May 16th, 2012: After being admitted to a Stamford Hospital with a suspected heart attack, Vince McMahon’s life was seemingly hanging in the balance. The Chairman and CEO of WWE was eventually cleared and returned home on the 17th. After suffering this brief scare, McMahon is said to have had reality check. Having thought about the situation for nearly 48 hours, Vince eventually announced that he would be stepping down from WWE as the role of CEO. Vince stated – “The scare put things into perspective for me so I think it’s time I moved on.”

So it was confirmed on May 19th, two days before the WWE Over the Limit PPV, that Paul Levesque, better known as Triple H, would take the place of Vince as CEO. Levesque is said to be working alongside his wife Stephanie and brother-in-law Shane in control of the company.

Triple H immediately announced that, effective immediately, the new head office would implement a ‘Plan of Action’ as a way of improving dwindling TV ratings, merchandise sales and PPV buy-rates, which have all been on a downwards slide over the past 3 years.

The plan is said to contain a number of structural changes to the current WWE product which World Wrestling Entertainment officials believe will produce an increased amount of popularity in fans of all ages, better PPV buys, better merchandise sales, better TV ratings and more importantly – greater entertainment to all WWE fans.

The Plan of Action will include the following changes:

• TV-14 Rating has been re-established on all WWE programs.

• Overhaul of the current PPV schedule for the rest of 2012 which includes renaming of some PPV’s.

• WWE Monday Night RAW will remain a 2 hour show until further notice. The transition to a 3 hour show will not take place until officials deem the product stable and capable enough of drawing consistent ratings over 3 hours.

• There will be at least 1 live Friday Night Smackdown show every 8 weeks as the WWE looks to transition Smackdown to an eventual live timeslot on Tuesday night.

• May 21st 2012 (the night after WWE Over the Limit PPV) will officially be the WWE 2012 Draft. It will be a 3 hour show.
From this point on, superstars will only perform on their designated shows, unless given permission by John Laurinaitis or Triple H. This does not include Tag Teams or Divas as their titles can be defended on either show.

• Effective immediately, the WWE will review all WWE superstars’ contracts and cuts will be made to make room for FCW wrestlers to join the main rosters.

These changes will be effective as of 12:00am, May 21st 2012. The WWE thanks fans for voicing their concern and apologises to any WWE fan who has been unsatisfied with the WWE product in recent times.

Be sure to stay close as more news will follow!

Lolz at Vince having the heart attack and Triple H, Steph and Shane taking over. What you've done here is what I personally want to see happen to the WWE, with the draft and the rating changing back.

The releases are pretty standard, but I think Johnny Curtis has some potential if used right. Is Heyman going to be a mainstay? I look forward to seeing who you bring forward from FCW.

Good luck with this, workhorse, and I'll be reading :)

WWE Draft
May 21st, 2012
Richmond, Virginia

The pyros explode as the jubilant Richmond fans cheer as we kick off a new era in the WWE. Michael Cole, Jerry Lawler and special guest Booker T welcome us to the WWE Draft show for 2012.

*****FANFARE TO RULE*****

The positive mood of the crowd immediately changes as David Otunga wheels out the GM, John Laurinaitis, from the back. Eve joins them as they enter the ring to a barrage of boos.

Laurinaitis’ husky voice echoes through the arena as he welcomes the crowd to a ‘New Era’ in WWE, an era where he is not only the GM, but also the best wrestler in the company. Laurinaitis recalls his ‘emphatic’ victory over John Cena at Over the Limit and that he happily re-signed Big Show Sunday night after the show.

Eve and Otunga applaud Johnny as he continues his rant. He says that People Power will continue to rule and that his reign as GM of both RAW and Smackdown will go down as the one that changed the landscape of the WWE!

*****TIME TO PLAY THE GAME*****

The roof near explodes of the Richmond Coliseum as the COO of WWE, Triple H, makes his way to the ring, his arm in a sling.

Triple H angrily looks at Johnny and says that just because he’s been in rehab doesn’t mean that Laurinaitis all of a sudden runs the business. Triple H says that he is the COO and that the WWE is going through some changes. He says that Laurinaitis is lucky to be keeping his job. The crowd cheers as Johnny’s look of arrogance turns into panic. Triple H says that he is in charge and that if Laurinaitis steps a foot out of line, then his ass is fired.

Laurinaitis says he understands. Hunter reinforces the point and then tells Johnny to get out of the ring because they have a show to put on. The crowd cheers as The Game and Big Johnny stare down.

*****AWESOME, I CAME TO PLAY*****

The ‘Awesome’ Miz struts out to the ring to a mixed reaction from the crowd as he prepares for the first match in the 2012 WWE Draft.

*****I HEAR VOICES*****

The crowd roars as The Viper, Randy Orton smiles. He walks methodically to the ring and stands face to face with The Miz as we go to commercial.

------------------------------------------------

Commercial

------------------------------------------------

MATCH #1 – THE MIZ vs. RANDY ORTON

mizvsorton.png

Orton and Miz lock horns and Orton gains control with a headlock. Orton uses quick offense with vicious strikes to ground The Miz. Miz slips out of the ring and Orton follows him. Miz smartly takes down Orton with a clothesline before shoving him back in the ring. The Miz targets Orton’s back knees and brutal submission holds. Orton fights out of the hold and hits a scoop slam for two. He is still hurt and Miz counters a clothesline and drops Orton on his knee and then follows up with a neck breaker for another two count.

The Miz runs at Orton looking for a corner clothesline but Orton moves. The Viper follows with a huge drop kick for a close two count. Orton gains control by hitting a trio of big clotheslines followed up by a back-breaker. The crowd roars as Orton sets up for the RKO. He pounds the canvas as Miz gets to his feet. Orton jumps bit Miz pushes him off the ropes. Orton rebounds back and Miz rolls him up. Miz has the cover; he’s holding the tights, 1,2,3!!

WINNER – THE MIZ (7:37)
Draft selection to RAW

The crowd boos in shock as The Miz escapes the ring celebrating his cheap victory. Orton is seething in the ring as we look to the titantron for the first draft pick.

Smackdown superstars flash across the titantron as we wait for the first draft selection. And the first draftee is…

Draftee #1 – Randy Orton to RAW

randyortontoraw.png

The crowd erupts as Miz’s smile is wiped off his face. Randy Orton smiles sadistically at Miz as he riles up the crowd. The camera quickly cuts to the Smackdown locker-room, as they all look shocked.

Cole, Lawler and Booker are in shock at ringside as they discuss what has just transpired. Cole says that he can’t wait to see The Viper back on RAW. Booker tells us that he will miss having The Viper on Smackdown.

*****IN THE MIDDLE OF IT NOW*****

Curt Hawkins and Tyler Reks are the first two out for the next match in the draft, which is a tag team match. Hawkins leads Reks to the ring as the wear the RAW logo on their shirts.

*****SO CLOSE NOW*****

The crowd gives The Uso Brothers a warmer reception as they bounce to the ring ready to represent Smackdown and try and get the second pick in the draft.

MATCH #2 – CURT HAWKINS and TYLER REKS vs. THE USO BROTHERS

reksandhawkinsvstheusos.png

Two great young tag teams square off as Jey Uso and Curt Hawkins start off the match. Jey gains early control with high-flying offense but is grounded by a huge dropkick by Curt on an attempted splash. Hawkins gains control with a headlock and an elbow drop and tags in Reks. Reks and Hawkins make quick tags, isolating Jey and getting near falls. Jey is able to counter Reks and hit a big clothesline before tagging in Jimmy.

