Makes no sense whatsoever. Through little fault of their own, I'm done caring about the Wyatt family. I don't know why creative doesn't realize that Harper is probably top 5 most versatile guys on the main roster. I don't care if he's already 35, thats all the more reason to utilize his ability and size now rather than completely wasting this guy. They had a chance to make him look strong and somewhat like a worthy opponent for Lesnar in Toronto but now I'm guessing this will just be an all out squash match
It's simply mind blowing to me what we witnessed at FastLane.
The Wyatt's have lost all credibility in any realistic storyline going forward. They are permanently squashed after they weren't even put over against 2 senior citizens and a piece of garbage like Ryback.
For this call and this call alone, Vince should be put down and forced to retire from the final decision making.
And i swear, if this pathetic writing crew gives us Brock Lesnar vs Wyatt's at WrestleMania 32 after what we witnessed last night I am going to freak out over their complete B.S.

Prepare to freak out. Other than Ambrose vs Lesnar I don't really see any other opponent for Lesnar at Mania, the fact that the card for the March to WM event in Toronto reads "Brock Lesnar with Paul Heyman vs. Luke Harper with Bray Wyatt" leads me to believe Wyatt or Wyatt's v Lesnar is set for Mania. I share your disbelief and frustration, if ever there was a time to let these guys go over at PPV it was last night.
Its really too annoying for me as I am a big Bray Wyatt fan. His three giants just lost to a team which wasnot even a regular one. I think bookers of Bray Wyatt & Wyatt family need to introspect a lot. They are gonna lose a main event potential guy by making his squad a jobber one.
As for the interest, I will be invested in Bray till the end of Wrestlemania 32 and if situation remains this worse, I am gonna have no-care attitude for these 4 guys(Out of which I think 2 are ultra-talented) all because of their booking.
They push Reigns continuosly when he isnot getting cheers but keep ignoring a potential maineventer in Bray. Man, Give 1/2 of Reigns' booking to Bray and see the awesome effects.

Imagine how those guys must feel, especially the original three. They've worked hard for three years and pretty much all there is to show for it was Bray vs. Taker and Harper's very short IC reign. Now Strowman comes along and seems destined to be pushed despite having substantially less ability than all three of them, because he has "IT" whatever the hell that even means to Vince and the dingbats writing this stuff. Now on top of all that they get jobbed out to a random team at Fastlane..after being beaten and ran off by them on Raw. Boy I'm really excited to see them take on Lesnar ..wtf

Funny you should mention Cesaro, I almost threw his name in there too as someone who's been a victim of not having "it" and poor booking. Watching those matches Cesaro and Harper had in Chikara is frustrating knowing that Harper has been a jobber at best since the family regrouped last year and Cesaro is just, ya know...a boring guy who just happens to be one of the best athletes they have.
Right. These guys had awesome matches. Recently I saw Ambrose VS Harper in CZW in a extreme rules match and I loved it. Those saying Ambrose isnot a good in-ring worker surely need to see this stuff. Not to mention that Ambrose in WWE has been a sidekick of Reigns for most of his career in WWE. Harper had awesome matches with Ziggler which involved Intercontinental title. Honestly speaking, these guys are included as part of best in-ring workers for me. Not to forget Owens, AJ and Zayn.

Those Ziggler matches were pretty good. Harper's put on great matches with pretty much everyone they've put him in the ring with, he had some great stuff with Daniel Bryan in that Wyatt's/Bryan feud and some good matches with Cena and Jericho. Watching AJ's first few matches, one of the first things I thought was 'man I bet AJ and Harper could have some great matches'. They could make the midcard very entertaining around the IC title with all those guys you mentioned and some of The Bullet Club guys if/when they come to the main roster, probably just wishful thinking on my part to think Harper would be a big player in that picture but we can dream I guess
Exactly these awesome guys can do the same thing to the mid-card and upper mid-card what John Cena did with US Open Challenges. These guys with their quality matches can make things interesting and really make the IC Title credible and secondary to World title rather than just being there.
As for dreams, I do dream of Cesaro and Dean Ambrose becoming WWE World Heavyweight Champions. Also for Bray. I am fully doubtful about dream being true including Cesaro, Ambrose, Bray etc. First I was sure about Bray but no more. Yay these dreams especially Cesaro one would never be true realistically.

