WWE Royal Rumble: WWE Tag Team Championship - The Usos (c) VS Miz & Damien Mizdow

The Miz & Mizdow will get their rematch for the tag titles against The Usos at the Royal Rumble next Sunday. I'm thinking this will be the end of this program with The Usos moving on while Miz & Mizdow move closer to imploding.

I'm guessing Miz & Mizdow will be pulling double duty and be part of the Royal Rumble match itself with Mizdow eliminating Miz accidentally, on purpose, possibly not eliminating himself once Miz gets eliminated or Miz himself eliminates Mizdow. In any case, I think the Royal Rumble will be the real beginning of the end for them.

Well, in either case, what happens with them? Mizdow only got popular by being Miz's stunt double. Sure, they can have a feud, but what happens after that? Does Mizdow fade back into obscurity?

Fan of Mizdow but it's become old news, Usos can go in the ring but I feel their best match ups were against Rowan/Harper.

Probably use this match to throw some food in the oven so it's ready in time for Rumble.

I'm guessing Uso's retain so we have the abysmal Uso/Ascension program to get through.

Hopefully by whatever PPV is after Mania Sandow is his own person again, dude has earned it!

Usos should retain Ascension NEEDS to insert themselves in the title picture by attacking the Usos after the match! They are wasting to much time and dying down..

Yes, it seems the chief purpose of this match is to finally change the Miz/Mizdow team either using the possibilities you name....or possibly with Mizdow finally getting disgusted with his tag partner and turning on him. That's what I'm hoping for.

Of course, how all this impacts the tag division probably won't be determined at the Rumble; it will remain to be seen whether either Miz or Mizdow continue as tag team wrestlers with other partners, or go solo......and the latter occurrence means the almost-barren division will lose still another team.

Maybe it's time for Ascension to enter the fray by fighting opponents we've actually heard of. Or maybe the Dudleys finally come back, which has been rumored these past months. Or perhaps the powers-that-be actually allow Tyson Kidd/Cesaro make some sort of impact.

At any rate, I figure Miz/Mizdow is done.....and it's about time.

The card looks very predictable so far, even the RR match itself.
I hope, WWE will at least will be smart enough to make Royal Rumble match great, you know, sigs and finishers being hit, some fun spots, surprise entrants, Brock eliminating Bryan to set up their Mania match in stone, no jobbers (except for Kofi) allowed.

The writing has been on the wall for a minute now. The Mizadow tag team IMO has long run its course. Its obvious that,Damien is way more popular than the Miz. Im hoping Damien snaps and eliminates Miz in the royal rumble match itself.

While I love the Miz/Mizdow storyline it's been done to death now. There isn't anything that they can do with this to make it more exciting or fresh. All that's left for one of them to snap, either Miz for seeing that Mizdow is more popular, or Mizdow for feeling he's being held back.

Once that happens they'll start feuding and I have a feeling that's what this is all been leading up too. Where they go from there is another story.

As for the tag team titles, I don't see the Uso's losing them, what I do see happening is what I said above, Miz and Mizdow will implode instead. Plus we've seen these two teams go at it for awhile now, and they don't really bring anything new to the table.

Can we really call Miz and Mizdow a tag team though? Miz gotta love him does all the work, Mizdow rarely ever gets in the ring.

Enthralling. Truly.

They should hold off the split. It's a perfectly adequate lower card feud post-Mania. But in the run up to Mania there's no room for it.

I think there are some ideas here that would work. Here's what I see happening (borrowing from some of these posts):

1: The Usos retain at the Royal Rumble due to Mizdow being too busy miming The Miz to break up a pinfall, after Miz wrestles the entire match and nearly wins it by himself.

2: Later that night, Miz comes into the Rumble, followed by Mizdow as the next entrant. Mizdow continues to copy everything Miz does. Miz is eliminated, and Mizdow starts to eliminate himself, but stops and gets back in the ring. Miz yells at him to eliminate himself, but Mizdow refuses, and the distraction allows someone to eliminate Mizdow. Miz then attacks Mizdow and beats him down.

3: On RAW, Mizdow attempts to apologize to The Miz, but when Miz verbally and physically berates him, Mizdow snaps and attacks The Miz, ending their partnership.

4: At Fast Lane, Mizdow uses psychological warfare and mimes The Miz again, throwing him off his game and allowing Mizdow to beat The Miz.

5: In one of the lower card matches at WrestleMania 31, The Miz defeats the renamed Damien Sandow.

6: In a rubber match on RAW, Miz defeats Sandow and ends the feud. Miz moves back into singles competition, and Sandow remains a lower-level enhancement talent.

The Miz and Mizdow are more exciting than The Usos IMO.

I hope the Usos retain the tag team championship. Miz and Mizdow implode! At the Royal Rumble match, Mizdow causes Miz to be eliminated. Then in one of the most iconic moments in Damien Sandow's storied career (Triple H started as a comedy character as well) Damien Sandow will hesitate as to whether or not he should mimick Miz and eliminate himself with the crowd chanting "No!"N0!""No!". Damien Mizdow becomes Damien Sandow again and refuses to eliminate himself!!! He has a strong showing in the Royal Rumble until Miz illegally eliminates him. They feud with a match at Fast Lane where Sandow becomes the Mega-Superstar he is destined to become. ( Not a lot of people give Miz enough credit for elevating fellow superstars he's in a program with). As for the Usos, I hope New Day becomes the number one contenders for the tag team championship. They beat the Usos to win the gold at Fast Lane and soon thereafter the Usos join the dark side! The Road to WrestleMania is always an exiting time!!!!

I got The Usos in this one. I believe this will be their 3rd match against each other. Usos beat Miz and Mizdow by DQ at TLC, Usos won the titles on RAW recently. With the WWE pushing The Ascension and The Ascension also capturing a win against Miz and Mizdow in their RAW debut, it's only inevitable that The Usos and The Ascension cross paths for the tag titles.
