THIS IS WHY TOURNAMENTS ARE A BAD IDEA!
So often I hear the idea of "let's have a tournament at Wrestlemania." Well we did and it's why there hasn't been a second one. This show is WAY too long and as soon as Hogan and Andre are gone, the entire bracket is totally obvious. It doesn't work for a one night thing as the fans get tired of seeing the same guys over and over. The wrestling suffers as a result and you get stuff like ten minutes of chinlocks in Rude vs. Roberts to kill time. If you want to have something like Bryan vs. HHH which was the closest thing we get to a tournament anymore then fine, but man alive don't do this nonsense again. It just didn't work in practicality and wouldn't even if you cut it down to eight entrants.
