WWE: The rebirth

Hi guys, I just started working on my first attempts at booking and decided to try and recreate WWE in that wrestling giant it once was which everyone loved. I am not a big fan of hardcore wrestling and I will stick with the PG rating mainly because I believe that it is the booking which makes a show great not it's age rating. Anyways I will be working with RAW and Smackdown and will start from Summerslam using the card presented by WWE while making a few modifications to how I wanted things to go down. I will try to get the first show of RAW up as soon as possible. I'll use the same rosters that WWE currently have and try to make everything as interesting as possible. Feedback is appreciated

So without further ado and ranting, here's Summerslam:

SUMMERSLAM 2010​

Match #1: Intercontinental Champion Dolph Ziggler vs Kofi Kingston

Dolph Ziggler defeats Kofi Kingston with the sleeper hold. Nexus invade the ring via the crowd and take both competitors out of the ring! Barret grabs a mic and threatens Miz, saying that if he accepts to join Team WWE, he will get a one-way ticket on an ambulance!

Match #2: Divas Champion Alicia Fox vs Melina

Melina defeats Alicia to become the new Champion Laycool invades the ring and start hammering away on Melina. Layla grabs the Diva's Championship and hits Melina in the head. Mickie James suddenly runs down the ramp, sending Layla to the outside and hitting her DDT to Michelle. Mickie is back and helps the Diva's Champion to the back!!!

Match #3: StraightEdge Society vs Big Show

SES wins after all three man pile up on Show for the pin

Miz Promo

Miz does not accept to join Team WWE because he is above John Cena and he is Awesome!!!

Match #4: WWE Champion Sheamus vs Randy Orton

Sheamus wins after hitting the High Cross Powerbomb Miz appears with the Money in the Bank and hits Sheamus from behind with the case. Before he has a chance to cash it in, Morrison runs into the ring and hits Moonlight Drive and Starship Pain on his former tag partner.

Match #5: World Heavyweight Champion Kane vs Rey Mysterio

Rey Mysterio wins by DQ when the lights go out, Undertaker appears and the Brothers of Destruction double-chokeslam Rey. Undertakers bows in front of Kane

Team WWE(6 men) vs The Nexus

Justin Gabriel eliminates R-Truth
Bret Hart and Darren Young get both counted out
John Morrison eliminates Heath Slater
Skip Sheffield eliminates John Morrison
Michael Tarver eliminates Edge
Edge spears Cena to the outside in frustration.
Jericho goes backstage with Edge getting himself counted out
John Cena eliminates David Otunga
Miz comes out and hits Cena in the head with the briefcase
Wade Barret pins Cena

Nexus defeat Team WWE and The Miz joins them in a celebration

Daniel Bryan appears and Nexus retreat, leaving Miz alone with Bryan in the ring. Bryan takes Miz down and locks in the Cattle Mutilation. The show closes with Miz tapping as the crowd erupts.

Episode #1: Revelations and Consequences

*Burn it to the Ground*​

The fireworks go off in the arena as the RAW theme song is played and a video package highlighting Nexus’ victory over WWE and the return of Daniel Bryan is shown!

Michael Cole: Welcome to Monday Night RAW ladies and gentlemen! I’m Michael Cole alongside Jerry ‘the King’ Lawler and we are live from the Staples Centre in Los Angeles.

King: Last night in this same arena, we may have as well witnessed the collapse of the WWE! The Nexus defeated Team WWE after The Miz declined joining their team and they had to go into the match one man short. Then Miz attacked John Cena and crushed Team WWE’s hopes of even winning the match

Michael Cole: I’m sure Miz has a reasonable explanation for his actions but his chance to explain them were destroyed by a returning Daniel Bryan, who shouldn’t even be employed around here. He was a part of Nexus for god’s sake.

King: Hey, Daniel Bryan made the United States Champion and Money in the Bank winner tap out last night. Miz deserved it! I can’t imagine what the RAW roster is going to do to him tonight!!

*We are One*​

The 7 members of Nexus make their way out of the curtains and start heading for the ring, with some big smiles on their faces!

King: Speaking of the Nexus...

Michael Cole: There you have it King! Miz is not even coming down the ring with them. I’m sure it’s just a misunderstanding and what happened last night was all because he was threathened by Nexus.

King: Yea sure! That’s exactly why he did it! Come on Michael?!

Wade Barret gets a mic from Justin Roberts.

Wade Barret: Ladies and gentlemen, I want to introduce you to the 7 men who will be dominating Monday Night RAW from here on out! Last night we defeated a pitiful excuse of a team which couldn’t even stay on the same page for one night to try and be victorious. We would also like to offer a special thank you to the United States Champion the Miz, who has been helping us so much these past few months.

The crowd starts some heavy booing as the Nexus members couldn’t help but smile even more!

*I Came to Play*​

The Miz appears with his United States Championship and the Money in the Bank briefcase with a very happy look on his face!

King: Want to make another excuse now Michael?!

Michael Cole: This can’t be happening!! Miz is with the Nexus?!!

The Miz: That’s right. I SCREWED THE WWE!!!! Let me explain why I did it. For months I had to sit back in the first season of NXT with the worst rookie one could ever have and all I would was Daniel Bryan chants. Daniel Bryan?!!! Really?!!! Really?!! Really?!! So when I heard that Nexus was planning something for RAW which could possibly put them in the spotlight, I decided to help them out, just so I could convince them to get Daniel Bryan out of the group. It worked. Do you know why it worked? Do you? Because I’m the Miz....AND I’M....AWESOME!!!

The crowd is really booing the Miz now and various different chants have started for the Miz which are definitely not on the positive side for him.

*E-mail recieved*​

Michael Cole: Excuse me gentlemen, I’ve recieved an e-mail from the General Manager...and I quote:

GM: Miz, last night you made a huge mistake when you attacked John Cena! Now it is time for you to face the consequences. Tonight, in the main event of RAW, you will face the man who made you tap out last night...Daniel Bryan!!! It will be a lumberjack match, with the entire RAW roster surrounding the ring.

The crowd’s cheer are deafining now as Miz can’t believe what he just heard and is turning read!

GM: As for the rest of the Nexus, I can no longer sit back and watch them take over MY show! Tonight I will reveal myself in order to get control of the situation. Meanwhile, since Nexus won last night, they will be rewarded with a WWE Tag Team Championship Match! You must choose two members to fight now because that match is NEXT!!!

The crowd have started booing again while Miz is growing redder and redder and can’t believe what he has to go through tonight. Meanwhile the Nexus huddle up to choose who will fight for the titles as he go to a commercial break!

Michael Cole: Welcome back to Monday Night RAW live in the Staples Centre and Skip Sheffield along with Michael Tarver are ready to challenge for the WWE Tag Team Titles!

Justin Roberts: The following tag team match is scheduled for one fall and it is for the WWE Tag Team Championships. Introducing the challengers, representing Nexus, Skip Sheffield and Michael Tarver.

*New Foundation*​

Justin Roberts: And their opponents, from Calgary, Alberta Canada, they are the WWE Tag Team Champions being accompanied by Natalya, The Hart Dynasty!!!

