^ yeah even as a big time Rock fan from the Attitude Era days, I don't think it's very fair that he can just step right in and get a shot at the title
it might be a great business move, but credibility wise, and going forward ... especially if Rock wins the Belt at Royal Rumble, how will The Rock and WWE do going forward to Wrestle Mania .. especially with his very busy movie schedule
**Is Rock actually going to defend his belt once or twice .. or just hold onto till the likely/inevitable rematch with John Cena at Wrestlemania
regarding
"but the big question is, Is there anyway we can avoid the twice in a lifetime match?" .. I dunno, seems pretty inevitable at this point, I understand "Once in a Lifetime" was just a tagline, but come on, to do a rematch of last years WM main event the following year
as if all the hype and build up of the First Rock-Cena match at WM 28 wasn't enough .. just run it back a year later, lazy booking if you ask me .. which can only be justified by, " Rock vs Cena is $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ and nobody can deny this."
Okay I won't deny it Rock vs Cena will make $$, but if you ask me after all the hype and build up the first go around, when it was all set and done I came away pretty disappointed .. and that's even with the Rock winning.
so now fast forward a year, the Rock might go into WM as Champion, but vs Cena again? I mean come on ... where's the public demand?
Aside from Cena and Cenanation wanting revenge on the Rock
I don't see the big push for an over hyped up match that for the most part disappointed.
and I'm more concerned with the character of C.M Punk, as long title reign aside, it would be pretty disappointing if he was to lose the belt to Rock, paving the way for that Cena-Rock WM rematch.