Jimmy bursts into the ring with high-flying offense like his brother. He hits a full-nelson bomb and a Samoan Bulldozer for a two count. He whips Reks who makes a blind tag. Jimmy is unsuspecting as he drops Reks with a dropkick but Hawkins waits for him. Jimmy turns around and Hawkins drops him with the Taste of Pain for the 1…2…3!

WINNERS – CURT HAWKINS and TYLER REKS (4:56)
Draft Selection to RAW

Once again the Smackdown superstars feature on the screen. A draft pick has been found and it is…

Draftee #2 – Sin Cara to RAW

sincaratoraw.png

The crowd reacts in shock as the masked Mexican superstar makes his return to the WWE. The crowd cheers as he points to the crowd.

------------------------------------------------

Commercial

------------------------------------------------

Back from commercial Laurinaitis and Triple H are still sitting at ringside as we wait for the next match.

*****JUST CLOSE YOUR EYES*****

The new Intercontinental Champion receives an incredibly warm welcome from the fans as he proudly wears the coveted Intercontinental Championship around his waist. Christian walks to the ring and prepares to represent Smackdown.

“EXCUSE ME!!”

The deafening sound of Vickie Guerrero can be heard as she walks out from the back to an enormous amount of boos. Vickie introduces Christian’s opponent: Jack Swagger.

*****GET ON YOUR KNEES*****

The All-American American pumps himself up and gets into the ring to face Christian.

MATCH #3 – CHRISTIAN vs. JACK SWAGGER

swaggervschristian.png

The match begins with Swagger utilizing an amateur wrestling takedown on Christian. Swagger mauls Christian early. Christian gets a little comeback going as Swagger moves slowly and Christian capitalizes with a dropkick. Swagger again takes control, throwing Christian around like a rag doll with Suplexes. Christian crawls to the outside of the ropes and onto the apron. On the outside of the ropes, Swagger is trying to German suplex Christian onto the floor. Christian knocks Swagger into the ring and goes to the top. Swagger meets him there, backdrops him off the ropes! Swagger makes the cover for a close 2.

Swagger lifts Christian up for the Gut-Wrench Powerbomb but Christian counters with a quick roll-up, but only gets two. Swagger comes back with a huge clothesline. Swagger takes the turnbuckle off the corner, but the ref catches him and puts it back on. As that's going on, Christian removes a turnbuckle in his corner. He slams Swagger into it, and nails the Killswitch! 1…2…3!!

WINNER – CHRISTIAN (6:51)
Draft selection to Smackdown

Vickie Guerrero is absolutely livid on the sideline as Christian smiles and clutches his Intercontinental Championship. Cody Rhodes is shown backstage watching on, angrily.

“Hold up, hold up!”

John Laurinaitis steps up angrily. He tells Christian that because he cheated, he stripping him of the victory and awarding it to Jack Swagger. Therefore, RAW gets the draft pick. The crowd boos Laurinaitis’ decision as Christian shakes his head in disbelief.

“No, no, no”

The Game, Triple H, stands up with a mic. He says that he is reversing Laurinaitis’ decision because Jack Swagger had also attempted to utilize the exposed turnbuckle. He awards the win to Christian and the draft pick to Smackdown. The crowd roars as Laurinaitis looks over angrily, but keeps his mouth shut.

After the debacle, eventually we cut to the titantron. This time, RAW superstars flash across the screen as we wait for a draft selection. The decision has been made, the draftee is…

Draftee #3 – Big Show to Smackdown

bigshowtosmackdown.png

*****CRANK IT UP*****

Big Show comes out to an empty ring amidst a ferocious reaction from the crowd. Big Show stands in the ring with a mic as he prepares to talk.

Big Show says that everyone hates him after what he did last night. He says that he’s the bad guy because he beat up all the kiddies little superhero, John Cena. Big Show said that he did what he had to do. He says that he needs a job and that he has a family to provide for.

The crowd shows him no sympathy as they continue to boo him. Show adds that when he was crying, on his knees, begging for his job back, not one person stood up for him!! He says the fans and the people in the back who claimed to be his ‘friends’ make him sick. He finishes by saying that Smackdown better watch out because Big Show is no longer a friendly giant, but colossus monster who will reek pain and revenge on anyone who he wants to!

Big Show drops the mic and leaves while the Richmond fans spit abuse at him.

------------------------------------------------

Commercial

------------------------------------------------

--------------------------------------------

Back from commercial, Cole, Lawler and Booker take us through the draftees so far. The bell sounds and Justin Roberts announces that the next match is the Smackdown vs RAW battle royal, in which the winner will receive two draft picks for their respective brand!

*****KNOW YOUR ENEMY*****

There are 12 stars from Smackdown that come down the ramp and to the ring, decked out in their blue shirts.

*****BURN IT TO THE GROUND******

The 12 RAW faithful follow as they parade their red RAW shirts on their way to the ring.

MATCH #4 – BATTLE ROYAL

battleroyal.png

The WWE superstars flock to each other as the battle royal begins. The action is intense as kicks and punches fly around the ring. As the superstars work together to take out those from the other brands, commotion brews. The first superstars to go are Trent Barreta, Yoshi Tatsu and Darren Young of Smackdown and Primo, Alex Riley and Epico of RAW.

It’s down to nine on nine as the unpredictable action continues. Jinder Mahal, Tyson Kidd, Titus O’Neil and Jack Swagger are the next 4 eliminations. RAW now has the advantage. The advantage is evened after Antonio Cesaro throws out Zack Ryder and R-Truth. But Brodus Clay comes from nowhere to eliminate Cesaro.

With 11 superstars remaining, the intensity heats up. Kofi Kingston crashes and burns to eliminate himself. Hunico and Camacho are next to go, which only thins the Smackdown talent left. After Heath Slater and Michael McGillicutty eliminate each other at the same time, it’s down to 6 men – Brodus Clay, Dolph Ziggler, Curt Hawkins and Mason Ryan from RAW, while Drew McIntyre and Ted DiBiase remaining from Smackdown.

The 6 men go toe-to-toe until Dolph Ziggler is distracted accidently by Vickie Guerrero and is eliminated by DiBiase. DiBiase then sends Hawkins out to make it two on two. The 4 men break into a brawl that spans across the ring as they try to win their brand the two draft picks.

*****WELLLLL IT’S A BIG SHOW (CRANK IT UP)*****

To the shock of the crowd, the World’s Largest Athlete comes out from the back and to the ring. He grabs Mason Ryan by the throat and pushes him over the rope. McIntyre looks on happily until Big Show grabs him and throws him over the rope. DiBiase pushes Show and asks him what he’s doing, so Show chokeslams him over the ropes. Brodus Clay runs at Big Show but is stopped by a huge hand on his throat. Big Show thrusts forward and pushes Clay over the ropes and to the outside.

Big Show is the final superstar left in the ring but he doesn’t care. Big Show gets out of the ring and begins walking up the ramp before disappearing backstage. The crowd, commentators and officials are stunned. Laurinaitis and Triple H look at each other before having a brief conversation with Justin Roberts. Roberts announces that because Big Show is a Smackdown superstar, Smackdown win the battle royal.
WINNER – BIG SHOW (11:27)
2 draft selections to Smackdown

The crowd lets out a cheer at the decision as we cut back to the titantron with RAW superstars flashing across. The decision is made and the first of two draftees to Smackdown is…

Draftee #4 – Alberto Del Rio to Smackdown!

albertodelriotosmackdow.png

*****REALAZA*****

The tone of Ricardo Rodriguez sounds as he introduces the Mexican Aristocrat. Alberto Del Rio parades himself to the crowd to a negative reaction.