The Tag Team Champions make their way to the ring and do their usual entrance before handing the titles over to the referee. Tyson Kidd will start against Michael Tarver!

Match #1: WWE Tag Team Champions Hart Dynasty vs Skip Sheffield and Michael Tarver

Tyson Kidd and Michael Tarver circle each other before locking up with Tyson quickly locking Tarver in a head lock. Tarver pushes Tyson into the ropes and the referee forces Tyson to break up the hold. Michael Tarver nails Tyson with a cheap shot, which forces Tyson to get the ref out of the way and start kicking Tarver in the hamstring. After a couple of kicks to Tarver’s legs, Tyson hits a big dropkick to Tarver, who immediately rushes to his corner and tags in Skip Sheffield. Sheffield gets into the ring and starts flexing his muscles. Tyson tags in David Hart Smith and the two powerhouses lock up, with Sheffield taking down Smith and stomping away on him to keep him grounded. After a couple of stomps, Sheffield gets Smith up and nails him with a snap suplex. Sheffiled quickly locks in a chokehold and Tyson starts rallying up the crowd who are in full support of the Hart Dynasty. Smith is able to get to his feet and starts hammering Sheffield with a series of elbows to the gut only to get hit with a T-bone suplex. Sheffield covers Smith. 1...2...Kick out! Sheffield tags in Tarver and Tarver starts stomping away with a little bit of trash talk. Tarver grabs Smith and charges him into the turnbuckle, hitting him with some shoulder blocks before climbing on top of him to start a classic series of punches. Hart suddenly grabs Tarver and powerbombs him to the middle of the ring and Tyson is going crazy. Smith is slowly stirring as Tarver is winching in pain with Sheffield begging for the tag. Both men make it to their respective tag partners and Tyson immediately takes control with a series of dropkicks which fail to get Sheffield off his feet. Tyson hits an enziguri which sends Sheffield to the outside. Tarver tries to take Tyson from behind but is anticipated and ends up on the outside next to his tag partner. Tyson climbs on top of Smith’s shoulders and hits a flying clothesline to the outside, taking both men out as we go to another commercial break!

*Commercial*​

As commercials end, Michael Tarver has Tyson in a bearhug and a replay shows Sheffield slamming Tyson’s back into the steel post during the break. As Tyson seems to be getting out of the bearhug, Tarver turns him over and hits a bodyslam before picking him back up and irish whips him into his corner. Tag is made to Sheffield and both men hit Tyson with a Double Suplex. Tyson is in a world of pain and Sheffield simply traps Tyson head on the bottom rope and starts choking the life out of him with his foot. Tyson is thrown back into the turnbuckle and another tag is made, with Tarver now hitting a very fast series of left and rights to Tyson’s gut before turning him over and putting him on top of the turnbuckle. As Tarver climbs up behind, Tyson starts hitting Tarver with a couple of elbows while also kicking away at Sheffield. Tarver is knocked off the turnbuckle and Sheffield falls off the apron. Tyson turns around and hits a missile dropkick to Tarver and the crowd is on their feet as Tyson crawls towards Smith. David Hart Smith gets the tag and enters the ring like a man on fire. He hits Tarver with a big clothesline, knocks Sheffield off the apron again, and then powerslams Tarver to the mat. Suddenly Darren Young runs down the ramp and starts arguing with the ref. Bret Hart comes down to a huge ovation and starts hammering away at Tarver. Amidst all the chaos, Sheffield recovers and hits Smith with a huge clothesline. Tarver crawls towards Smith and gets an arm over. 1...2...3!!! Tarver gets the 3 count while Sheffield goes down to held Darren Young.

Winners: Tarver and Sheffield via pinfall(13:14)

Justin Roberts: Here are your winners and the NEW WWE Tag Team Champions, Skip Sheffield and Michael Tarver.

Bret retreats to check on the members on the Hart Dynasty with Natalya while Young and Sheffield join Tarver in the ring for the celebration.

Michael Cole: Oh my god! We have new Tag Team Champions here! This is not good for the WWE.

King: The Nexus just proved once again how strong they are as a unit. They’ve got the Tag Titles now. What else can happen tonight?

Michael Cole: This is nothing!! Miz could lose the U.S title tonight. His chances of retaining are slim to none.

King: Are you seriously still a Miz fan after what we have learned?!!

Michael Cole: I certainly don’t want to see a goofball like Daniel Bryan with the United States Championship!

King rolls his eyes as we are taken backstage with Todd Grisham!

Todd Grisham: Hello Ladies and Gentlemen, my guests at this time, The Rated R Superstar Edge and Chris Jericho.

The crowd automatically starts booing at the mention of the two men who turned on Cena last night.

Todd Grisham: Guys, why did you do what you did to John Cena last night?

Edge: Todd, sometimes you really do make the most interesting questions!
You see, me and Chris believe that we are the top stars here on Monday Night RAW. We stole the show at WrestleMania, going as far as outperforming Shawn Michaels and the Undertaker.

Chris Jericho: Despite these facts, we have to play second fiddle to a guy like John Cena. Meanwhile all these parasites here tonight and all those hypocrites watching at home suck it all in and accept it like the tools that they are. We don’t care about Nexus. Actually I am quite proud of them because they are my creation.

Edge: If John Cena has a problem with what we did last night, he can face us like a man and someday he can prove to us why he is the top star and not us! Because by my calculations John, I have more World Titles than you; I beat you to end your first title reign and the last time we met...I WON!!

Edge pushed Todd out of the way as both men go down the hall.

Todd Grisham: We are going to commercials. Don’t go away! We will be right back!

*Commercial*​

Michael Cole: We are back ladies and gentlemen and it has been an interesting night thus far King.

King: Very interesting. The Nexus have the tag titles. I still can’t get over this.

Michael Cole: Well, things can only get bigger! Tonight, the anonymous RAW GM will not remain so when he reveals himself later on tonight.

King: And we have just got word that John Cena will have an announcement to make later on tonight. I wonder what Cena is feeling right now.

Justin Roberts: The following contest is scheduled for one fall!

Zack Ryder comes out to his usual reception of boos and a cocky strut down to the ring.

Justin Roberts: Introducing first, from Long Island New York, Zack Ryder!!!

*What’s up*​

The crowd erupt as R-Truth comes out singing his rap and asking what’s up. He gets into the ring and stares at the crowd.

R-Truth: Los Angeles...Wha....

Zack Ryder grabs the mic from Truth hand and, with a very cocky smiles, puts it to his mouth!

Zack Ryder: Woo!! Woo!! Woo!! You know it!!!

Some heavy boos have started for Ryder now!

