That's because they're not creative. Which is the de facto status of most wrestling bookers/creative writers.

Have him feud with his mentor William Regal in what could be Regal's last feud.

Have him feud with Alex Riley.

Have him do battle with a brand-transferred Cody Rhodes who proclaims him to be not Dashing. Seriously, how many viable heels on Raw can you name who aren't related to the Miz or Nexus?

Primo? Is he a face or a heel or is he whatever the WWE wants him to be any given week?

Seriously, the only heel on RAW worth DBD's time right now, besides maybe Regal, is Tyson Kidd. He's a good wrestler and with that massive enforcer he could probably steal a few wins from DBD and make the feud pretty intense, but have DBD go over in the end.

I don't think creative has NOTHING for DBD, but it's clear he's not their biggest concern. It's obvious the Bellas pitched this idea not to help put over Bourne or DBD, but to give themselves some visibility.
