WWE Championship Tournament Discussion

Wow, every time WWE takes one step forward, it's two steps back. As much as I wanted to throw up watching Cena win his 1,000 championship, when I saw he was holding the same exact piece of crap spinner belt that has been here since 2005, I actually really wanted to throw my remote at the TV. The WWE really had the oppurtunity to start fresh here, and this ending tonight proves WWE is Cena 4 Life. Its his belt. His show. Hell you know Punk is going to job to him once they have the rematch. Then punk will go back doing what ? Mysterio emberassed yet again, despite being one of the hardest workers in the biz. WWE cant decide if Del Rio should be facing Cena at Summerslam or what ? I have defended Cena from attacks for years, the guy is not a bad wrestler, but the way he is being used as the post 2000 version Hulk Hogan is nauseating. Cena will dominate and win the title over and over and over again. I have been down on the product and this little thing punk pulled off got me interested again, now i see it all going back down the toilet. WWE really had an oppurtunity to milk this thing but they bring punk back already ? Why to crown Cena the undiputed champion. This is really becoming painful to watch.

Yeah, I agree.. I hated that they brought out another spinner belt instead of coming up with something different, it was kind of nice that Mysterio won the title, even though i can't stand him.. it was something a little different, but after they announced Cena vs Rey, I knew Cena would win the title tonight.. I think Raw should have just been without a title for a couple months or so, to milk the whole Punk "left WWE" storyline.. I'm a huge Punk fan, but was a little disappointed seeing Punk return so soon.. should have stayed gone for a while.. and if anyone still says "did they resign Punk?" Uhh, obviously, they played new music, his tron was on, had a new t shirt and walked down the entrance ramp.. I was thinking Punk was gonna jump out of the crowd and attack Cena, then they could yell, "he's not apart of this company, get him out of here." or something like that