Match #2: Zack Ryder vs R-Truth

Truth goes to lock up but Ryder quickly hits him in the face with a right. Ryder then follows up with a kick to the gut before launching Truth into the ropes and ducking to get ready for a back toss. Truth stops himself and kicks Ryder in the skull before hitting him with a couple of rights and then an inverted suplex. Truth now has the advantage as he launches Ryder into the ropes and takes Ryder down with an arm drag which he then follows up with an armbar. Ryder is in trouble as he tries to get out of the armbar. Ryder is finally able to counter Truth by getting his arm free and locking Truth’s head into a leg scissors. Truth quickly gets free and starts hammering Ryder with even more kicks and punches once again taking Ryder down. Truth goes up to the turnbuckle only for Ryder to follow him up and attempt a superplex. Truth is able to counter and hit an inverted suplex of the turnbuckle himself. Truth feels the momentum building and goes for a Scissor Kick to an awakening Ryder. Ryder counters and tries to hit the Ruff Ryder. Truth counters again and goes for the Lie Detector. Ryder ducks and Truth crashes to the mat. Ryder takes advantage and hits the Zack Attack. Ryder pins Truth 1...2...3!!!

Justin Roberts: Here is your winner...Zack Ryder!!!

Ryder looks extremely happy with the win, almost amazed he actually won!

King: That’s has to be a big win for Ryder, beating one of the 6 men who competed against Nexus last night!

Michael Cole: This could launch Ryder into the U.S title picture. Remember R-Truth is a former United States Champion.

King: You got that right! But right now, I think we better get ready! John Cena is set to make his announcement!!

Michael Cole: I wonder what is on John Cena’s mind after he was taken out by the Miz last night.

Justin Roberts: Please welcome John Cena!!!!

*My Time is Now*​

The crowd erupts as Cena’s theme music hits the speakers! However as the music plays on, John Cena is nowhere in sight.

Michael Cole: Is Cena coming out here or what?

King: Michael, we’re getting word of a commotion backstage.

The camera switches to the RAW locker room where John Cena is hitting Edge across the back with a steel chair. Jericho tries to intervene however Cena quickly turns around and hits Jericho in the gut before getting him up on his shoulders and hitting an Attitude Adjustement on to the same chair. Officials try to get Cena away from both men, however he tosses them aside and starts hitting Edge with his bare knuckles square in the jaw. Evan Bourne runs into the locker and tries to calm Cena down, but Cena instead hits Bourne with a low blow before hitting another Attitude Adjustement. There is chaos until Mark Henry and Khali finally grab Cena and throw him out of the locker room as the trainers attend to the three injured men.

Michael Cole: Has Cena gone crazy here? I’ve never seen that side of him before.

King: I don’t know what is going on but that loss last night must have really did a number on him.

Michael Cole: Well ladies and gentlemen, the show must go on as we have Divas action next here live on RAW!

Melina comes out to a huge ovation as the new Divas Champion. She makes her way over to ringside and heads for the announcer table to join Cole and King on commentary!

Michael Cole: Congratulations Melina on winning the Divas Championship last night!

Melina: Thanks Michael, but really the big story last night was the return of Mickie James. She will be back on Smackdown Friday and she told me she has plans for Laycool.

King: Well, we’ve got one hot diva sitting right next to us! Let’s bring out the others. Woohoo!!

Melina laughs while Cole rolls his eyes

Justin Roberts: Introducing first, the former WWE Divas Champion...Alicia Fox!

Alicia comes out and not wasting anytime rushes to the ring and stares down Melina from the top turnbuckle!

Justin Roberts: And her opponent, from Calgary, Alberta Canada...Natalya!!

Natalya comes out alone not in the happiest of moods since the Hart Dynasty lost the tag titles at the beginning of the show!

King: Man, Natalya does not look happy!

Match #3: Alicia Fox vs Natalya(Number 1 Contender Match)
Alicia starts the match with the usual trashtalking but Natalya does not look in the mood for any time wasting and immediately charges Alicia, sending her to the mat and hammering her with some punches before getting pulled off by the referee. Natalya gets him out of the way only to get tripped up by Alicia and falling neck first on top of the bottom rope. Alicia pulls Natalya to the middle of the ring and goes for the pin. 1..2..Kick out!! Alicia makes an angry gesture at the ref before starting to stalk Natalya. Alicia goes for the Kick but Natalya ducks and kicks her right in the jaw sending her stumbling into the turnbuckle. Natalya starts hammering away again before hitting Alicia with some shoulder charges. Natalya gets Alicia up on the top rope and hits a Superplex. Natalya goes for the cover. 1..2..Kick out!! Natalya grabs Alicia by the hair and hits her with a bodyslam and the crowd are now fully behind Natalya. Natalya once again gets Alicia up and hits her with a huge powerslam before suddenly grabbing Alicia’s legs and locking in the Sharpshooter. Alicia taps out!!!

Justin Roberts: Here is your winner and the new number one contender...Natalya!!

Natalya steps over Alicia and exits the ring without a word.

King: Well that was an abrupt exit! I wonder if she even realises she’s going to Night of Champions?

Michael Cole: Thank you for joining us Melina. We are going to another commercial break! Don’t go away as Sheamus is set to make a statement!

Michael Cole: Welcome back to RAW as the WWE Champion is in the ring!

Sheamus is in the ring with the WWE Championship on his shoulder. He has a sly look on his face, obviously excited over beating Randy Orton!

Sheamus: I don really ‘ave much to say other than...I tol’ ye so! The ony way to kill a snake is by cuttin’ its head off. Las’ nigh’ I dropped Rany on ‘is head and jus’ like that I proved that I can beat Rany Orton. Tonigh’ I’m celebratin’ so I’m takin the nigh’ off but I jus’ got word that Edge and Jericho were hurt tonight after that attack by John Cena. Fella’ I thank you for hurtin’ them! You see, because ye still can’t have a match wit’ me! You had yer chance but I came out victorious! So with the top contenders gone from the list, I reckon someone new will get a title shot! Let me tell ye somethin’ fella! Whoever ye are, I will always be the breakout star!

Wade Barrett appears alone on the stage with a mic in his hand to the boos of the crowd!

Sheamus: Ah Wade, congratulation on yer victory las’ nigh’! The truce turned out to be a good idear!

Wade Barrett: Funny you should meantion that truce Sheamus. You see, I ‘ve decided to halt it as of right now!

The crowd suddenly start cheering as Sheamus’ eyes go wide in disbelief!

Wade Barrett: You just called yourself the next breakout star! You see, I have a problem with that moniker. I was the winner of NXT Season 1 and as the winner I was promised a WWE Championship match, which I was stripped of after the attack on John Cena. Now I just met with our General Manager backstage and he told me that since we won last night, I get my title match promise back...at Night of Champions!

Sheamus: Wai’ a minute fella. Since when did we agree that you can jus’ call off the truce? I never agreed to somethin’ like that! This is totally unfair fer me!

Wade Barrett: Actually Sheamus, we never agreed to anything like that and besides, we only agreed to stop interfering in your title matches. Now it’s just you and me one on one in 4 weeks!

Sheamus: Do your really think you can beat me fella? I want to see you try!

Wade Barret: Oh I’m about to!

