These guys were both in their prime in the same company at the same time. One was one of the most popular and successful stars of that era. The other, while popular, did not achieve nearly the same level of success. This one isn't close. Any easy victory for Warrior.

The most memorable moment of Jim Duggans career that I can remember, was him getting demolished by Yokozuna on Monday Night Raw. He laid him out, put the American flag over his body, and Banzai dropped him a couple times if I remember correctly. That's the big highlight of his career, because no one ever really gave a shit that he won the first Royal Rumble.

Ultimate Warrior could easily go DEEP in this tournament because there's never really been anyone as dominant as him for any period of time. This guy just wrecked em' and kept going to the next poor victim. The power of the Warriors is far too much for Duggan or virtually anyone else to overcome. Warrior wins this one by flexing his muscles in front of Duggan, who then shits his pants and runs to the back to change them, losing by count out.

Warrior doesn't do long matches, and Duggan sucks.

Add those two things together, and you have an Ultimate Warrior squash victory here. I do not think Warrior will go that far in the tournament, but he is far better than Hacksaw. The success Warrior achieved and the star power he had is far, far more than Duggan and the strength of Jim Hellwig is to much for Jim Duggan.

Winner: Ultimate Warrior

WWF Region:

Ultimate Warrior's WWF accolades: 1 time WWF Champion (against Hulk Hogan himself); 2 time IC Champion (most famously ending a record breaking 15month reign in just 13seconds)

Jim Duggan's WWF accolades: Won the 1st ever Royal Rumble... which was only 20 men, was filled with midcarders and didn't have any real incentives to winning.

Had this been in the WCW Region, Hacksaw might have had a chance but it's in the WWF and Warrior was booked at a higher level than Jim in all but said Royal Rumble. This match would have been no different.