Del Rio waves arrogantly as the camera cuts back to the draft. RAW superstars flash across the screen and another selection has been made. It is…

Draftee #5 – The Miz to Smackdown

themiztosmackdown.png

*****AWESOME, I CAME TO PLAY*****

The Miz walks out from the back to a mixed reaction. He cockily stands and notions to the crowd as we cut backstage.

------------------------------------------------

Backstage Matt Striker introduces Sheamus as his guest. He welcomes the World Heavyweight Champion and asks him what his thoughts are on the draft so far. Sheamus tells Striker that he is excited about the new Superstars who are coming to Smackdown. Sheamus says that he is disappointed that The Viper, Randy Orton, won’t be on Smackdown anymore.

Sheamus adds that he hopes that those superstars who get drafted to Smackdown don’t think they have a shot at his title because they’re gonna have a rude awakening if they do.

------------------------------------------------

*****LA VITTORIA E MIA*****

The crowd cheers loudly for their United States Champion. The WWE’s resident Italian superstar exuberantly struts to the ring for his match.

*****RESPETO*****

The crowd’s response to Hunico and Camacho is less then flattering as they arrive to the ring on the back of their bike. Hunico gets in the ring as he prepares to face Santino

MATCH #5 – SANTINO MARELLA vs. HUNICO

santinovshunico.png

Santino gains early offense by grabbing Hunico in a waist-lock and then twists Hunico’s arm. He then hits a big hip-toss for a quick 1 count. Hunico is able to get back into control with an arm bar and then clubbing blows to the back. Santino falls into the corner and Hunico hits a big clothesline and then a slingshot dropkick for a 2 count. Hunico quickly hits a suplex and then back into a grounded headlock.

Santino fights out and hits a back suplex followed by 2 hip-tosses for a 2 count. Santino stays on the attack with a Salute Flying Head-butt for another 2 count. Santino stands up and pulls out his sock as he sets up for the Cobra. Camacho jumps on the apron to make the distraction. Hunico runs at Santino but misses and takes out Camacho. Hunico turns around and runs into a Cobra from Santino. Marella makes the cover, 1…2…3!
WINNER – SANTINO MARELLA (4:50)
Draft selection to RAW

As the crowd cheers Santino the Draft video flashes across the screen. The newest RAW superstar is…

Draftee selection #6 – Wade Barrett to RAW

wadebarretttoraw.png
*****I’VE HAD ENOUGH*****

Wade Barrett bursts out from the back and confronts the shocked crowd. The Englishman makes his way to the ring and stands, mic in hand.

Barrett arrogantly smiles as he addresses the crowd. Barrett tells them how happy he is to be back. He says that finally Monday Night RAW will be worth watching because Wade Barrett is here. He says that is the man of the upmost class, dignity and talent in the WWE.

BANG!!

Fire explodes on the stage...

*****VEIL OF FIRE*****

The Big Red Machine interrupts Barrett’s speech as he comes to the ring for his match. At first Barrett is angry but upon being confronted by the shear size of Kane, he retreats out of the ring. Michael Cole announces that Kane’s match against Sheamus is next.

*****WRITTEN IN MY FACE*****

The World Heavyweight Champion receives a very nice ovation from the Richmond crowd as he gets in the ring for his match.

MATCH #6 – KANE vs. SHEAMUS

sheamusvskane.png

The match begins and the two giants go at it. Sheamus can’t get Kane down with clotheslines and the Big Red Machine takes advantage with a brutal uppercut and big boot. Kane stomps away at Sheamus in the corner. He whips Sheamus and tries to hit a clothesline but Sheamus ducks the clothesline and connects with the Irish Curse backbreaker for a two count. Kane slips out of the ring. He is frustrated as we go to commercial.

------------------------------------------------

Commercial

------------------------------------------------

Kane is in control as he applies a face-lock. Sheamus tries to battle out but he can’t and has to crawl to the ropes. He eventually grabs the bottom rope and the hold is broken. Kane stomps away at Sheamus and then sets up for a chokeslam. Kane grabs Sheamus but the World Champ knees him in the gut and hits a DDT.

The ref reaches an 8 count but eventually Sheamus is first up and grabs Kane, who is on the apron. Sheamus batters at Kane’s chest with 10 clubbing blows. Sheamus then follows up with a diving shoulder block for another 2. The Great White sets up for the Brogue Kick and runs at Kane, but Kane ducks. The Big Red Machine grabs Sheamus around the throat. He lifts him up for the Chokeslam but Sheamus slips out the back and hits a Brogue Kick! Sheamus makes the cover, 1…2…3!

WINNER – SHEAMUS (8:16)

Kane furiously pounds the mat as Sheamus celebrates on the ramp. We cut to video that displays the RAW superstars. The draftee to Smackdown is…

Draftee #7 – Randy Orton to Smackdown

randyortontosmackdown.png

*****CULT OF PERSONALITY*****

The WWE Champion struts out to an enormous ovation. He clutches his WWE Championship and walks to the ring. Triple H and John Laurinaitis watch from ringside as Punk enters the ring, and waits for his Smackdown opponent, Cody Rhodes.

*****SMOKE AND MIRRORS*****

The cocky, brash Cody Rhodes slickly makes his way out the back and to the ring.

MATCH #7 – CM PUNK vs. CODY RHODES

punkvsrhodes.png

Rhodes and Punk put on a great match to end the Draft. Rhodes gets on the attack early with kicks and headlock but Punk reverses and applies an arm-bar. Punk applies the pressure on Rhodes’ arm leaving him searching for a way out. Rhodes counters as he twists Punk around and hits a picture perfect Russian Leg Sweep. Cody runs at The WWE Champ but Punk ducks and hits him on the rebound with a heel kick. Punk makes the cover, 1…2…kickout by Rhodes!

Cody ducks a kick from Punk and boots him in the back. Rhodes takes control with a snap suplex followed by an agonizing chin-lock, which grounds the WWE champ.

Punk is finally able to battle out and hits Rhodes with kicks to the gut. Rhodes swings a wild punch but Punk catches him with a swinging neckbreaker for another two count. Rhodes is out in the middle of the ring as Punk gets out onto the apron. He waits for Rhodes to get to his feet and springboards at him but Rhodes lays him out with a brutal dropkick. Both men are down as we go to commercial.

------------------------------------------------

Commercial

------------------------------------------------

Back from commercial, Punk whips Rhodes and goes for the corner bulldog but Rhodes ducks out of the way, jumps of the ropes and nails the Beautiful Disaster Kick. Cody makes the cover, 1…2...kickout at two and a half! Rhodes climbs upstairs and looks for a Moonsault. He launches himself but Punk moves and Rhodes crashes and burns. Punk now climbs the ropes gingerly before finally flying to hit a big elbow on Rhodes!

WINNER – CM PUNK (9:34)
Draft Selection to RAW

Laurinaitis and Triple H watch from ringside as Punk watches from in the ring.

The draft music builds the suspense as Smackdown superstars flash on the screen until an eventual draftee has been found. And it is...

CM Punk as a wry smile on his face as he waits for Daniel Bryan. All of a sudden from behind Bryan cracks CM Punk with a steel chair! The brutal sound of steel on skin echoes through the arena. The music cuts and the crowd gasp in shock. Bryan screams at Punk before clobbering him with the steel chair. Bryan viciously beats Punk in the back and face. Punk is busted open as Bryan applies the Yes Lock!

Bryan applies the hold on an incapacitated CM Punk as the crowd boos. Triple H, David Otunga and a group of referees rush to the ring to break it up as Bryan leaves Punk in the middle of the ring, writhing in pain as RAW goes off the air.