Wade starts walking down the ramp as Sheamus gets ready for a fight! However the other 6 members of the Nexus have just surrounded the ring and Barrett joins them, completely surrounding the WWE Champion! The brawl starts and Sheamus tries to fight his way through but the numbers are just too much and Sheamus gets beaten down before Otunga chokeslams him to the mat. Sheffield stars stalking Sheamus as Tarver and Young get the Champion up so he can get clubbed with a vicious clothesline! Barrett lifts up the champion on his shoulders and hits the Wasteland while Gabriel climbs to the top and hits the 450 splash.

*I Came to Play*​

The Miz comes out with a referee in tow with the Money in the Bank briefcase as the Nexus members put Sheamus in the middle of the ring.

Michael Cole: Miz is going to cash it in!!! We are going to have a new WWE Champion!

King: Oh come on!! Don’t tell me this is how Miz is gonna get the title! He’s already betrayed the roster.

Miz gives the briefcase to the ref, who is trying to revive Sheamus for the match. David Otunga takes the mic!
David Otunga: Miz we just wanted to say how important a role you have played these past two months! Getting the rest of inside the arena on the first night then convincing us to get rid of Daniel Bryan! It was pure genius!

Wade Barrett: So Miz, in light of all this, we don’t really need you anymore!

The Nexus suddenly start surrounding the Miz, who has just realised what a grave mistake he has made. Nexus start beating down the Miz and dish out the same fate they gave Sheamus a few minutes ago! Once Gabriel hits the 450 Splash, Tarver goes on the mic!

Michael Tarver: Welcome to the new era of the WWE!

The Nexus leave the ring, with the battered and broken bodies of Sheamus and the Miz left lying in the centre of the canvas! Medical staff come down and soon both men are taken out on stretchers!

Micahel Cole: Does this mean we have no main event tonight?

King: Apparenly so, I doubt Miz will even recover in time. But the real question is whether Barrett will actually get his shot at Night of Champions!

Michael Cole: Well ladies and gentlemen its been an intense night thus far but everything is in total chaos right now! We have yet to hear from Randy Orton, John Cena is definitely not in the best of moods while Edge and Jericho are hurt.

King: Well, let’s just go to Justin Roberts with the next match of the night!

Ted Di Biase comes out with the stunning Maryse holding his right arm and the Million Dollar Championship around his waist.

Justin Roberts: Introducing first, from West Palm Beach Florida, being accompanied by Maryse, Ted Di Biase!

Evan Bourne comes out to a huge ovation but appears to have a hurt arm due to the backstage brawl!

Justin Roberts: His opponent, from St.Louis Missouri, Evan Bourne!!!

Match #4: Ted Di Biase w/Maryse vs Evan Bourne
The competitors circle each other before Di Biase gets behind Evan and takes him down before locking in an armbar on the high flyer. Evan is able to kick Di Biase in the face to release himself. Bourne goes for a high knee but Di Biase gets behind Bourne again and hits a back suplex. Bourne is again caught in the armbar submission but this time Di Biase makes sure he secures Bourne’s legs. Bourne stars fighting through it and is able to get to his feet. Bourne uses the free arm to elbow Di Biase in the face before hitting him with a kick to the side of the head. Bourne climbs the top rope and waits on Di Biase to get to his feet and hits a flying crossbody. 1...2...Kick out! Bourne keeps the pressure on Di Biase now kicking away at Di Biase’s chest. Bourne goes out onto the apron and goes for a springboard clothesline but Di Biase is able to get out of the way and counter Bourne with a backbreaker. Pin. 1...2...Kick out!! Maryse starts taunting the fans as Ted is back in control of the match. Di Biase gets Bourne up and goes for a suplex but is countered with a head scissors. Bourne hits two kicks to Di Biase’s chest before hitting a big dropkick sending Di Biase to the outside. Bourne charges to the outside and leaps over the ropes but Maryse gets Di Biase out of the way and Bourne hits his head on the announcer table as we go to commercials!

Bourne is stuck in a side headlock in the middle of the ring as the crowd are trying to get Bourne back into it! Evan starts to get up but Di Biase slams him back onto the mat and goes for the pin. 1...2... Kicko out! Bourne is able to keep his resolve and get back to his feet. Di Biase goes for Dream Street but Bourne fights out of it and hits Di Biase with a gigantic kick to the head. Di Biase falls to the mat in a heap and Bourne goes to the top rope as the crowd is hyped up and get on their feet. Bourne hits Air Bourne but Maryse is distracting the referee. Bourne has the cover but Maryse keeps the ref busy. Bourne goes to interject and starts arguing with the referee. Maryse goes to check on Di Biase and hands him brass knuckles. Bourne goes to grab Di Biase but gets knocked out with the weapon. Pin. 1...2...3!!

King: I think so and he’s coming to reveal himself. Finally these fans don’t have to listen to you anymore than they already have to!

Shane McMahon comes out to a huge ovation and makes his way towards the ring. Shane gets into the ring and waits for the fans to quite down before he starts talking!

Shane: For 2 months, Monday Night RAW has been terrorized by the Nexus and after what happened to Bret Hart, I had to remain anonymous for my own safety. But this problem doesn’t really seem to be going away now that they have beaten the best that RAW has to offer. Now their invasion can now be blamed on one man, The Miz! Now he was just taken out by the Nexus so he can’t compete tonight but I was able to find a last minute replacement to face Daniel Bryan. As for the United States Championship, well, Daniel Bryan will face the Miz at Night of Champions!

The crowd once again start a Daniel Bryan chant.

Shane: Daniel, you better focus here tonight though, because you have a big obstacle ahead of you!

Shane leaves the ring as Daniel Bryan enters the ring and we go to commercials for the last time!

Main Event: Daniel Bryan vs Randy Orton

Michael Cole: Well ladies and gentlemen here we go with the main event! Last night Orton was pinned by Sheamus. Can Orton get back into the winning side of things against the rookie Bryan?

King: Rookie?! Come on Michael

The two men meet each other in the centre of the ring, staring each other down. The fans are ecstatic to see these two one on one against each other. Orton suddenly goes for the RKO which is countered by Bryan into an attempted crossface but Orton slithers out with a grin on his face. Finally these two lock up before Orton quickly kicks Bryan in the gut and lands some forearms to the face. Orton grabs Bryan and hits a suplex as the crowd cheers on. Orton now starts to circle Bryan and hit every exposed limb before finally stomping his neck and going for a cover. 1...2...kick out! Orton goes to the ropes and after bouncing off them jumps knees first on top of Bryan’s face. Another cover. 1...2..kick out! Bryan rolls to the outside for a breather but Orton is quick to follow suite. Orton grabs Bryan and irish whips him towards the steps but Bryan turns it around and Orton meets the steps. Bryan quickly sprints forward and knees Orton’s head, sandwiching him between knee and steel. Bryan goes back inside to break the count and comes back right out! He grabs Orton and smashes his face on the announce table before going back inside the ring once again. Bryan sprints towards the rope and bounces off them to deliver a suicide dive, smashing Orton against the announce table. This time Bryan sends Orton back into the ring and goes for a cover. 1...2..kick out! Bryan now goes to the top rope and jumps to hit a missile dropkick but Orton performs an incredible leap and is able to dropkick Bryan himself. Orton is back in it as he starts stomping away on Bryan before getting him back up and pushing him against the turnbuckle. Some more shots by Orton before smashing Bryan’s head on the turnbuckle padding. Orton then grabs Bryan from behind and hits his patented backbreaker. The crowd are on their feet now as Orton starts twitching. Bryan tries to get back into it but is clotheslined by Orton. Bryan right back up and Orton hits the scoop slam. Orton to his knees and he starts pounding the mat looking for the RKO. He goes for it but another counter from Bryan...CROSSFACE!!! Orton starts struggling in the middle of the ring. The ref is suddenly pulled out and John Cena hits the ref with a right to the jaw. Bryan releases Orton in sheer confusion. Cena gets into the ring and after a brief stare into Bryan’s eyes, he gets him on his shoulders and hits the Attitude Adjustement. Orton gets the same and Cena locks in the STF before some RAW superstars come out to restrain Orton and the ref calls for the bell. Cena is going completely crazy and is tearing through everyone trying to get to the two competitors.

