Wrestlemania Sites Until WM 30?

If it were up to me, this is what I would do.

24 - Amway Arena in Orlando, Florida (all but officially announced)
25 - Greensboro Coliseum in Greensboro, North Carolina
26 - Rogers Center in Toronto, Ontario, Canada
27 - Cow Palace in San Francisco, California
28 - RCA Dome in Indianapolis, Indiana
29 - Thomas and Mack Center in Las Vegas, Nevada
30 - Madison Square Garden in New York, New York ....Duh

I'm just itching for WrestleMania to come back to Toronto! Me and some friends are definitly going to camp out for tickets, for about a week. We want to have the greatest WrestleMania experience possible, and the best way to do that is to sit front row at the Grandest PPV of them all!

Personally, I would love to see Wrestlemania go south...in Atlanta Ga. I only live like an hour and a half away. I live in Alabama, so if Birmingham was big enough, that would be even better, but that is not going to happen. I think Vegas is also a good choice, maybe Phillie, St. Louis, and somewhere in Texas.

in regards to where mania should be held at a later date. The UK in London would be good. It would expand the WWE overseas a bit better and they would sell more tickets because they don't get many WWE shows and next to never get a PPV. There really is no downside.

finally wrestlemania has come back to.................................................................................Rochelle, IL

ok im dreamin i know we only got about 9000 people here anyway but i think what they should do is start takin wrestlemaina internationl they have made it what it is in the US now its time to give it to the people overseas

Wrestlemania 24 - 30, where i would pu them

24: Orlando, not my first choice, but it'll do.
25: If they olympic stadium is still open there, take it to Montreal. This is probably the most loyal and loud WWE crowd in the world. Give them what they deserve damn it. Headliner Austin vs. Hogan.
26. Phoenix. Simply because they need to get back to the west coast, and everyone says this is the most amazing new staium around.
27. Indianapolis: There new stadium should be up and ready, and probably will be just as amazing.
28. The New Cowboys stadium in Dallas. Should hold a crap load of people, and Texas comes out strong. (Austin in the HOF this year)
29. Atlanta/Minnesota: Give the hotbed to WCW or the AWA a mania. These crowds are extremely loyal to wrestling, just because they hosted the enemy doesn't mean they won't come out.
30. MSG, duh.

Wembley Stadium needs WM, WM needs Wembley.

Look at it, it's huge and it has a retractable roof, because I can imagine weather being a problem in the UK. It would sell out in no time because the WWE never brings PPVs over here. If it's not WM, Wembley might get either Royal Rumble, SummerSlam or Survivor Series. Most likely SummerSlam as it's had it before.

WrestleMania 27 should be in Houston, Texas as it will be the 10th anniversery of WM 17 which in my mind, was the greatest WrestleMania ever. The AstroDome is no more. Reliant Stadium! 60,000 people!

Agreed. Your too young to remember Summer Slam 92 a Wembley unless youve seen it on video. That is the best show I've seen live. I think even a 'B' show could sell out Wembley. Would it be so hard for WWE to give us No Mercy or Unforgiven?

Shockmaster, thank you!

We DO deserve a Wrestlemania... but when they take away even the Survivor Series they schedule here... I don't see how we're going to get a wrestlemania.

The Big O is a good venue to have it, you can fit a good 80 thousand people in there for a wrestlemania, I would imagine. The only thing I'm not sure about is how the city would react to it. I mean they didn't put up a fight at all when they took this year's Survivor Series away from us (although I don't think anyone knows why that is, but whatever), I don't know how in they would be to having a wrestlemania, despite the amount of revenue that can come in from tourism (and March-April isn't that big of a tourism period in Montreal).

But we'll see... it depends if WWE wants to even consider us. They know we pretty much boo anything they want us to cheer and vice versa..

Just out of curiosity, because I'm too lazy to do the math...

What time would they have to do WrestleMania in London time in order for it to be live at the right time (7pm) in the states?

