoits death that may be the catalyst for the clean up of Pro Wrestling as a whole.

Chris Benoit, he was such an extraordinary wrestler that had a lot to give to wrestling, what he did was despicable, but that doesn't mean we don't miss seeing him kick ass in the ring.

I cried so much due to the death of Benoit. He was a guy I'd always respected, and especially due to the manner of hhis death, I was so confused. I also hate how the WWE have just pretended Benoit didn't exist. I don't condone murder, but his brain was messed up from years of substance abuse and concussions.
He was a terrible loss to the WWE, and someone who deserved so much more recognition than he got. I think his deat affected everyone in some way or another.

Chris Benoit - While I would prefer to watch Bam Bam, I think that Benoit's death had a bigger impact this year than anyone else. Obviously the circumstances created a huge buzz and Benoit was still a huge part of the wrestling business at the time of his death.

Chris Benoit. Since he wasn't retired yet the whole thing just had such a big impact on not only WWE, but wrestling as a whole. In a way, the business killed him.

If Benoit wasn't an option I'd choose Mike Awesome's suicide, simply because I feel he was the best big man ever and I loved to watch him do his thing.

I'll always miss Chris Benoit as he was one of my all time favourite wrestlers and an individual I use to look up to.

I actually have a Benoit story.

I live up in Canada and work at a radio station. A friend of mine had gotten an interview with Chris Benoit and she knew I would love to tag along. The day he was going to show up for the interview was on my birthday in late May and a day before Smackdown/ECW tapings.

I got up at about 6 in the morning, met up with my friend and eventually met Chris. He was such a nice and respectful guy. I asked about the Super J cup, Jushin Thunder Liger, an opponent he would love to face(in which he said Joe), Bret Hart and a whole bunch of others. I remember that day so vividly. The reason why I met him was simply so I can shake his hand and tell him how much I admire and respect him. In turn he was so thankful and touched. I still have a picture from that day that I will never get rid of.

It was about three weeks later to that date that the incident occurred. Wrestling just hasn't been the same since that horrible day and though there are so many questions unanswered I will always miss Chris Benoit.

It's hard to separate things like this, but the circumstances around Chris Benoit's death were just so shocking, coupled with the fact he was still much more visible than the others. No disrespect is intended to Bam Bam, Sherri, Moolah, Awesome or anyone else who passed on this year.