King: What in the world has gotten into Cena here?

Michael Cole: King I have no idea this is the first time I have seen him acting like this.

Cena suddenly grabs a steel chair and starts taking out all the RAW superstars before being overpowered by Mark Henry and Kozlov. Shane McMahon comes out with a worried look on his face as the show comes to a close!

Thanks for the reply I kinda got everything done in a hurry because of personal reasons. I'll check it and edit anything out of the ordinary! What I'm trying to do right now is take what WWE currently has going on and try to at least remake them in a way I think could work well! Sorry about the Edge thing. Ye I was a little tired when I wrote those comments before so I am going to make a more in depth review now.
First I think it was a bit rushed how Nexus just won the titles so quickly; maybe you should have had them win a match on RAW then go onto the pay per view and possibly win them there. A nice promo from Edge and Jericho displaying why they turned on Cena at SS, they got their point across!
Are you considering pushing Ryder here? Don't really know what's up (get it?!) with this match, not that this is a bad thing by any means. Really cool how Cena just beat up everyone in his sight, both backstage and after the main event, realy cool idea man.
Natalya made make a great champion and her matches with Melina would be very interesting so good choice of a contender for the Divas Title. I like how Nexus just destoryed both the WWE and US champions, showing that they don't mix with anyone but themselves. Ted DiBiase stole a win from right under Evan's nose and that is just the way he should do it, maybe a US title is in his sights?
Kinda an anti-climax that it was Shane O as the mystery GM but you gave a good explanation why he remained that way.
Overall great first show and hope to read more! Repped!

The fireworks fly throughout the arena as WWE Smackdown goes live and the fans erupt in a chorus of cheers.

Todd Grisham: Hello ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Friday Night Smackdown! Alongside Matt Striker, my name is Todd Grisham and what a night we have before us Matt!

Matt Striker: It was an amazing night at Summerslam but more importantly for Smackdown as two important faces reappeared on the scene, Mickie James and the Undertaker!

Todd Grisham: Indeed a big night for both the Undertaker and Mickie James but what a night it was for champion Dolph Ziggler who defeated Kofi Kingston to retain the Intercontinental Championship!

Matt Striker: Thanks to the lovely Vickie Guerrero, Dolph Ziggler had a succesful match at Summerslam and I’m sure we will be hearing from the power couple again but right now lets go to our General Manager Teddy Long, who is in the ring with a very special announcement!

The camera pans to the ring where the General Manager is standing with a smile on his face.

Theodore Long: Welcome to Friday Night Smackdown just 5 days removed from Summerslam playas. Now its time to turn our focus on Night of Champions where every championship will be on the line and this brings me to announce the first match from Smackdown! Women’s Champion Layla, you better be ready, because you will be facing the same woman you met at Summerslam, Mickie James!

The crowd erupt with a Mickie chant and Teddy waits for this to die down before continuing.


Theodore Long: Now I haven’t forgotten that Nexus attacked two Smackdown stars after their match so I see it only fitting to get a little revenge by bringing those Tag Team titles over here to Friday Nights! Tonight we will have a number 1 contender’s match to determine who will face the new champions at Night of Champion as the Gatecrashers go one on one with the Dudebusters!

The crowd start booing obviously showing their dislike for both teams. Teddy takes off his glasses before continuing.

Theodore Long: Now on a more serious note. At Summerslam the Undertaker attacked Rey Mysterio and unfortunately this must mean that it was in fact Mysterio who attacked the Undertaker some months ago! In light of this, both men will face each other tonight in our main event...in a Casket Match!!!! As for the Undertaker’s brother, who is still World Heavyweight Champion, he will be defending his title at Night of Champions in a Scramble Match!

The crowd start cheering again as the two big announcements are made and they expect a big show tonight.

*Booyaka Booyaka*​

The small cheer suddenly turns into a huge ovation as Rey Mysterio appears on the scene, obviously not looking too happy about the GM’s decision. He makes his way to the ring with a mic in his hands, ignoring the fans at ringside.

Rey Mysterio: Teddy, I do not know what is up with the Undertaker but I did not attack him. That is not the way I do things around here and you of all people should know that. These people know I didn’t do it but if you want me to prove it to you, I will tonight because I am planning to put the man who cost me the World Title last Sunday in a Casket!

Theodore Long: Look playa, I do not know what is going on, and honestly, I don’t care! The show must go on so if you beat Undertaker tonight, then I will give you another shot at Kane next week here on Smackdown! As for the Scramble, tonight we will have four qualifying matches to determine who’s going to Night of Champions! Holla Holla Holla!!!

As Theodore Long exits the ring, the light go out and the gong sounds. They are back on and Undertaker is in the ring. He grabs Rey by the throat and hits a Chokeslam!!! Lights go out for another brief moment only for Undertaker to disappear once they are back on. Rey is left in the middle of the ring as we go to our first commercial!

Commercials end and Jack Swagger is in the ring for his qualifying match as the crowd has a lot of boos to dish out at the former World Champion!

Tony Chimel: The following contest is scheduled for one fall and is a Championship Scramble qualifying match!!! Introducing first, from Perry, Oklahoma, The All American American, Jack Swagger!!!

CM Punk comes out accompanied by his three StraightEdge Society members fresh off a win against Big Show!

Tony Chimel: Introducing his opponent, from Chicago Illianois, being accompinied by the StraightEdge Society, CM Punk!!!

Matt Striker: Here comes the StraightEdge Saviour and this match looks to be an amazing contest Todd.

Todd Grisham: Both men are former World Champions but we have yet to see them go at it one on one. This is our chance in the first qualifying match of the night.

