Are there wrestlers today in the wrong company?
For example, many say that Evan Bourne (Matt Sydal) is a fun wrestler for WWE, but is altogether improperly used within WWE's current style. It's a popular belief that Bourne/Sydal would be better off in TNA, or at the very least in Ring of Honor. Likewise, ROH star Mike Bennett has a great look and decent charisma, but he's not a "ROH guy" as far as in-ring abilities go. And maybe that's a direction they are going in, but many say he's "ready" and should be brought up to a TNA or WWE roster.
