WWE needs new TALENT !!!!

I think you should of used the term the WWE is in a crisis as apposed to 'The wrestling Industry'

However, i agree entirely with your face opinion on the womens division.

They need to address all aspects of their division, not just judging off a pretty face.

wwe already has enough talent..they dont need anymore..they just need to push certain talent...and i dont really see the crisis seeing as they are getting great ratings and from a business stand point everythings fine....ashley will b the new face of the diva division because of the playboy cover.and because it will get media attention..the majority of the world really does not care if she can wrestle or not..if she has a pretty face and is popular thats all that really matters..its sports entertainment which is why its so popular because it interacts with the media...thats why you are seeing donald trump on tv...wwe is in no crisis...they have plenty of time to build all these stars...for those that watch it for the purity of wrestling yes they are dropping the ball but that isnt what really matters anymore..for those that watch it for the soap and the wrestling and culd care less if its not AMAIZNGGGGGG as long as they are entertained then they are not dropping the ball..and those are the majority that make up the company and fans because that is why they are pulling in all the cash and are doing great with the ratings

I'd have to disagree a bit there Bono.

The WWE, although still achieving damn good ratings in comparison to other shows on TV, has been steadily declining in ratings and PPV buys with every passing year. Remember back when WWF used to usually get like a 7.0 Rating? Now they're lucky to get 3.0 on a good night. It's showing that many people have become disgusted with how the WWE has become in the last couple years, just look at the popularity of the product. If Vince were to take even one or two of the suggestions by some guys on this board it would draw in so many people.

But onto the point of this thread. Because yes, WWE does need some new talent, but it also has plenty of young talent its not using as has been said in almost every post so far. I'm not going to get into it as others already have, but all I'll say is Shelton Benjamin in a just world would be well on his way to his first World title. The guy is f'n amazing in the ring. Same goes for other guys like CM Punk, Johnny Nitro, (not to mention all of the ECW originals) but they just aren't getting it from Vince. As long as the WWE stock is on the rise and the ratings are still decent Vince is going to settle for the bare minimum of work. Because sometimes good ideas cost a lot of money.

i think the idea to bring in teddy hart, tj wilson, jack evans, harry smith and nattie neidhart do be the new hart foundation by survivor series will be a great influx of talent but maybe they should start pushing the talent they have a little more. they hav shelton benjamin who is an electric athlete and could put on some shows if given the chance. bring in some good wrestlers and stop bringin in bodies that have no in ring or mic talent. jericho and mysterio returning will be a boost and i dont kno much about this guy mistico but supposedly they are tryin to sign him and hes very impressive.

I definitley agree that the return of Mysterio will be a pretty big help also with Jericho if he decides to return to the WWE... Sure Benjamin and Kennedy are new era wrestlers that have quite a future agead of themselves, but they also have wrestlers like Orton and Carlito who also can takethe place of many greats... When HHH gets back I think he might only have a good few years left and that gives WWE time to build up Orton who can really be just like The Game if they want him to be... I mean I would love to see new talent in there... I mean honestly WTF is kenny dykstra going to do in this business or somebody like Chris Masters... They will be just another guy that came and went... I would love to see another wrestler who is simply a bad ass... or another who has great mic skills and can get us to piss ourselves laughing w/o realizing how bad of an actor that person is... another crazy hardcore guy who makes his living off of broken bones and stitches... Where did all of the factions go like the true D-X or the Nation or even the Ministry??? Sure Taker is not the same wrestler he once was but he still can whoop some ass... NOw John Cena is a different story.... I dont really know how to take to him. Some weeks I love him and others he bores the shit outta me... I like his Marine/streetfighter persona better than his Thug look, but its the same shit weekly... Another thing is that the writers of WWE are soooooooo stuck in the Attitude Era... There is a reason it is called an era, and that era has ended... The lack of entertainment on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Friday nights is just as much if not more of the writers fault... I wish they would put more emphasis on the tag world, but i doubt thats gonna happen for awhile seeing how McMahon has to dig himself outta looking like a ****** with this whole hair match... Speaking of him the whole organization should overthrow that prick and everything he stands for... Whew I'm projecting bad... But seriously the organization needs new talent young or old (remember the Fabulous Moolah???) and needs some serious new management...

it isn't really the fact that WWE needs new talent it is that they need to use the talent that they have more and they need to have the talent shown more in their environment and give them a chance.let them show off what they are capable of instead of just having them in squash matches.

the wwe has plenty of talent to showcase but dont use it because they dont think that it will give them more money.sure when you go to an event or buy one you want to see big stars, but i bet all of the people who buy or go to the payper view just want to get their money's worth.

New stars take time to build up. You can't just put 20 new guys out there and expect ratings to go up or for them to work out like they should right away.

What if most of them are duds? There's no way you can know until you start using them. That's why new guys disappear all the time. It's called trial and error.

Old talent needs to roll over equally with new talent coming in, and it has to happen over time.
