Ahhh I fooking love this thread!

Regular moves but performed from a ladder

In Ladder or TLC matches, its pretty common for 2 wrestlers to be climbing the ladder at once, and rather than just shoving the opponent down from up high, I always prefer to see a wrestler perform a move on his opponent while on the ladder.

The first time I realised I loved this was the famous tag-team ladder match between The Hardyz and Edge and Christian, where neckbreakers, reverse DDT's, powerbombs, a Twist of Fate and a Downward Spiral were all done from the ladder.

It just looks spectacular, and makes the impact of the move so much more. Other good examples include Shelton Benjamin doing a sunset flip powerbomb off the ladder, Christian hitting the Killswitch, Orton's RKO and there are plenty of others.

Thought of some more:

Matches that greatly exceed any realistic expectations. Like when two undercarders put on a brilliant match, like the way William Regal and Goldust did near the end of WWECW's run. Two guys who you don't really think of as great technical wrestlers, guys who are solidly mid to undercard, and then they just put on a wrestling clinic.

Cage matches. Regular, Hell in a Cell, Elimination Chamber, all of em. I love cage matches!

Backstage brawls that spill out into the lobby of the arena, and they smash through popcorn machines and stuff...I always think how AWESOME that would be to be getting concessions at a WWE event like that, and then suddenly, there they are, right in front of you, tossing each other into a rack of cotton candy or something.

The Royal Rumble. Not the PPV, but the match itself. The Rumble is by far my favorite gimmick match of all time.

Whatever the move is called when RVD jumps from one turnbuckle and kicks his opponent who is slumped down at another turnbuckle. Shane O'Mac has done it too...Always impressed by that.

It's called the coast to coast.

Anyway I too have thought up of another one. When ever someone does a move on the apron. Like a slam or DDT, hell even a suplex works. The thought that you are being slammed into the apron must be painful as the apron has edges which would hurt much more that a flat surface. Like all of the others I have stated it all makes that devastating sound (that must come with the bouncy ring). Like before slamming your opponent on the edges of the apron seems much more likely to end a match.

I love it when commentators take things seriously. Point out who is who in the match by the color of their tights. Tell me who the referee is. That kind of thing. It's pretty rare that it happens on the mainstream level - the former, that is, the latter never happens anymore. I remember Vince issuing some kind of edict that referees were going to be completely faceless from now on and I don't think I've heard anyone point out who the referee is since then. As far as pointing out who's who by tight color or other distinguishing mark, I think it's only been thrown out there by, of all people, Cole from time to time, though I don't see TNA that often so maybe Tenay does it. I just think it's wonderful when commentators do this - it makes everything seem much more serious and realistic.

I'm also a big fan of a lot of little indy tropes that a lot of people might hate. A flurry of reversals, pinfalls, or quick maneuvers followed by a standoff and regroup is one of my favorite things. I'm even a softy for the indy style late match no selling that, again, so many despise. It's probably why I enjoy indy wrestling so thoroughly.