Because I figure that's an issue as well.

If it started in London at 8 (As a lot of events like that do) it would probably be about 12-12.30 in the afternoon in the States.

As much as UK fans want a Wrestlemania there i highly think Vinnie Mac will not go that route but mayeb with this international brand stuff idea floating aroundwe might see a Summerlsam or a Survivor Series never know a test market show...but a Wrestlemania in Canada i can see that happening so this what i see going down

WM 24- Orlando, FL (Cirtus Bowl....hope itdont rain that day)
WM 25- Toronto, Canada (Roger's Center)
WM 26- Los Angeles, CA (Staples Center)
WM 27- Dallas, TX (New Dallas Cowboys Stadium)
WM 28- Phoenix, AZ (Cardinal Staidum or Dbacks Staidum)
WM 29- St. Louis, MO (Edward Jones Dome)
WM 30- New York City, NY (MSG)

Wembley would definetly sell out, but Vinnie Mac isn't going to put a Wrestlemania on at noon in the states on the east coast. He's also not going to have an 8 hour delay and everything get leaked out all over the internet.

I think it's going to be tough to get an american pay per view abroad. Summerslam 92 was awesome. I've seen it on tape because I taped it when i watched it in 92. When did they put the roof on Wembley?

It's a new Wembley. The one from Summer Slam 92 was demolished about 5 year's ago. I think the new one hold's over 100,000 thousand but I might be wrong.

I think it would be awesome for it too happen, but i just can't see it happening in England. I do believe though that there should be a big pay per view there. The Wembley stadium crowd was insane. I just remember that blo****n constantly blowing in the background during the big matchups.

Like I said I dont see the harm in us having a 'B' Show. English crowds will react to anything. The cruiserweight match's would get decent pop's. And main eventer's would get amazing reactions. The only problem I forsee would be if load's of hardcore English fan's went. The 1PW, ROH fan's etc. would shit all over Batista & Lashley. And I doubt those two could handle the ovation they would get. Cena would get a shit reaction too, but he's a pro, he could handle it.

WM 24 from Orlando, Florida (Citrus Bowl)
WM 25 from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (Wachovia Centre)
WM 26 from London, England (Wembley Stadium)
WM 27 from Las Vegas, Nevada (Caesar's Palace)
WM 28 from Toronto, Canada (Air Canada Centre)
WM 29 from Pontiac, Michigan (Pontiac Silverdome)
WM 30 from New York City, New York (Madison Square Garden)

I acutally wrote this down a few days ago:

My top ten pics were:

Milwaukee, Wisconsin-Miller Park
Atlanta, Georgia-Georgia Dome
London, England-Wembley Arena
Baltimore, Maryland-Oriole Park at Camden Yards
Indianapolis, Indiana-Lucas Oil Stadium
Cleveland, Ohio-Quicken Loans Arena
Boston, Massachusetts-TD BankNorth Garden
St. Petersburg, Florida-Tropicana Field
Las Vegas, Nevada-Thomas & Mack Center
New Orleans, Louisiana-New Orleans Arena

If any city deserves to have a Wrestlemania, it's New Orleans. Everyone here has mentioned Atlanta, Las Vegas, and Houston....two have been done and Atlanta is sure to get one as well in the future. But think about it, Wrestlemania helps out the state with the hurricane thing by generating business.

Forget about holding it in the Arena, it needs to be in the Dome. And I am almost positive that holding Wrestlemania in the Superdome would match close to Detroit numbers....maybe not 93,170 people but a good 80 to 85,000. Hell the Saints playoff game was able to hold 70,000 people alone. Plus the marketing would be easy.....WM goes Big and Easy in the Big Easy....or something like that.

It would be awesome to see an WWE PPV at Europe, if they went to England, I would try to go there and watch it.

In England the better choices can be Wembley or even Old Trafford, or any kind of Premier League football team stadium.
