Wtf is Kung Bo Har Ding?

I've come across it on various Chinese menus and searched online, and I can't find a single description of it.

Everything is just "Kung Bo Har Ding (Shrimp)".

Anybody know what it is? I might have to order it later on just to finally find out.

I've heard of Gung Bo Har Ding, which is diced shrimp with onions, peppers, and peanuts in some kind of hot/spicy sauce.

When I called to order my food earlier, I asked. Apparently its the same thing as what you just described. No clue why one is Gung and one is Kung lol.

Anyway...I didn't get it. Not a big fan of the peppers and the carrots that they said were in it.

The difference between gung and kung will just be mistranslation