Match #1: Jack Swagger vs CM Punk w/ The StraightEdge Society(Qualifying Match)

As soon as the bell sounds, Swagger goes around Punk and grabs him from behind! Punk is unable to wrestle out of it and Swagger is able to takedown Punk before continuing to apply pressure to the abdomen. Punk however, being versatile with his elbows, uses these to make Swagger release his grip allowing Punk to get back to a vertical base. Punk goes for a kick to the skull but Swagger ducks underneath it and is able to hit Punk with a german sulpex. Swagger now applies a rear chin lock on Punk looking to use submissions to keep control of this match. The StraightEdge society at ringside try to get Punk back into this thing however once Punk is able to get to his feet Swagger slams him back down. Swagger plays to the crowd with a big grin on his face. Punk rollls him over from behind for a pin attempt. 1...2...kick out!! Both men bounce back to their feet and Punk ducks a clothesline before springboarding off the ropes and hitting a flying clothesline of his own. Now it’s Punk with the submission as he applies an armbar on Swagger however the former World Champion shows some incredible strength by hoisting Punk on his shoulders, getting to his feet and turning it into a side slam, which forces Punk to the outside. Serena hands him a mic.
CM Punk: Swagger, Swagger, you have amazing potential. Give me this match and you can join my StraightEdge Society. Imagine how we can takeover Smackdown. Your daddy would be so proud of you for not giving in to the vices like most of these people here today!
The ref is currently at a count of 4 however Swagger simply stays in the ring staring at Punk. Once the ref reaches 8, Punk simply decides to get back into the ring and Swagger immediately goes back on the offensive. Swagger grabs Punk and hits a belly to belly suplex which sends Punk staggering to the turnbuckle. Swagger charges Punk but meets a pair of boots to his face. While Swagger tries to collect himself, Punk goes to the top rope and suddenly Swagger runs up there and tries to belly to belly Punk to the mat below. Punk uses his elbows to keep Swagger dazed then jumps over Swagger and hits a huge powerbomb. He goes for a cover. 1...2...Kick out!! Punk throws a look at the referee before going to the apron and starts stalking the All Amercian American. Punk jumps off the ropes but Swagger catches him and hits a big powerslam. Another pin. 1...2...Kick out!! Now it’s Swagger arguing with the ref. Swagger takes down his straps and gets Punk in position for the Gutwrench Powerbomb. Swagger hits it!!! Pin. 1...2.....Serena distracts the referee and Joey Mercury sneaks in behind Swagger, who just got back to his feet, and hits a low blow. Punk recovers and hits the Go 2 Sleep. Pin. 1...2...3!!!!

Matt Striker: And there you have it. The Pontif of Purity is going to Night of Champions. I wonder is this could be the beginning of dominance for the StraightEdge Society.

Todd Grisham: Well, Swagger was definitely impressive in this match but thanks to Serena and Mercury, CM Punk steals yet another win.

Matt Striker: That just goes to show you how loyal the Messiah’s disciples are Todd!

Todd Grisham: Well, we know now that CM Punk will be competing for that World Title but who else will get this opportunity. By the end of the night we will have a clear picture!

The camera pans backstage where Josh Matthews is standing by with a special guest.

Josh Matthews: Ladies and Gentlemen, introducing at this time, the Intercontinental Champion Dolph Ziggler!

Dolph appears next to Josh with the Intercontinental Championship on his shoulder with Vickie by his side.

Josh Matthews: Dolph, what are your thoughts about not having a qualifying match tonight because of your Intercontinental Championship?

As Dolph goes to talk, Vickie interrupts and decides to speak on his behalf.

Vickie Guerrero: Look Josh, Dolph is the biggest superstar in the WWE and it is unfair for him to not have an opportunity at the World Title. I mean, Dolph is going to have to waste another month just to defeat another inferior competitor to retain a title that he will never lose? As the Official Consultant of the General Manager, I am officially making a protest against Teddy Long for not including his best superstar in such a high caliber title match at Night of Champions.

Josh Matthews: Vickie, with all due respect, Night of Champions is about who walks out with the belts so it doesn’t hurt Dolph if he is able to retain his title on that night.

Vickie Guerrero: He doesn’t care about this championship because he is obviously above it now. Dolph here deserves a shot at the World Heavyweight Championship because he has beaten Kane before, and he can do it again whenever he wants!

The couple leave as the camera goes back to the ring with Tony Chimel.

Tony Chimel: And from North Carolina, Dashing Cody Rhodes!!!

Match # 2: MVP vs ‘Dashing’ Cody Rhodes(Qualifying Match)

MVP and Cody lock up before Cody grabs MVP’s arm and twists it around trying to take some early control. MVP turns it around and Cody is now trapped in the hold but then rolls over and grabs MVP from behind and quickly hits an inverted DDT. MVP rolls out of the ring to collect himself in the early going as Smackdown goes to Commercials.

Back to the match and MVP is hammering away at Rhodes with his fists at the turnbuckle. MVP climbs up the ropes and starts the 10 punch succession but Rhodes is able to grab MVP and hits a big Alabama Slam. Cover. 1...2...kick out! Rhodes grabs MVP and gets him to his feet and attempts Cross Rhodes. MVP counters it into a Northern Lights Suplex quickly into a pin. 1...2...kick out!! MVP now on the attack as he throws Cody into the turnbuckle and charges looking for the Player’s Boot. Cody gets out of the way and MVP’s boot meets the corner. Cody grabs MVP and goes for Cross Rhodes again. MVP fights out of it and flips Cody to the mat and locks in a Cross Arm Breaker. Rhodes start struggling in the hold but look like he is going to tap out. Drew McIntyre appears from the crowd and distracts the referee forcing MVP to break the hold. MVP takes out McIntrye with a big right hand but Rhodes grabs him from behind and finally hits Cross Rhodes. 1...2...3!!

McIntyre comes back into the ring and both men start hammering away at MVP. McIntrye hits the Scot Drop. Rhodes continues stomping away at MVP and then shakes hands with Drew before both men leave the ring, leaving MVP down and out!

Todd Grisham: Apparently both Rhodes and McIntyre are now working together. Can McIntyre get into the Scramble now though?

Matt Striker: I believe the Sinister Scotsman is just a few weeks away from that World Heavyweight Championship. All he has to do is beat Matt Hardy later on tonight.

LayCool appear with their two Women’s Championships, continuing their run as the Co-Champions.

Matt Striker: Here come my two favourite people!!

Todd Grisham: I wonder what they have to say now that Mickie James is back to the WWE.

Michelle McCool: Ok y’all so apparently Piggy James is back to the WWE! That’s ok, that’s ok. Layla, should we run her out again?

Layla: Mickie, if you came back for these belts, then guess what, your going to fail. Michelle, why is that?

Mickie James appears and has a big smile on her face as the crowd welcome back the former Champion.

Mickie James: I’ve been gone for a couple of months now, what I didn’t miss was you two running your mouths week after week. You guys talk a lot but I just don’t see you getting it done in the ring. So here’s the challenge. Since you are “Co-Women’s Champions” I challenge you both to a handicap match at Night of Champions for that same title. I think it’s time we have just ONE Women’s Champion again!

Layla: Mickie, do you seriously believe you can beat both of us? I’d be surprised if you can beat one of us.

Mickie James: You really think that huh? Well why don’t I just show you.