SXEnightmare's Review:

well sense all but the main event was pretty short matches there isnt a whole lot i can say about the matches but i will say Punk vs Rhodes was great very entertaining match.

as for the draft picks i was trying to guess who would get drafted with each pick....i got none of my guesses right lol but the big ones that really might be intersting are Barrett to raw sense theres more new people for him to work with and Miz to smackdown...that was a great call Miz has been in a rut for awhile on RAW so this was good to see.

i assume your first show was a draft show so you could get the rosters the way you want them without having them switched up to start with which isnt bad both shows look to be in good shape after the draft didnt expect Orton going twice though.

overall this was a good start i know this isnt your first Book This so im looking forward to see where you go from here and to see what fueds you start up goodluck with this!

Jam's Review
The Draft Show is always an exciting shows as there are a number of ways to go so let's go on with it. The first part of the show seemed a little lacking in detail for me but it's fine anyways. Not really a fan of Big Johnny but I guess that he's an established heel now that people don't like him. Well anyway, let's just get on with the rest of the show.

Hmm, maybe Miz gets a fresh start here after his win over Orton? But bad news for Miz now that Orton will be on Raw. I kind of miss Orton on Raw but now I'm curious as to who will be the top guy on Smackdown. Good job creating some interest with your readers right away.

We go straight into the next match? Fine with me. I like tag team matches and I'm a fan of both teams that competed in this contest. I much favor the Usos but either team could use the win. Another win for RAW? And that's fine as they lose Sin Cara who wasn't that big of a star on Smackdown anyway.

Hmm I sense something big with this power struggle between Johnny L and HHH. Big Show going to Smackdown is an interesting move as it gives Show a fresh start to begin his heel run. He's a giant so I much prefer an angry giant than the happy-go-lucky one, good job with this.

The big battle royal was rightfully won by Smackdown. They got two very “Smackdown”-oriented guys with Del Rio and The Miz headed to Friday Nights. I'm still liking Smackdown more because of it being more wrestling-oriented. I now think that Miz is in for a pretty big push and I don't mind that.

The top guys are being drafted to Raw huh? Maybe Cody goes there next. What's this? Orton is drafted back? Not really a fan of this move, you pull a Cena huh? Ohwell, Orton being on Smackdown really isn't a bad thing at all as he's better in the ring than on the mic.

And finally, Daniel Bryan is the last person to switch brands. Bryan's been ready for RAW for a while now I believe. Just hope that the Punk/Bryan feud won't be worn out as it seems to be losing steam. Maybe book them in an Ironman Match soon? :D

Overall, a pretty good show. The matches were pretty short but everyone has their own match writing style. I'd just like to see more detail in some promos and the matches as the show felt too short, felt like an hour show even with seven matches. But I like the formatting, glad that you have that down already. So yeah, good job with the first show. Will be back to read once the new show is posted!

WWE Draft Feedback

Opening Promo: Nice to see that you're playing off of the tension between the two bosses as this has a potential to be big between the two of them.

Miz vs Orton: A high profile match to start the show, and a shocker with Orton getting drafted back to Raw. I think a thing to do that would have fit in well here is if Orton had tried to chase after Miz after he got drafted.

Hawkins/Reks vs Usos: Great to see these two teams featured on the show, as I seems that you want there to be a real emphasis on the tag team division. I hope to see more of these teams on the main shows. Sin Cara to Raw is awesome too!

Swagger vs Christian: Just returning, Christian was always going to win this one against Jack Swagger. Nice to see some more conflict between HHH and Johnny though. Decent promo from Show, and I look forward to seeing how he fares on Smackdown.

Battle Royal: Not entirely sure what happened here... did Big Show just come down to the ring and throw everyone out? Anyway, with Miz and ADR on Smackdown now, you've got yourself a couple of good potential challengers for Sheamus.

Santino vs Hunico: Nice to see Hunico on Raw, and then Santino getting the win is always a crowd pleaser. I'm interested to see what you want to do with Santino and the US Title; whether you're going to develop some sort of challenge for him.

Barrett Promo: Not sure why Barrett shied away from Kane; as he is not exactly a Cruiserweight so Barrett could take him. But good to have Wade back.

Kane vs Sheamus: A good win for Sheamus here, and as champion you'd expect him to beat Kane. Orton back on Smackdown possibly wouldn't have the same impact as Cena being drafted twice last year just because Orton and Smackdown aren't as big as Cena and Raw. Orton can now carry on a feud with The Miz on Smackdown possibly, and you have a very credible challenger for Sheamus if you decide to go down that road.

Punk vs Rhodes: A good match to read between these two, hopefully you have Cody stepping up the card on Smackdown now after exposure like this and losing the IC title. What an impact from Daniel Bryan! I hope it is Bryan vs Punk again at No Way Out, are you going to write matches in full?

Really good start to the thread workhorse, the only thing for me is that there could have been a couple more promos or backstage segments. But other than that you definitely seem like you know what you're doing, Good job.

Thanks for the feedback fellas,

Just a quick note, my shows after this will have a lot more detail. I guess the point of this show was to refresh the rosters and get a few feuds started, not so much the length of matches etc.

I will, however, take into account what you've all said :)

theusosvsepicoandprimo.png

MATCH #1 – PRIMO & EPICO vs. JIMMY AND JEY USO

The opening match of Superstars sees two great young tag teams squaring off. The former tag champs Epico and Primo are able to gain early control as Epico takes down Jimmy Uso. Epico and Primo use frequent tags as well as various submissions, clubbing blows and articulate tag team maneuvers to keep Jimmy in their corner and under control.

Eventually, Jimmy slips out from the mat and Epico crashes into Primo. Jimmy tags in Jey and the two Uso brothers go flying through the ropes taking out their adversaries. Jey hits a Samoan Bulldozer on Epico but Primo breaks the two count. Jimmy comes back into the ring and throws Primo over the top rope. Jey lifts up Epico and connects with a Samoan Drop for the 1…2…3!

WINNERS – JIMMY AND JEY USO (6:44)

hunicovssantino.png

MATCH #2 – HUNICO vs. SANTINO MARELLA

What was supposed to be rematch from their WWE Draft encounter turns ugly as Hunico and Camacho attack Santino before the bell. They brutalize the United States Champion. Santino tells the ref that he is okay to compete and the match goes ahead. Hunico strikes Santino repeated times. He hits a snap suplex followed by a springboard shoulder block for a 2 count.

Santino somehow manages to hit two hip-tosses on Hunico, surprising him. But after staggering and reaching for his Cobra sock, Hunico is able to get back into the match. Hunico boots Santino in the head, near knocking him out. Hunico climbs the ropes and hits a Senton Bomb. Hunico covers a lifeless Santino, 1…2…3!
WINNER – HUNICO (3:55)

zackrydervstensai.png

MATCH #3 – TENSAI vs. ZACK RYDER

Zack Ryder’s buoyancy is enough to gain him the upper hand early as he surprises Tensai with his quick strikes and swift movements. Zack hits a dropkick that grounds the big man. Tensai is too strong and quickly powers out of the cover. Tensai begins battering Ryder with head-butts. He hits a Double Under-hook Suplex for a 2 count. Tensai then throws Ryder out of the ring and to the floor. Tensai slams Ryder’s head on the apron. He then runs at Ryder but Zack moves and Tensai crashes into the steel post. Tensai turns around and Ryder drops him with a big boot.

