I'd have to disagree a bit there Bono.
The WWE, although still achieving damn good ratings in comparison to other shows on TV, has been steadily declining in ratings and PPV buys with every passing year. Remember back when WWF used to usually get like a 7.0 Rating? Now they're lucky to get 3.0 on a good night. It's showing that many people have become disgusted with how the WWE has become in the last couple years, just look at the popularity of the product. If Vince were to take even one or two of the suggestions by some guys on this board it would draw in so many people.
But onto the point of this thread. Because yes, WWE does need some new talent, but it also has plenty of young talent its not using as has been said in almost every post so far. I'm not going to get into it as others already have, but all I'll say is Shelton Benjamin in a just world would be well on his way to his first World title. The guy is f'n amazing in the ring. Same goes for other guys like CM Punk, Johnny Nitro, (not to mention all of the ECW originals) but they just aren't getting it from Vince. As long as the WWE stock is on the rise and the ratings are still decent Vince is going to settle for the bare minimum of work. Because sometimes good ideas cost a lot of money.
