After Daniel Bryan's promo on this past raw, there is a chance where we might not see Bryan till Summerslam. I sort of like it...sort of. One, i want Daniel Bryan to have a full recovery and rest. He got married, his dad past away, his overcome in fandom. He should take a breather, get better and come back at the same ppv he won the belt a year ago.
So i went over to wwe.com to look at potential main event stars, and title holders. I never been so disappointed. Here is a list of superstars that dont even appear weekly/monthly

Now i know there are stars that are injured and have stuff going on. BUT on a 3 hour program, could i not get some mid title feuds? Remember when raw was 2 hours back before 2010 where that 2 hour program was gold. I mean they had the two mid titles, two big titles and tag teams and divas/womens. They still created feuds. Wwe right now cant make mid title feuds, they focus so hard on their main event that tons of talent is forgotten, and lost. On that list above i see some great talent for IC and US titles. For feuds to expand to more than 1 on 1, for great story line that can branch over on main event and smackdown. They have so much tv time, but its used for main event. Stars i see on that list are Tyson kid, Evan Bourne, Kofi and Zack ryder (im a fan) guys like Christain, miz, rey can help push these guys. There needs to be a Jericho, the guy who has great matches but looses to make upcoming stars look great. Heck, you got ziggler, i know he said stuff and blah blah but hell he can be the king of the mid card. So 3 hours of raw we get wasted time of long extended promos about well..the main event or a promo from earlier or last week. We get joke matches that are a waste of time and end up doing nothing.
Another thing, i dont see anyone in the roster who can hold the belt right now. Cena working wonders with Bray, or should i say Bray is working wonders with Cena. Its a great Feud. But with Bryan possibly out, no punk, and sheild working with evolution and Batista leaving for a short bit, Brock only has 2? matches left, Triple H has a match here and there, so there isnt any main event stars. No one is ready for the belt in my opinion. WWE has tons of stars, but guys like Ziggler got pushed down. Del Rio is Del Rio, guys like Barret, Big E, Ceasro are future stars but right now they still have work to do. Shield is still strong. So left with guys like Kane, Henry and show. I can be positive and look at it as a temp champion till Bryan is back for summerslam.
Who would i put the belt on? Maybe no one. Maybe have another amazing Tournament for it. Winner faces bryan at summerslam for the vacant belt.
If i had to give it someone. Reigns. WHY? Fans are behind him. His move set screams face champion. The superman punch, soma drop, the kick from outside the ring, his spear. His in great shape too. It could work. Maybe at battleground? Or money in the bank. Triple h vs orton vs reigns? Id be okay if Brock got it, but they have to fix his contract. Have him win at Money in the bank or battle ground so its Brock vs Bryan at summerslam. Just have a champion like Brock is hard as a fan, cause his not around.
Im honestly spitballing here cause im worried for the company. I dont see champs right now. The mid card is such a scramble and forgotten area, but to me it needs to be the most important, not so buried. Specially with Money in the bank around the corner. I just dont see who will be walking out at money in the bank with the case. My money would be on Cesaro this year.

Bring back the cruiserweight, and put it on the network. Zack ryder, kofi, ziggler, evan bourne, rey, tyson, everyone else who is forgotten or not used, and even some nxt guys who i see better fit there than on the wwe program. Have a cruiserweight network show. Hour long. One belt, build up some amazing fueds and matches. THAT can sell some more wwe network numbers.
Last and final one. If there isnt champions in wwe right now besides Bryan whose most likely going to be gone, and Cena who doesnt need it. Maybe time to bring back champs? I know punk is a long shot, but maybe Jericho? STING!!!!! idk, just ideas and dreams.
