Since this year's Mania is the year of superstars making their WrestleMania debuts this year who out of the current crop will steal the show this year at WrestleMania?

Out of the current crop of superstars making their first WrestleMania appearance this year we have:

WWE Divas Champion Charlotte
WWE United States Champion Kalisto
WWE Intercontinental Champion Kevin Owens
Becky Lynch
Sasha Banks
Sami Zayn
AJ Styles

I think the opportunity only really exits got someone like Kevin Owens or Sami Zayn in truth. And mostly, that's because the stipulation in the match really lends itself to entertainment. A ladder match between 7 or 8 men I'd always entertaining and ladder matches, in general, have always held a special place in the hearts of the WWE audiences. If the WWE puts the ladder match on first on the main card, which will likely be the case, then it had to be someone from that group of people.

I'd like to say Zayn because he's a personal favourite of mine. And although I believe firmly that Owens is going to retain his Championship, I just hope that Zayn gets the opportunity to show everyone what they were missing when he was injured.

The women will get chance to shine, Owens and Zayn have a lot of competition in their match. I expect Styles to stand out the most. After all his previous matches against Jericho I think they'll get it just right this time.

Hard to know how much time they'll get, but Styles put on in my opinion a five star classic with Nakamura in less than twenty minutes earlier this year, and he could do it with Jericho given about that much time, considering how compelling their feud has gotten over the last few weeks and their respective personal motivation for delivering big on this match. It reminds me of the Punk/Jericho title match years back which is my favorite match from WrestleMania 28 in terms of build and I think the payoff has a chance to be as good. Styles is a great bet to be the best "rookie" at Mania.

I worry about Owens and Zayn's ability to shine in a chaotic environment, but they certainly know a thing or two about having ladder matches, and if there's an extended sequence of the match that focuses on them (as I expect there will be, probably the finishing sequence) they too have a good chance.

The women will have a good chance but I doubt they'll get time. I know we're in a new era and all, but a good triple threat is going to need in excess of ten minutes to come together, and I don't think a women's match at Mania has gotten that much time....ever. They've been steadily increasing time given to the Divas title lately, but this is Mania, where time will be tightly managed, people will go over time, and women will be the easiest thing to cut. Not sure about this one, despite my personal hopes.

I haven't looked it up or anything, but this year there seems to be a lot more wrestlers appearing in their first WrestleMania than in past years. I know that's likely due to the injury bug that has plagued the WWE, but it's a tremendous opportunity for these guys and girls.

I don't think Kevin Owens or Sami Zayn will steal the show just because they have so many other people to contend with in their match. Of course they're going to have a memorable spot, but that won't be enough to steal the show, which will have to be an impressive performance throughout an entire match.

I think the best shot of that is the Divas Championship triple threat. Charlotte, Becky Lynch and Sasha Banks have each proven they can go in the ring, and given time they should easily have the best women's match at WrestleMania since Trish Stratus and Mickie James. Their feud has had probably the best build on the card, and they all seem hungry to show just what they're capable of doing.

I'd say Kevin Owens. His match will probably get more time unlike the other first timers.