Ryder climbs back in the ring and the ref begins counting. He reaches 9 but Tensai pulls himself back in the ring, much to the dismay of the crowd. As Ryder sets up for the Rough Ryder, Sakamoto jumps on the apron. This creates enough distraction for Tensai to douse Ryder’s face with the Green Mist. Ryder is blinded as Tensai claws his face and nails the Clawhold STO for the win.
WINNER – TENSAI (7:02)

WWE Smackdown
25th May 2012
Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania

^Smackdown intro video^

**PYRO**
**PYRO**
**PYRO**

Know Your Enemy by Greenday blasts through the arena as the fireworks explode on the stage and the crowd roars. The camera pans through the fans, each getting their slight glimpse on camera. Josh Matthews and Booker T welcome us to the first Smackdown of the new WWE era. Booker and Josh talk about the new draftees and how they will have an impact on Smackdown!

*****AWESOME, I CAME TO PLAY*****

The Miz is greeted with a bombardment of boos from the Wilkes-Barre fans. He twirls the microphone around his finger as he slowly walks to the ring in a suit.

The Miz stands in the ring almost soaking up the crowd’s boos.

Miz: Finally, finally Smackdown can officially be known as the most awesome show on SyFy. Ladies and gentleman, I am The Miz, the most must-see WWE Champion in history and I am now here for you all on Smackdown. And all of you Smackdown fans should be thankful that the show is now worthy of watching!

He chuckles arrogantly as ‘MIZ-SUCKS’ chants begin.

Miz: You can boo all you like but you know that I am Awesome and you all know that I will be the next World Heavyweight Champion. And when that does happen, I will lift ratings just like he did when he became the WWE Champion!

*****WRITTEN IN MY FACE*****

The WWE fans finally have something to cheer about as the World Heavyweight Champion smiles as he walks to the ring, mic in hand.

Sheamus: Miz, Miz, Miz, welcome to Smackdown fella!

Sheamus sarcastically offers his hand then pulls it straight back and smiles.

Sheamus: You better be careful what you wish for fella. You see you like to talk, but you better be able to back that up with actions because that’s how we do it on Smackdown, we fight. We don’t just talk about out of our ass!

The crowd roars for the World Champion as The Miz looks on angrily.

Sheamus: So I suggest that you stop talking, because I don’t like when people come to my show and claim they’re gonna win my title!

*****I HEAR VOICES*****

The crowd erupts even louder for The Viper Randy Orton as he makes his way to the ring, staring, unblinkingly, at Sheamus and The Miz.

Orton methodically confronts the two men.

Randy Orton: Sheamus, while you may be the reigning World Heavyweight Champion, this show is still mine! I’m not one to harp on about a loss, but I know, and you know, you got lucky at Over The Limit. And Miz, I don’t like when pretty-boy, MTV busts run their mouth.

Sheamus: I hate to interrupt Randy, and while I respect your opinion, Smackdown is my show and you, just like every other superstar on this roster, needs to prove that they’re worthy of challenging for my World Heavyweight Championship.

The reaction from the crowd is mixed as Orton and Sheamus stare face-to-face.

Miz: Really? Really?

The Miz’s familiar tone sounds as he breaks the ice, much to the displeasure of the crowd.

Miz: Really, are both of you serious? While boring, monotone Randy Orton thinks he has a shot at the title, you lost, so back of the line and make way for the most awesome superstar in the WWE…

*****SHE LOOKS GOOD*****

The Executive Assistant to John Laurinaitis, Eve Torres glows as she walks out to the top of the stage. She receives a fairly negative response but also gains some wolf whistles from the male fans.

Eve: Firstly, I would formally like to welcome The Miz and all of the new superstars who were drafted to Smackdown this past Monday. Now, as you may see, Mr. Laurinaitis will not be here on Smackdown tonight, so he has placed me in charge. And I know that Mr. Laurinaitis wants Sheamus’ opponent at No Way Out to be determined tonight!

Eve smiles as the crowd cheers and Sheamus nods his head.

Eve: So tonight, The Miz will make his Smackdown ‘debut’ against…The Viper Randy Orton!

The crowd roars as Miz and Orton exchange glances. Eve smiles wickedly as she adds a twist to the tale.

Eve: Oh, and one more thing; the special guest referee will be…Sheamus!

The three men standing in the ring are speechless as they all take looks at each other. The crowd is shocked but still roar at the controversy and we go to commercial.

Commercial

--------------------------------------------

Back from commercial Booker T and Josh Matthews nearly wet their pants as they excitedly discuss the mainevent and the events that have just transpired.

In the ring, Alex Riley gets introduced as he prepares for his match.

*****HALLELUJAH*****

Damien Sandow seemingly glides out from the back, dressed in his navy gown, towel around his neck clutching a microphone the same way a rich snob clutches a glass of brandy.

Sandow stands on the apron and stares at Riley. Sandow sizes up Alex and begins to talk.

Damien Sandow: I’m sorry, ladies and gentleman in attendance, but I refuse to partake in action tonight because the opponent that has been presented is unworthy.

Riley is disgusted by Sandow’s condescending manner as Sandow stares to the heavens while the crowd boos him. He then swiftly moves off the apron and begins to exit. Alex Riley grabs Lillian Garcia’s microphone.

Riley: You know what Sandow, you call yourself all kinds of fancy nicknames, but the one you forgot to leave out was COWARD!!

This causes Sandow to stop in his tracks. The crowd roars as Sandow returns to the ring confronts Riley. Out of nowhere he begins beating Riley. Sandow’s attack is unexpected and out of the blue as he clubs Riley in the back. The referee breaks them up and rings the bell.

MATCH #1 – DAMIEN SANDOW vs. ALEX RILEY

sandowvsriley.png

Riley is able to regain his composure as they square off again. Sandow angrily drives Riley back into the corner. He then repeatedly buries his shoulder into the sternum of Alex and then drops him with a vicious right hand. Sandow takes a step back and soaks up the atmosphere while he waits for Riley to get up. His demeanor snaps again as he kicks Riley in the back. Sandow then whips Riley off the ropes but A-Ry holds on then hits a big clothesline and the crowd cheers.

Sandow runs at Riley who catches him with a spine-buster! Riley makes the cover, 1…2…kickout! Riley runs off the ropes and swings another clothesline but Sandow ducks under, grabs Riley from behind and slams him with a Russian Legsweep. Sandow flips himself up out of it and quickly smiles methodically and grabs Riley before lifting to his feet. Sandow sets up and nails the Cross-Armed Neckbreaker. Sandow arrogantly covers Riley, 1…2…3!!

WINNER – DAMIEN SANDOW (3:05)

Hallelujah continues to blare through arena as Sandow confidently raises his arms in victory, much to the dislike of the crowd. The camera fades backstage.

--------------------------------------------

Matt Striker: Ladies and gentleman please welcome, the Mexican Aristocrat, Alberto Del Rio!

Del Rio receives some boos as he enters frame.

Matt Striker: Alberto, first off welcome, how do you feel to be back on Smackdown?

Alberto Del Rio: I was the #1 man on Smackdown before I was drafted last year. I’ve always said that it is my destiny to win the World Heavyweight Championship, and now that I’m back on Smackdown, that can come to fruition.

Matt Striker: How do feel about your match against Christian?

Alberto Del Rio: I broke Christian’s arm when I debuted in the WWE, and I’ll have no hesitation in doing it again!

Del Rio leaves Striker and exits as we cut back to the stage.

--------------------------------------------

*****CLOSE YOUR EYES*****

The crowd pops as Lillian Garcia introduces the new WWE Intercontinental Champion – Christian. Captain Charisma slaps hands with all the fans at ringside as he prepares for his match.

*****REALAZA*****

Alberto Del Rio arrives on Smackdown in a brand new Rolls Royce Phantom worth over $350000! He looks intensely at Christian as he parades to the ring and sets up for his first match as a permanent Smackdown superstar.