Mickie runs down the ramp and into the ring and starts hammering away at both Divas. Michelle goes to kick Mickie in the head but Mickie ducks and Michelle connects on Layla. With Layla down, Mickie grabs Michelle and hits her DDT.

Todd Grisham: Mickie James with a big return here on Smackdown, taking out both members of LayCool!

Matt Striker: A handicap match at Night of Champions; the same type of match where LayCool became Co-Women’s Champions. I hope Mickie is ready for a fight!

The camera pans to the General Manager’s office where Theodore Long is sitting comfortably in his seat. Vickie and Dolph enter the room!

Theodore Long: And what can I do for you two?

Vickie Guerrero: Teddy, as your Official Consultant I demand that you give Dolph here an opportunity at the World Heavyweight Championship!

Dolph Ziggler: What I don’t understand is why is Kofi Kingston getting a qualifying match when I just beat him at Summerslam?

Theodore Long: Look playa, you’re the Intercontinental Champion! Now Night of Champions is the only night of the year where all the championship gold in the WWE is on the line. Now if you want a qualifying match, then you’re gonna have to relinquish that belt right here, right now!

Dolph Ziggler: Are you kidding me?! No way am I giving up this belt! I took me an entire year to get this far in my career!

Vickie Guerrero: Dolph wait, if you’re in the Scramble, you’re obviously going to win because I’ll be there to help you. Teddy, Dolph Ziggler officially relinquishes the Intercontinental Championship!

Theodore Long: No no no!! Wait a minute. I think it should be the champion’s decision here. Now Dolph, do you agree to this? If you do, then I will set a qualifying match for you next week and cancel our last one tonight because of your victory at Summerslam, but mind you, it’s not going to be easy!

Dolph Ziggler: Vick, I hope you’re right about this!

Dolph hands the title to the General Manager and the Intercontinental Championship is now officially vacant!

Dolph storms out of the office and Vickie follows after sending a stern look at Teddy, who is now all smiles.

Todd Grisham: Will he still be her boyfriend after the match is the real question but right now it’s time to focus on Tag Team action as the GateCrashers face the Dudebusters next!

Match # 2: The DudeBusters vs The GateCrashers(winners face Nexus at Night of Champions)

Vance Archers starts the match off against Trent Barreta. Trent immediately goes for Archer’s legs but the big man sidesteps Barreta and delivers a giant Big Boot to the skull. He grabs Baretta by the throat and throws him to the other side of the ring allowing Croft to tag in to the match. Croft runs into the giant hand of Archer who hits big chokeslam. Archer grabs Croft from behind and sets him. He hits the Inverted DDT and tags in Hawkins before knocking Baretta off the apron. Hawkins goes to the top and lands the Heat Seeking Elbow. Pin. 1…2…3!!!

Matt Striker: Well, that was a quick match!

Todd Grisham: Can these two leave Night of Champions with their win streak intact though? They have to be considered underdogs going in against Nexus.

Matt Striker: With Vance Archer on the team, they won’t be the underdogs, you can bet on that! He was just dominant tonight!

Archer and Hawkins celebrate before leaving the ring as the crowd’s boos follow them.

Camera suddenly pans backstage and Dolph appears with a chair in his hands and Big Show is out on the floor. Dolph continues to hammer away on Big Show’s back and the giant is screaming in pain. Theodore Long appears and tries to get control of the situation but Dolph simply continues to dent the chair. Four referees appear and wrestle the chair out of Dolph’s hand before attending to Big Show. Theodore Long grabs Dolph and looks him in the eyes.

Theodore Long: Dolph get down to that ring right now! You have a match against the World Heavyweight Champion Kane, and Vickie is banned from ringside. You just made the biggest mistake of your life!

Dolph goes nuts and storms off through the hallways as he goes to the ring.

Match # 4: Dolph Ziggler vs World Heavweight Champion Kane(non-title)
The bell rings and Dolph quickly goes outside the ring, signaling he refuses to compete. But Teddy appears on the TitanTron.
Theodore: Oh no playa! If you get counted out or disqualified, you won’t get a qualifying match next week…and no I won’t be returning your Intercontinental Title!
Dolph realizes what he has to do and goes into the ring and starts hammering away on the World Champion. Dolph mercilessly throws punches at Kane before getting hit with a big Uppercut to the throat. Kane irish whips Dolph into the corner and charges, hitting the former Intercontinental Champion with a big clothesline. Dolph is reeling and Kane grabs him to hit a Sidewalk slam. Kane now grabs Dolph again but Dolph is able to rake the eyes of Kane. Dolph dropkicks Kane in the knee and then bounces off the rope to hit a Shining Wizard to Kane’s head. Pin. 1…kick out! Dolph now mounts Kane and starts to hammer away at him before the ref pulls him off. Kane gets back up and Dolph rushes right back on the attack but Kane ducks and sends Dolph to the outside with a huge back toss. Kane goes outside and throws Ziggler into the steel steps shoulder first. Kane again with an irish whip into the barricade this time before going back in the ring to break the count. Kane back outside now and throws Ziggler back into the ring. Kane mounts the turnbuckle and waits on Ziggler. He goes for the flying clothesline. Ziggler sidesteps, Kane lands on his feet but gets hit with the Zig Zag!!! Dolph goes for a cover but Kane sits up and grabs Ziggler by the throat. Kane goes for a chokeslam but is reversed mid air and is now caught in a sleeperhold. Kane tries to get Ziggler off of him but to no avail. Kane makes it to the ropes and the hold is broken. Dolph pulls Kane to the centre and tries to lock it in again. Kane counters and hits a Chokeslam!!! Cover. 1…2…3!!

Matt Striker: That’s later on tonight but up next who will join Kane, Cody Rhodes and CM Punk in the Championship Scramble? We are going to find out right now!

Matt Hardy receives an amazing amount of cheers from the crowd as he makes his way to face long time rival, Drew McIntyre!

Tony Chimel: His opponent, from Cameron, North Carolina, Matt Hardy!!!

Match # 5: Drew McIntyre vs Matt Hardy(Qualifying Match)
McIntyre doesn’t waste any time and goes after Hardy’s leg. He trips Hardy up and starts stomping away at it before the referee is able to pull him back. McIntyre fights him off but now Hardy trips him up and Drew lands neck first onto the bottom rope. Matt with some punches now before sending Drew into the turnbuckle. Matt charges but McIntyre counters with his boot to the skull. Drew now locks Matt in a heel lock, putting pressure on the leg. Matt gets to the bottom rope and Drew releases it after a count of 4 from the referee. Again McIntyre on the attack but this time Hardy is able to counter, sidestepping Drew and letting the Scotsman eat the turnbuckle padding. While Drew is reeling, Hardy goes to the second rope and hits an elbow to the back of the head. Hardy now hits a vertical suplex on Drew before going to the top rope. Matt plays to the crowd and hits a legdrop off the top. Pin. 1…2… kick out!! Now Matt looks to be stalking Drew and goes for the side effect. Drew counters and again kicks Hardy in the leg. Drew now grabs Hardy and hits a Last Call suplex to the other side of the ring. Cody Rhodes appears walking down the ramp clapping is support of McIntyre. As Drew continues to hammer away at the leg, MVP comes out and blindsides Cody. While the two brawl, Drew starts complaining to the ref and is rolled over. 1…2…kick out! Drew immediately back to his feet and goes for the Scot Drop. Hardy counters and Twist of Fate!!! Pin. 1…2…3!!

