WWE Pecking Order

In an interesting note, the roster sheet for last week's edition of Raw (which has leaked online) featured what looks to be the pecking order for talent in World Wrestling Entertainment. All of the performers in the company were divided by brand, as well as sides (babyface and heel). It would appear that the performers were listed in order of importance/usefulness at the moment, from the company's view. For instance, Randy Orton and Chris Jericho were listed as the top heel wrestlers on Raw, with seldom-used wrestlers Sim Snuka and Dolph Ziggler listed at the bottom. Wrestlers such as Batista and Mr. Kennedy were listed below the likes of Charlie Haas and Curt Hawkins on the list, but they're inactive, so they're not really below them on the WWE pecking order. Due to their inactivity, Batista and Kennedy are of no use to WWE for the week's set of TV tapings, which explains why they're listed at the bottom. Technically, Haas and Curt Hawkins would be of greater use to WWE for the week's tapings than Batista and Kennedy because they're both active, unlike them.

According to the roster sheet, here is the pecking order for the ECW roster (as of Thursday, February 26, 2009):

Babyface ECW Superstars: Christian, Finlay (w/Hornswoggle), Tommy Dreamer, Boogeyman, Ricky Ortiz, DJ Gabriel, Evan Bourne (injured)

Heel ECW Superstars: Jack Swagger, John Morrison, The Miz, Mark Henry (w/Tony Atlas), Tyson Kidd, Paul Burchill
.

Lol, DJ Gabriel and Ricky Ortiz were BOTH considered more useless than the Boogeyman. That's gotta bruise the old ego.

Paul Burchill's gotta be spending his nights looking at photos of himself in his pirate garb, realising that that 'freaks' promo he appeared in with Goldust, Booker etc is the closest he'll ever get to performing at WM. Especially if they think Tyson Kidd is better than him already.

Having never seen a Gabriel match i can only take your word for it Jake. I think i saw 1 Ortiz match and i vaguely remember that i enjoyed it more than anything i've ever seen Boogeyman do, which of course, isn't saying much

I've been posting my WWE Hierarchy Thread thing for a long while (haven't updated it in like, 2 months though) and I'm actually glad to see that they do in fact have the rosters in order of importance lol. Shows I wasn't just being delusional when people would say "a midcarder is a midcarder and nobody is more important than the other".

I remember looking at the SD one and it said R-Truth was higher than MVP on the face side, yet R-Truth didn't even get a look in for MitB and MVP got a clean win over Matt Hardy. So either that list has changed or they are not as set in stone as people think.

Batista injured is still more useful than Haas.

Batista was out touring Japan recently, wasn't he?

Batista and Kennedy are STILL more usefull my friend has only been tuning in lately to see if they are saying anything about kennedys movie and like Harthan said:

Have you guys noticed something? It says Steve Austin under Misc. HE IS STILL UNDER CONTRACT WHICH CAN ONLY MEAN... AN ASS WHOOPIN' FOR JERICHO!
Well, then again, it could also mean that Big Dick Johnson will show up and rub his oily naked body all over the Legends too.

Don't read too much into it.