Christian gets to his feet and calls for Alberto to get up. Del Rio gets to his feet and Christian whips him into the corner. Christian runs at Alberto but the Mexican Aristocrat is ready and hits a drop-toe-hold and Captain Charisma goes face first into the turnbuckle.

Del Rio takes advantage and hits a step up Enzuigiri right in the skull of Christian and then goes back to work targeting the arm. Del Rio kicks and knees Christians arm before putting him in another arm-bar. Captain Charisma is trapped in the middle of the ring as he tries to fight out of the hold. Christian begins to feed off of the crowd as he fights out of it but Del Rio slams his arm into the mat and Christian squirms in pain. Del Rio now gets up top, he waits for Christian and then launches himself for a cross-body but Christian moves and Alberto comes up empty. Both men lay in the middle of the ring as we go to commercial.

--------------------------------------------

Commercial

Back from commercial and Christian is building momentum. He hits a knife-edge chop and a punch to ground Alberto. He runs but Alberto moves but Christian stops just in front of the ropes. Del Rio runs at Christian but the Champ slips through the ropes and then nails Del Rio with a kick to the face in familiar fashion!

The fans roar and swamp their Intercontinental Champion with support as he sets up for another spear. He again goes for the spear and again Del Rio is ready and pulls Christian shoulder first into the corner post! Ricardo then grabs his arm and rips it around the pole while the ref was distracted. Christian stumbles back and Alberto looks for Cross-Arm Breaker again. But again Christian reverses, this time he has Del Rio where he wants him for the Killswitch. BUT WAIT!!! CODY RHODES!! Rhodes flies into the ring and takes down Christian. The bell rings!!!!
WINNER – CHRISTIAN via DQ (9:01)

Cody drives his boot into Christian. The Champ comes back and starts punching Rhodes as a brawl ensues. Out of nowhere Alberto Del Rio clubs Christian with his Intercontinental Championship. Del Rio, Ricardo and Cody exit the ring and retreat up the ramp. Christian gets to his feet and defiantly raises his title as Cody looks on, furiously.

WINNERS – DARREN YOUNG & TITUS O’NEIL (6:49)

Young and O’Neil celebrate as they retreat up the ramp, knowing they’ve stolen a victory, as Kofi checks on Truth in the ring.

All of a sudden, Big Show comes running down from backstage. The crowd boos him relentlessly but Kofi hasn’t noticed, as he is still attending to R-Truth.

Big Show jumps in the ring grabs Kofi and hurls him across the ring. Show lifts up Truth and slaps him in the chest. Kofi runs at Show but the giant nails the WMD and Kofi goes down. Big Show grabs R-Truth around the neck, CHOKESLAM!!

The crowd is in shock as Big Show throws R-Truth to the outside like yesterdays news. Big Show angrily taunts the crowd as he leaves the ring and we cut backstage.

--------------------------------------------

Backstage, Eve is shown in an office as Cody Rhodes enters, seething.

Cody: I want my Intercontinental Championship back, tonight!

Eve: I’m sorry Cody but their just isn’t enough time tonight. How about I give you your re-match clause at No Way Out?

Christian enters to a great ovation.

Christian: What the hell are you doing interfering in my match?

Cody: I was showing why I deserve my Intercontinental Championship back!

Christian: Your title!?

Christian and Cody go face to face as they continue to argue. Alberto Del Rio enters the room and Rhodes and Christian look at him.

Alberto Del Rio: Eve, I deserve better then this. I want a meaningful match!

Eve: Everybody settle down! Cody Rhodes, you’ve got your re-match at No Way Out. I’ve also got a great idea: Next Friday on Smackdown, Christian will face Alberto Del Rio, but it won’t be just any other match, because if Christian wins, he will pick the stipulation at No Way Out, but if Alberto wins, Cody Rhodes will pick the stipulation.

Eve smiles and leaves the three men in the office.

--------------------------------------------

Commercial

--------------------------------------------

Back from commercial, Lillian Garcia introduces Bryan Edwards and Kevin Bendl. Edwards takes the mic.

Bryan Edwards: I hope you, the people of Wilkes….Wilkes, how do you say it?

The crowd boos the two local wrestlers viciously.

MATCH #5 – RYBACK vs. BRIAN EDWARDS & KEVIN BENDL

rybackvsjobbers.png

The bell sounds and Ryback runs at the duo. He throws Bendl into the corner and then drops Edwards with a brutal big boot. He picks Edwards up in a powerbomb and slams him into the mat, and then again. Bendl comes back and Ryback lifts him up for a spinebuster!! Both men are out cold as Ryback grabs them both under one arm. He lifts them both on his shoulders in an incredible display of strength. He drops both men with the Shell Shocked. Edwards and Bendl are motionless as Ryback covers both men, 1…2…3!!

WINNER – RYBACK (1:55)

Ryback sadistically smiles as the crowd cheers and we cut backstage.

--------------------------------------------

Backstage, Sheamus is shown in his referee shirt lacing up his boots. Randy Orton comes into the room to a cheer and confronts Sheamus.

Orton: I’m just here to tell you, if you try any funny stuff tonight, you better watch out.

Sheamus: Oh really? Well thanks, but I’m calling the match down the middle. And if you do happen to win, you better watch out!

Orton nods his head as the two men continue to star each other down.

--------------------------------------------

*****AWESOME, I CAME TO PLAY*****

The mainevent match is up next as The Miz parades out from the back. He warms up in the ring as he waits for The Viper.

*****I HEAR VOICES*****

Randy Orton again receives a huge ovation as he measures his way to the ring, almost sizing up his opponent The Miz.

The two men stand face to face as we wait for the last piece of the puzzle.

Sheamus turns around and jumps out of the way as Miz hits a corner clothesline to Orton! Miz falls into the cover, 1…2…kickout by Orton! Miz angrily looks at Sheamus who tells him it was a two.

The Miz grabs Orton and whips him off the ropes. Orton ducks a clothesline and comes back but Miz leapfrogs him. Miz ducks a clothesline from Randy, grabs him from behind in an inverted face-lock, drops him neck first onto his knee and then follows up with a neckbreaker. Miz makes another cover, 1…2…kickout!! The crowd cheers as The Miz gets up, frustrated. He and Sheamus exchange words before The Miz turns his attention back to Orton. The World Champion rubs his head where he got the elbow as Orton gets in his face. Sheamus pushes Orton in the chest as the crowd let out a big OOOHHH!! Orton pushes Sheamus back in the chest. Sheamus tries to calm himself down but snaps and runs at Orton with a Brogue Kick but Orton ducks and Sheamus gets Miz!!! The Miz is laid out by Sheamus as he and Orton watch on. Jam's Review
First of all, do you do your graphics? They're really good man. I won't complain about the size because it doesn't stretch the page, so just keep it at that. The size of the match banners are pretty good now that I think about it. I may go to making it this size as well but I'm not sure yet. Anyway, onto the review.

Will be doing a live review so I'll review every time there's a commercial. Anyway, I think that the show starting with Miz was good as he tries to establish himself once more before he got de-pushed. I think that Smackdown is the perfect place for Miz to be to stay relevant. I'm not sure with the exchange that the three men had, didn't sound like them to be quite honest. But I guess it's fine. That's the problem with full shows, you gotta be spot on with how you script them otherwise it'll sound all weird. Also, hmm, I think I'd wanna see Eve be a GM, there's just something about her that makes me believe she could be a good authority figure.

