I don't post much, but I do a lot of forum reading. But the time has come for me to start a topic.
My brother was in intensive wrestling training until unforeseen circumstances forced him to quit. Now he's on his way back up and getting ready for show level, so the booker is getting a word in about gimmicks. Personally, I think he's got the kind of build that an Abyss influenced masked gimmick would suit, but this made me think: is there really a market for smaller masked wrestlers, or even smaller heavyweights in general? Most big names in WWE tend to be at least 6'3" or 6'4", and as a rule masked "scary" heavyweights tend to be at the VERY least 6'8".
Can it be plausible to have a masked "scary gimmick" wrestler of about 6'0"?
