At Hell in a Cell, the “Flawless History-Maker” clashes with legendary lineage as Unified Divas Champion Michelle McCool puts the butterfly on the line against the pink and black attack of Natalya.

Michelle McCool has made making history look easy. Just two weeks ago, the multiple-time champion unified both the Divas and Women’s Championships, retiring one of WWE’s longest-running and prestigious titles. As BFFs, Team Lay-Cool has been simply “flawless” in the Divas division – using questionable tactics to secure their stronghold.

But their luck may change at Hell in a Cell.

On Raw, Natalya won a Diva Battle Royal to cement her place as No. 1 contender to Lay-Cool’s Unified Divas Championship. WWE’s first third-generation Diva struck fear in the faces of Michelle McCool and Layla as they sat in on commentary. Next, on SmackDown live from Oklahoma, Natalya continued her positive momentum heading into Hell in a Cell with a win in Diva tag action.

I never thought I'd say this about a divas match...but MAN, I'm excited! Let's see, we have one of the most entertaining divas in the division with Laycool on one side. We have an accomplished wrestler who is entertaining in her own right with Natalya. By divas match standards, this match could be GREAT!

I don't see a Natalya victory here. LayCool just has too much steam and is way too entertaining to stop as of yet. I suspect McCool will win after a very entertaining match, only for Beth Phoenix to return and want revenge on LayCool for injuring her.

I Actually predicted this match would end up happening, pretty stoked it is going to end up happenning. Anyways, yea. I agree (for the most part).

Lay-Cool is without a doubt the best thing that has come out of the Diva's division in recent years. I actually [always] look forward to seeing them come out on SD!, hell, on WWE as a whole. The chemistry between Layla and McCool is just phenomenal. They always seem to feed of each other's *energy* making for rather [better than] decent storylines.

With that said, I don't see Natlaya getting a win over Lay-Cool. It just doesn't seem the logical choice. Natalya is good---there is no doubt about that---, but Lay-Cool is just on fire. They have been for a good while now. They even have gone as far as to get a win over who arguably could be, the *best* face diva on the roster, Melina. Not ot mention they are the first ever women's unified champion (or whatever it is they call it). Natalya needs a bit more experience before she can become champion. Because if she doesn't, we are going to end up seeing another Alicia Fox, which I know we don't want.

This match should be interesting nontheless. Hopefully, when everything is said and done, Beth Pheonix will return and start a feud with Lay-Cool. Call me crazy, but with the recent season of NXT and the addition of LAY-COOL, as well as a few other things, the Diva's division is getting a heck of alot better compared to what has been in the past (2009)...

I really would like to see Natalya win this match because she is my favorite Diva right now In WWE, but I just don't see Laycool losing the belts yet so sadly Natayla loses but maybe she will it soon.

Wow, I am actually kind of excited for this match, something I never thought I would say about a divas match. For once we have two divas who are entertaining but more importantly, they can actually wrestle so by Divas matcch standards this could be great. This is again something I didn't think I would say but I hope LayCool loses here, between the two they have either individually held of co-held the belts for well over a year minus about two weeks for Mickie James reign and two weeks for Beth's reign. In this modern era that is just way too long and as great and entertaining as they are I am getting sick of seeing them with the belts, also I would love to see Nattie as champ. Having said that though I dont think they are losing here, infact I dont see them losing the belts until Beth is ready to return.

All I can say it's about damn time Natalya was in the title picture. Finally, a female match that the workers can actually wrestle and people may not actually get up to go to the bathroom during it.

What's funny is that it was Natalya faced Michelle McCool for the first ever Divas Championship a while back. Michelle of course becoming the first. Now its for the exact same title; the Divas Championship. While Natalya would make a great champion, there's no chance of LayCool getting rid of those titles so quickly. LayCool are the best in the Diva's division and the WWE knows this. I could see a long lasting feud hopefully. I don't think Melina is quite over the factthat she's out of the title picture. Maybe Beth Pheonix will come back and I think shed be the one LayCool drops the title to. Maybe setting up a huge 4/5 way feud between Melina/Pheonix/LayCool/Natalya for a huge match. Natalya has little or no build up or momentum going into the match...LayCool wins.

Not expecting much out of this match really. I guess it'll be a decent match for a divas match. But really, all it'll be good for is due to the looks of these girls. As well as the fact that, well we need to go take a toilet break eventually.

I still don't get why Natalya was made the challenger. Sure she's over as a face diva, and she hasn't challenged yet. However, I could see better choices in the likes of Eve for example, who did fairly well with her Divas championship reign. As well as I'd be convinced that match would've been better as well.