More Sandow is great for TV. I like that you gave Alex Riley some TV time as I think he's being misused. He could easily be in the midcard and be a credible US Champion, better than Santino. But anyway, Sandow still wins and that's alright. I can just imagine Del Rio saying “fruition”, I think it'd be quite hard for him to say that. And I don't know if you were going for portraying Del Rio's english as poor but that's what I got from this, pretty good to stay in character. Looks like Del Rio will stay in the midcard for a while with the IC Title being relevant again. With Rhodes and now Christian being the champion, the IC Title is really becoming a stepping stone for the WHC again, finally.

I'm a fan of D-Young and O'Neill, they're a pretty good tag team. I don't know how I feel about Big Show feuding with the tag team champions, it's been done. Plus, I'm really not a fan of the Big Show so I wouldn't mind if he was released, it gives someone else an opportunity to shine. So that's my take on that.

Typical Ryback squash match. I hope you give him a feud pretty soon but a few more squashes wouldn't hurt. It's pretty entertaining in my opinion. Also, with the decision that Eve came up with, I'm not sure that Del Rio would have been pleased so maybe something else could've happened. Maybe it'll eventually lead to a triple threat match for the IC Title at No Way Out.

You can write matches pretty good. I like that the main event got the most detail. Did you turn Sheamus heel? Or at least tweener? I guess that's pretty good. Maybe this one turns out to be a triple threat match as well but I hope it doesn't since you might already have one with the IC Title.

Overall, a pretty good Smackdown show. I always look forward to Smackdown more because it's more of the wrestling show and I just like the guys on Smackdown better. The promos could use some work but what do I know since I don't write full shows myself. I'll definitely give this one a read when the next show is posted. Good job!

SXEnightmare's Review:

The show starts with a good opening segment between Miz,Orton and Sheamus leading to Miz vs Orton in the main event with Sheamus as ref not a bad segment and it lead to Miz winning (im jumping around a bit) over Orton after Sheamus walked away i figured a ending like that might be coming but i dont mind it i just dont wanna see a triple threat match here id say keep it 1 on 1 between Sheamus and Miz.

Ryback kills 2 more local guys i hope he doesnt do this too long it would be nice to see how you book him for a real fued maybe put him with a manager so he has a mouthpiece?

Sandow beating A-Ry again makes sense but thats 2 squash matches in 1 show dont wanna overdue it and Sandow is another one who could benfit from a good fued but i like sandow none the less because i love his promo work and gimmick.

Del Rio vs Christian with Cody interfearing i figured it was leading to Cody vs Christian which is good they work good together sense i just cant stand del rio im hoping he doesnt get added to the match but hey maybe you can change my mind.

the divas match felt a little bit like a squash match to me because of how short it was i know thats the typical thing to give women short matches but i would like to see a little bit longer matches as this felt like the 3rd squash match of the night.

i liked seeing Young & Titus pick up the victory they make a good team so it might be nice to see them enter a fued with kofi and truth for the tag titles although with big show laying out the champs afterwards who knows where your gonna take this.

the main event as i already said i like how it turned out and the match itself was alright didnt really catch my attention honestly ONLY because i knew sheamus would attack 1 or both men at some point. again looking forward to Miz vs Sheamus.

overall good first smackdown as i said with raw id suggest making matches longer but i think you will do that with your next shows so i wont make a big deal out of it and it should be fun to see what you end up doing with the new draft picks to raw now im a fan of your work so keep it up!

GrandSword Review

I'm putting this review /feedback together with my one year old son crawiling all over me and trying to attack the laptop... So I'll have to brief haha...

GS style

1. Graphics are phenomenal mate, pretty amazing.

2. Your Smackdown was spot on exactly like what the WWE put on. It is so perfect that I have to find fault with it that I want to read more than what the mediocre WWE give us. A Sandow squash, a Ryback squash, a typical divas match.. my son is now trying to pull my ear off hahaha... your match writing is awesome, your show is just great to be honest and I know it's your first SD! so I'm sure this one was just to set the scene for things to come.

3. Big push for Miz on its way. Already in the main event and now a title shot. It will mix up the title scene but I'm not ruling out perhaps a triple threat with Orton involved.

Overall I would have to say it was exactly what we see on tv, you've absolutley nailed the WWE product and I can't wait for the next installments, I just want more with your Smackdown, as it doesn't seem to be must see tv, we need something that really stands out to catch the viewer/reader.

WWE RAW Preview
28th May 2012
New Orleans, Louisiana

The first edition of Monday Night RAW since the draft comes to the Big Easy, New Orleans. This show promises to be jam packed with groundbreaking action and entertainment.

After the WWE Overhaul following Over the Limit, there is a lot that needs to be set out and discussed. That’s why RAW (and Smackdown) General Manager John Laurinaitis will make an announcement regarding the RAW superstars. Laurinaitis is expected to announce the #1 Contender for CM Punk’s WWE Championship. ‘Big’ Johnny told wwe.com that ‘People Power’ will be in full force as he vows to give the people what they want. Laurinaitis will make decisions regarding the WWE Champion, United States Champion and Tag Team Champions so this announcement is one that is sure not to be missed.

As announced on wwe.com, John Cena is taking time out of the WWE indefinitely. (http://forums.wrestlezone.com/showpost.php?p=3976129&postcount=4). So with Cena on the sidelines, who will take the step and become the #1 face of Monday Night RAW. Will it be the current WWE Champion, CM Punk? Punk has held the title since Survivor Series and has produced one of the most impressive WWE Championship reigns in the past 15 years. Punk has labeled himself, the Best in the World and not many can argue with that. Punk may need to watch his back, as the race to become #1 contender could make for a huge competition. Daniel Bryan made an enormous impact last week after his brutal attack on the champ. Returning superstar Wade Barrett must surely be in the race after having a considerably impressive run of form before his injury in February. The Show Off Dolph Ziggler has been proving night in, night out why he is one of the most impressive young stars in this company; will he be the one to take the leap into the mainevent? Or will it be a veteran in Kane or Chris Jericho, who know what it takes to win a World Title. Be sure to watch RAW to see what happens.

The WWE Chief Operating Officer Triple H visits New Orleans to talk to the WWE Universe about how he’s going to change the WWE. Triple H has always loved the WWE business and his announcement is sure to be one that all WWE fans will approve of.

So make sure you tune into one of the most action-packed editions of Monday Night RAW as the road to No Way Out continues!

**PYRO**
**PYRO**
**PYRO**

The pyros explode as the jubilant fans show their excitement. The excitement quickly turns as John Laurinaitis quickly greets us from the ring.

John Laurinaitis: Ladies and gentleman, welcome to Monday Night RAW!

The crowd shows their displeasure as they boo Johnny.

John Laurinaitis: As you know, I am the Executive Vice-President of Talent Relations and the General Manager of both RAW and Smackdown, so that means I have a lot on my plate and a lot of decisions to make. As you may have seen on WWE.com, John Cena, the man I defeated at Over the Limit, is taking some time off to recuperate himself. I can only assume that this is because of the beating he took at the hands of me, John Laurinaitis.

Laurinaitis smugly smiles as the crowd ferociously boos.

John Laurinaitis: As you know, the WWE draft last week was a huge success. And now we have so many great new superstars on RAW. So because I’m a man of fairness, and because I give the people what they want, tonight we will see all of the RAW champions in some form of action. Kofi Kingston and R-Truth will defend their championships in a Tag Team Open Match, tonight!!!

The crowd cheers Big Johnny’s announcement.

John Laurinaitis: The United States Champion, Santino Marella, will tonight find out his opponent for the United States Championship, as there will be a fatal-4-way match tonight! Santino will defend his title next week on RAW!

SAN-TIN-O chants are heard through the arena.