Matt Striker: Let’s not forget the InterBrand match with WWE Tag Team Champions the Nexus vs the GateCrashers which will become official once Shane McMahon approves it on Monday!

The fire goes off as World Heavyweight Champion Kane appears pushing a casket down to ringside. He positions it alongside the ring and then goes into the ring. He raises his arms, throwing them down as fire surrounds the ring from the turnbuckles.

Kane: Hahahahahahahaha!!! Hahahahahahaha!! Rey Mysterio, in a couple of minutes you will be taking a ride straight to hell! You see, nobody... and I mean NOBODY...takes out my brother and gets away with it. Tonight he will stuff you in that very casket and you will spend the rest of your days in eternal torment. My vengeance is now my brother’s vengeance. You have brainwashed these people into thinking that you are their hero but really all you are is a coward who takes out the opposition to get what he wants. Yet you will never be a monster Rey. That moniker belongs to my brother and I. I’m sure you remember when I did to you all those years ago when I unmasked you and destroyed your soul. The devil had an amazing feast that night! Hahahahahahaha!!! Hahahahahaha!!!

Kane leaves the ring but leaves the casket at ringside as the crowd gets set for the main event!

Tony Chimel: The following contest is a Casket Match! Now in this match, the only way to win is to put your opponent in the casket and shut the lid.

Rey Mysterio comes out to a huge ovation, the crowd still believing in his innocence.

*Graveyard Symphony*​

Druids with torches come out and make two straight lines on the ramp. The Undertaker appears and raises his hands into the air. Four lightning bolts hit the ring posts making Rey jump. Undertaker makes his way through the druids.

Match # 6: Rey Mysterio vs the Undertaker(Casket Match)
The crowd falls silent as the bell rings to start the match! Undertaker quickly advances on Mysterio who tries to use his speed to outsmart Taker but gets cornered. Taker starts hammering away with some big rights and left before Mysterio is able to dodge one and get the upper hand, kicking Undertaker in the head. Mysterio starts kicking Undertaker in the hamstring but Taker suddenly grabs Mysterio’s throat with both hands and lifts him high in the air, before slamming him into the turnbuckle. Undertaker again starts hammering with some rights and lefts then lifts Mysterio and hits Snake Eyes. Mysterio is reeling and Undertaker bounces off the ropes and goes for a Big Boot. Mysterio ducks underneath it and springs off the ropes hitting a Crossbody. Undertaker sits up but Mysterio dropkicks him in the face. Mysterio goes to the apron and waits for Taker to get to his feet. Once he does Mysterio goes for a Senton but Taker grabs him in mid air in a powerbomb position. Mysterio tries to counter and is able to force Taker to the turnbuckle. Mysterio kicks Taker in the face twice and is now free. As Taker tries to come back, Mysterio hits a moonsault off the turnbuckle taking Undertaker down with him. Taker rolls to the outside and Mysterio springs off the ropes hitting a plancha taking himself down as well. We go to commercials!

*Commercials*​

Taker has Mysterio trapped in a Body Scissors as Smackdown returns and Mysterio is trying to power out of it but to no avail. Mysterio elbows Taker in the jaw thereby loosening the grip and getting out of the hold. Mysterio and Taker are both up and the Master of the 619 ducks a clothesline and springs off the ropes hitting a Springboard Bulldog. Mysterio dropkicks Undertaker in the back and sets him up for the 619. Taker counters though and catches Mysterio by the throat. Rey counters in mid air into a head scissors sending Taker into the turnbuckle head first. Rey hits the 619 to Undertakers stomach. It only seems to enrage Taker as he grabs Mysterio by the throat from the apron and chokeslams him into the ring. Taker grabs Mysterio and locks in the Hells Gate. Mysterio can’t escape and ultimately passes out from the pain. Taker releases it and hits the Tombstone Piledriver. He walks over Mysterio’s body and opens the Casket. He grabs the dead weight of Mysterio and chokeslams him into the Casket and closes the lid. It’s over!!

Tony Chimel: Here is your winner, The Undertaker!!

Todd Grisham: What a return for the Deadman and after that aggression at the end of the match, I think we have no doubt as to who attacked the Undertaker!

Matt Striker: That Hells Gate is an extremely dangerous maneuver and it only took a couple of seconds for Rey to pass out!

Undertaker walks up the ramp and is met by his brother Kane on the stage. Kane starts laughing and raises his arms above his head. He drops them down and the casket explodes!!!! It just caught fire!!! As Kane continues to laugh, Undertaker raises his right hand as the Smackdown crew rush by to help put out the fire!

Matt Striker: Rey Mysterio is doomed to eternal damnation!!

[The Other Hardy Brother]

Raw: I didn't like the Cena turn it felt really rushed. Cena low blowing Evan Bourne totally un-characteristic. You could have gotten your point across by having him just hit Bourne and continue to snap the next week. Doing it all in that one segment was over kill. I like that you gave Bryan a good push having him in the main event. Orton was a good surprise opponent. I also agree with Peep that it was a little early for Nexus to win the tag titles Nexus/Hart Dynasty is a way better match for Night of Champions than Nexus/Gatecrashers. I also didn't anticipate Nexus beating down Miz during his cash in that was a nice touch as well. Night of Champions is shaping up nicely with Miz/Bryan and Sheamus/Barrett. Keep the WWE title match one on one thats so much more interesting than including Cena and Orton. Also Shane as the GM doesn't really do anything for me but I can't say who I rather it would have been cuz I don't know. One thing I would have done was revealed it a week later because you could have got people really anticipating your next show. I don't think WWE would give away the payoff of a big angle like that without promoting it. I thought you dropped the ball there.

Smackdown: I love the idea of a Championship Scramble for the World title. I totally don't buy Mysterio as the attacker. It's not even logical that Mysterio could take out Taker he is just too small to do such a task. I'm thinking Kane used the urn to brain wash Taker and thats why he keeps attacking Mysterio and thats why Taker knelt down in front of Kane at Summerslam. Love the Dolph Ziggler push. He better win next week in his qualifying match. Teddy seems to have a vandetta with Ziggler making his qualifier a fatal four way, stripping him of the IC title. Why not just make him defend the title at the ppv but if he wins his qualifier he still gets to compete in the scramble. Wrestling two matches is still punishment and the IC title still gets defended. Teddy is a racist bastard. Gatecrashers yawn! So we have Kane, Rhodes, Hardy, ???, and the winner of the fatal four way at Night of Champions for the gold. Looks good.


One other thing I'm worried about is Edge/Jericho being injured as that leaves a huge hole in your main event. Hopefully you adjust accordingly. Great shows both of em. Looking forward to the next ones.
