For me, Cena staying out there was fine. But once Cena started forcing Henry to wear/carry the title around, all signs pointed to Henry clocking him with it. Had Cena just stayed out of it, smiled, teared up, and let Henry do his thing, I would have been totally convinced.

That was the greatest WWE promo since Punk dropped the pipe bomb. Fucking legendary. How in the world does Mark Henry keep getting better? This insane run of his since winning the world title a few years back just continually grows more and more unbelievable.

Well for me, something about the whole situation just seemed off. Even from the tweets. That's why I started trying to figure out what scenario was going to play out before Raw started. I just didn't know where it was going until he came out while Cena was there.

He still made it very believable.

Agreed. After that and Henry constantly making "I had a good career, not as good as John Cena's, but I had a good career" I wasn't so sure he was retiring and was expecting an attack.

On another note Henry has been one of the best heels for over 2 years, I'm glad he's still ticking around because I'm not ready for the Hall of Pain to retire.