But oh well. LayCool should really walk out champions from Hell in a Cell. I see no reason to give Natalya the championship. Especially considering LayCool is, and will remain one of the best things, if not the best thing going on in the divas division right now.

This is the WWE killing two birds with one stone.

On one hand they're building up Michelle McCool to be a strong champion. McCool is currently considered the top Diva in the WWE and this the WWE's way of continuing to build her up until Beth Phoenix comes back to take the championship and re-instate herself as the top Diva. On the other they're testing Natalya's strengths and weaknesses for a push into the Diva's title picture a little later. Right now, I just get the feeling that this is the WWE testing to see if Natalya can hang with the big dogs.

I expect to see a decent match from these two. I feel that McCool has this one in the bag though.

Natalya likes to use a more "power-y moves" match style and Michelle likes to use a more "I don't like to sell" match style. Other than that, it is just two chicks who do a bunch of set spots without adding any personality to their matches and the crowd responds accordingly. Eh. I think Layla vs Natalya would've been a better match up. Layla bumps and sells her British buns off. She screams and sobs in terror in the most awesome way. But best of all, she actually does facial expressions outside of a smile or a PMS inspired grumpy face.

While I would LOVE to see Natalya win this, because I'm a little tired of the Lay-Cool gimmick, as good a heat reaction they get, because if you want to get technical about it...since Layla is the "Official" champion, wouldn't she have to have a title defense in 30 days or vacate it? None of that co-champion non-sense?? That'd be like having someone fight your battle in a proxy..?? I know I'm probably reading WAY too much into this...but then again, WWE can always throw swerves here and there, I would SOOO love for some higher authority to render a decision to where Layla has to defend the title on her own without McCool since she hasn't had to do an official title match in probably close to 30 days...

I would love to see Natalya take this..I mean McCool did beat her for the Diva's title when it debuted...and it could be a good rivalry..well I would have liked Natalya winning it whilst HD has the ttg titles..would have made a stable with belts.. but that aint gonna happen now.. So yehh..maybe McCool winning, but hopefully the feud can continue with Natalya taking the title in the end!

I thought I heard that Beth Phoenix was due back pretty soon, that's why I would really love to see Natalya win to become Women's Champion, leading into a feud between Natalya and a returning Beth Phoenix. Plus, with the apparent dissension in the ranks amongst the Hart Dynasty, this would free her up to fly solo at last.

The fact that she's built like a tank is not really relevant here. Mickie James wasn't exactly a delicate little flower either, and she made out OK.

Personally, I'm growing a little tired of The Beautiful People (WWE version). Time for a little friction between them, leading to their eventual parting of ways. Have Natalya win tonight, because Layla accidentally distracts McCool and costs her the match. Laycool splits up, and we get some new blood into the mix.

Unfortunately I suspect you are correct, McCool retains tonight and Natalya has to wait a little longer.

Well this looks awfully familiar.... The same matchup we had the night the Divas Championship was created.... Except back then I actually cared about the division. If I had 40-50 dollars floating around to waste on this PPV then this would easily be the match for when I go grab a snack from the fridge and a bottle of water. Natalya deserves the win, and I think she will get it because McCool got to have her history making moment by unifying the belts. Who else could she possibly challenge if Natalya loses? Beth is still out and the other divas SUCK. Natalya better win, not that I really care honestly. All boring divas matches are the same to me these days.

Natalya as we saw in the match, not gonna give it away. She is not very gifted in ring.
her moves were sloppy at best, i don't agree with not being successfull if you are built like a tank though

She is still sexy as was Chyna and Beth Pheonix both of them were built like tanks.

Just as I expected, this was a GREAT match by diva's standards. Nattie and Michelle worked well together and it was just a fun way to watch very hot women roll around on a mat. Good submission sequence with both women reversing various holds.

I like that Nattie won by DQ, because it prolongs the feud. I have no doubt that since it's being prolonged we'll get a couple of good promo segments and eventually I'm sure Nattie will emerge victorious as the new Diva's Champion.

This was a good match by Diva standards, the ending was a little silly with Layla throwing a shoe but the DQ makes sense and it will allow this feud to continue which will hopefully end with Nattie as the New Divas Champion.

This was a good match not great as a whole because I believe any match that ends in a DQ cannot be better then good but back to topic I like doctor and joe's gonna kill you think this feud will carry on and Nattie will become the divas champion.