The Wyatt Family is starting to come across as more wacky than spooky. They're less like the family from Wrong Turn and more like The Munsters.
Not only did they lose at Fastlane, but they shrugged it off and didn't do anything because of it. That's what jobbers do, they wander to the back after their loss while shaking their head. Meanwhile, the winners of the match revel in their easy victory. I saw a bunch of jobbers get crushed under the weight of three guys who were on the fringe of jobber status at the time. No outrage or anything, they just accepted their defeat and disappeared.
Maybe it was all penance for what might be a big win for one of them later on, but those kinds of wins are usually given away on tv. With all this talk about Braun vs Undertaker and Bray vs Brock, I'm really not feeling the idea that Braun or Bray can sell tickets for either of those matches. Bray is looking like he'll put up as big a fight as Kofi, and Braun is looking like he'll go down like Giant Gonzales.
I think the WWE has convinced me to not give a damn about the Wyatt Family. I'm not sure why they would want to do that, but que sera sera.

I'm still in shock they dropped the fastlane match last night. Whoever booked that should be taken out behind the shed, and while they are at it take Kevin Dunn out there.

There is a perfect opportunity here. Wrestlemania, Bray Wyatt, Harper, Stroman and Rowan vs Big Show, Mark Henry, Kane and The Undertaker.
Everyone expects another Wyatt feud loss , ho hum they barely pay attention to the match. Team Taker make the heroic comeback after 15-20 minutes have gone by and pin Rowan with a spiked Tombstone Piledriver. Fans react, good pops from the crowd as The Brothers of Destruction have ousted The Wyatt Family yet again.
But wait.....
The lights go out, four flames light up around the ring. After visual effects lighting show all the fireflies converging towards the flames... when they come back on, Taker and pals are standing in the ring, but The Wyatts are now surrounding the ring all with masks on, they have flaming two-by-fours in hand. They unleash a holy hell of a beating. After the two-by-fours are all broken, they light up tables on fire and send them though it. The ring catches fire on one side sending a panicked crew to extinguish it...the beating goes on for a disturbing 15 minutes as Bray Wyatt's ( in a crazy devil mask) has hit his Sister Abagail twice on each guy while the others lay the boots to them. Dozens of officials rush in and try to seperate The Wyatt Family from Taker's Pals but they keep destroying everyone, including security. There's smoke, bodies all over the ring and ramp...and The Wyatts stand in the middle....the lights go out and they vanish.
RESULT : Big Show has to retire from injuries sustained in the beating. Mark Henry has to retire from multiple injuries sustained in the beating. Kane has to retire from the multiple injuries sustained. No word from The Undertaker, but retirement gossip is swirling because he sustained heavy injuries as well.

Yeah that just jobbed on a PPV to Big Show, Kane and Ryback in 2016...the gimmick is dead. Now can we move to the next chapter of their careers and have them become the wacky dancing, party loving troupe they were always destined to become?
Even when they won in the rematch, it was because Ryback walked out.

Harper can be Duke the Dumpster Droese's son Luke, Strowman can be Snitsky II and Rowan can be a reboot of the Berserker.
I really think the Wyatt family is a great measuring stick for how inept, bland, boring and semi-crazy the WWE creative team has become. It's also a good barometer for how dumb they think the fans are.
Their inability to put this group over and really play on their gimmick in some compelling way speaks volumes.
But beyond that, if they throw them into some sort of meaningful feud after having them fall to Show/Kane/Ryback then they think we're all pretty stupid because you can't expect any sort of reality situation where fans truly believe something after Fastlane.
The bottom line here is that they either need to end it all and come up with something else or have the group do something so grotesque/shocking it echoes Attitude Era days.
As of now, they are fast forward material each week because it doesn't go anywhere.... it's 1) here's a random new target because they aren't in our group... 2) attack and beat them down... 3) a few Bray rants that are tiring and played out... 4) weird matched with random members of family vs rival... 5) PPV match where wyatt family loses.... wash rinse repeat.
Enough is enough.
