WWE HOF 2014

So Jake's speech was the best.

Lita, Warrior and Mr. T were all pretty boring.

Carlos' was okay.

Hall's was nice and to the point.

This is why WWE was hesitant in doing a live Hall of Fame, people didn't realize just how boring a full speech is. The only time they did a "live" one was for Ric Flair. If they decide to do another one I think they just need to have more control over the speeches. Lita went for almost an hour which was weird and gave the other legends less time.

I am upset at how they disrespected Mr. T, basically humiliating him and then Kevin Nash taking a shot at him.

You complain about it being boring then complain about them cutting off the worse speech? Odd.

Jake Roberts' speech was an emotional roller coaster, and if you didn't feel a sliver of emotion, you are simply not human.

Mr.T delivered an unexpected, and emotional speech as well, went a little long, but it was nice. He didn't deserve that.

Lita's speech had a lot of things in it for the marks, but went a little too long.

Carlito was more interesting that Carlos, but at least he is now in the HOF.

Razor's was good and to the point.

Paul Bearer's was a cool tribute, glad they mentioned the Pringle years, and his son did a spot on impression, that was nice.

I don't even know how to respond to Warrior's speech.

I think the WM XXX DVD is now a must own just with the HOF, and if they add the red carpet and stuff.

Warrior...

I'm not going to say Warrior's speech was everything I expected, I expected a lot more angry tangents, but it was pretty damn close.

I was totally engrossed with Ultimate Warrior's speech. If Mr. T and Lita didn't ramble on so long and bore us, Warrior's speech would have ended a little after 11:30 and it would have been much more over. It was still a great speech, he's vindicated, WWE and him reconcile and we can all move on. I loved the speech. Now there is one more wrong for WWE to right and that's Macho Man.

I have to put myself in Warriors shoes, if a company fucked me they way they fucked him, and then later wanted to give me a platform to say what ever I wanted...and STILL do business with me? Then this was his time to do it.. Years have past and this guys rep is in the toilet over a DVD that mis represented his character to millions of fans who bought into it simply because WWE said it was true... I dont blame him one bit and I actually find it humorous what took place tonight. In any event I doubt anyone will care about this next week or even tomorrow...

In a weird way I am proud of Warrior.. but I am proud of WWE too for letting him do it. There really isnt much to bitch about here.

I guess I used the word boring confusing. I enjoy listening to speeches and even if a speech is boring I make it entertaining by criticizing it. So, I wasn't bored at all. If I was bored I wouldn't have watched all three hours.

I am complaining about them disrespecting someone they asked to show up and be honored. You are telling me you wouldn't be humiliated if they did a huge thing just to tell you to get off the stage and then the next person on stage mocked you?

Due to his wishes he may take awhile to get in (he wants his brother and dad put in with him). That is according to his brother.

His brother also said recently that they can induct Macho Man by himself as long as they call his mother to give their condolances over His brother and Fathers passing..

When Randy and his father died, no one from WWE reached out to them. Its on youtube from Lanny Poffo if you want to listen (see below) :)

KNOWING THIS.. doesn't make me feel sorry one bit over what Warrior did tonight..

Did anyone watch this via their console? If so, how did it hold up?

Watched start to finish. Only noticed one little slip up where it buffered. When it buffered all it did was go back 2-3 seconds and replay the same thing. Other than that was excellent high quality.

I was a bit concerned that they may underestimate traffic. It seems like they had plenty of horse power to handle viewers. I did use my PS3 over my PS4 because I've had some issues here and there with the ps4 wwe network.

I've been thinking about it while rewatching the Hall of Fame.

I guess I don't really mind Warrior's speech. I understand his frustrations and it is probably better in the long run that Warrior got everything off his chest and hopefully can become a great ambassador for the WWE. I can't say I wouldn't be as frustrated as him if I was in his shoes. I do, however, think it wasn't that great of a speech still because he rambled a lot. He needed not cards or something to help stay on track.

I didn't think Warrior's speech was too bad. He called out the one person who really deserved it in Ted DiBiase. DiBiase buried him so hard in Self-Destruction that he deserved way worse than what Warrior said to him.

I think the reason Warrior bumbled through half of the speech is because he was trying to keep his tact and not make a huge asshole out of himself as he's known to do when he gets carried away. Yeah he took some jabs but he mostly did it in a joking manner. He buried the hatchet with Hogan essentially too, though it'd be nice to see a kayfabe moment between the two affirming that.

Oh yeah I forgot to mention that Lanny goes into the real life heat Vince had with Macho Man.