John Laurinaitis: And finally, I’m pleased to announce that at the No Way Out Pay-Per-View, CM Punk will defend his WWE Championship against – Daniel Bryan.

The fans voice their displeasure at the announcement as Johnny smiles.

*****CULT OF PERSONALITY*****

The crowd roars as the WWE Champion makes his way to the ring. Punk has his Best in the World T-shirt on and the WWE Championship locked around his waist.

CM Punk: Did I just hear what I thought I heard? In what world does Daniel Bryan deserve a re-match with me for the WWE Championship?

John Laurinaitis: Daniel Bryan has proved that he is a worthy competitor and that he deserves another shot at the title.

Punk almost falls over as he laughs sarcastically.

CM Punk: By what, attacking me from behind? You know what I shouldn’t be surprised should I, ‘Big’ Johnny? I mean, you’ve got the personality of a mule and the charisma of a...a cardboard box. It’s pretty obvious that the decisions you make are about as proficient as your terrible wrestling career.

The crowd lets out a large OOOOOHHHH as Laurinaitis responds.

John Laurinaitis: I’m sorry Punk but I’m giving the people what they want, and they want Daniel Bryan to face you.

CM Punk: Oh right, right, People Power!

Punks mocks Johnny.

CM Punk: I’ll tell you something Johnny; you want to give the people what they want? Hand in your resignation form and get the hell off of everyone’s television screen!

Johnny angrily stares down Punk as the crowd roars.

*****FLIGHT OF THE VALKYRIES*****

Daniel Bryan’s theme hits to a very loud reaction. Boos are screamed by many of the fans while others cheer and shout out Bryan’s famous word, YES! Bryan yells out YES as he bounds to the ring. Bryan joins Johnny and Punk as he looks at the WWE Champion and chuckles.

Daniel Bryan: Ladies and gentleman, it appears that the WWE Champion CM Punk is a little unhappy about the fact that I, Daniel Bryan, will face him for the WWE Championship at No Way Out.

CM Punk laughs at Bryan, not believing what he says.
Daniel Bryan: Punk I know that you don’t want to face me. I made you tap out at Over the Limit, I left you in a pool of your own blood last week, and I will do both of those things if it means becoming the WWE Champion.

CM Punk: Well Daniel, thank you for that. Are you done? Good. Because there’s something I want to remind you of, and that’s that I have beaten everyone who has challenged me for this title. I beat John Cena, twice, I beat Alberto Del Rio, I beat The Miz, I beat Dolph Ziggler, Mark Henry, and Chris Jericho, hell I even won the Elimination Chamber. At No Way Out, I will beat you. Because I’m the Best Wrestler in the World!

The crowd begins to roar as Punk and Bryan stare intensely at each other in the centre of the ring.

John Laurinaitis: If I could interrupt you two for a second, I’d like to tell you that I have another exciting idea. So while both of you will face each other at No Way Out, tonight, here on RAW, you will both be in action. CM Punk, you will face one of Monday Night RAW’s newest members…Wade Barrett!!! While Daniel Bryan, you will face the United States Champion…Santino Marella!!

CM Punk looks at Johnny in disgust, knowing he copped the raw end of the deal. Bryan smiles along with Johnny as we go to commercial.

MATCH #1 – DANIEL BRYAN vs. SANTINO MARELLA

santinovsbryan.png

Daniel Bryan slyly and confidently faces up to the United States Champion as the two lock horns. Santino moves into a headlock. Santino pushes Bryan off the ropes who rebounds back. Bryan ducks a clothesline and comes back at Santino who is ready with a big arm-drag. Bryan gets to his feet and Santino hits another arm-drag. Bryan is stunned as he gets up once more and Santino hits an atomic drop to ground the #1 Contender for the WWE Championship. Santino jumps into a cover, 1…2…kickout by Bryan. The crowd boos as they continue to support Santino. Santino quickly lifts Bryan up but Bryan is ready and kicks him in the gut and then again in the leg. Santino drops to one knee and Bryan runs off the ropes and plants his feet into the face of the US Champ. Santino gingerly gets up as Bryan lays a perfect European uppercut. Bryan then lays a roundhouse kick to the back of Santino who drops to the mat once again.

Santino is out as Bryan makes his way to the top rope. He gets up top as the crowd jeers him. Bryan screams ‘YES’ and then launches himself for a diving head-butt but Santino moves. Bryan crashes and burns as Santino jumps to his feet. He runs off the ropes and nails the Flying Salute Head-butt and makes the cover, 1…2…kickout by Daniel Bryan!!! The crowd groans because they know Santino was so close. Bryan tentatively gets to his feet as Santino pulls out his sock and covers his hand. The crowd waits in anticipation as Santino nails the COBRA!!! The crowd is in hysterics as Santino jumps into the cover, 1…2…Bryan rolls over! Bryan breaks the cover and looks for the YES lock. He’s got it! Bryan has the Yes Lock applied. He pulls at the face of Santino, tap…tap…tap! Marella taps!
WINNER – DANIEL BRYAN (5:56)

----------------------------------------

Backstage John Laurinaitis is shown in his office as Wade Barrett enters to a barrage of boos. Johnny and Wade greet each other.

Wade Barrett: Mr. Laurinaitis, I am thrilled to finally be back on Monday Night RAW. It’s been too long and I know that soon enough, I will be the WWE Champion.

Laurinaitis is about to respond but is stopped in his tracks. The COO of WWE Triple H walks in.

John Laurinaitis: How can I help you Hunter?

Triple H: As I said last week Johnny, I’m watching your every move. I may have to deal with this Brock Lesnar crap but I’m still concerned at your ability to run a show, yet alone two. So while I’m here, you better be sure your on you’re A-game because I could very easily end your precious reign as GM as quickly as you can blink.

John Laurinaitis: Trust me hunter, you have nothing to worry about.

Laurinaitis and Triple H stare down as we cut back into the arena.

THE USO BROTHERS vs. PRIME TIME PLAYERS

O’Neil clubs Jimmy in the back with a forearm and then runs off the ropes and hits a brutal clothesline. He makes the quick cover, 1…kickout! Jimmy quickly gets back on the attack as he ducks a clothesline and hits a dropkick. Titus gets up and runs at Jimmy who hits a big arm drag and tags in Jey. The two trade punches before Titus O’Neil clotheslines Jey. Young turns around and runs into Jimmy who lifts him up and drops him with a Samoan drop.

The crowd roars for the Uso Brothers as Titus looks on. From behind, Jey grabs Titus and hurls him out of the ring and to the outside. Jey uses the crowd’s support as he flies across the ring and through the ropes with a Suicide Dive. Back in the ring Young is seated in the corner as Jimmy sets up for the Samoan Bulldozer. He runs at the helpless Young but Darren is ready and quickly moves. He tries to jump out of the ring but is grabbed by Cesaro who drops him with a clothesline, much to the delight of the fans. Hero quickly grabs Cesaro and monkey flips his partner and Cesaro splashes down on Young. The crowd continues to roar as Hero and Cesaro grab Darren Young. They lift him up into position for the KWO ONE...and boom!! Young gets dropped to the canvas with a devastating thump. Cesaro exits the ring as Hero makes the cover, 1…2…3!!!

WINNERS and NEW WWE TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS – KINGS OF WRESTLING (13:11)

The crowd jubilantly applauds Hero and Cesaro as they happily raise their new WWE Tag Team Championships to air for all to see. The New Tag Team Champions are all smiles as they exit the ring and retreat to the back, still raising their titles and we go to commercial.

Back from commercial and backstage, Kofi and R-Truth are shown to be distraught in the locker room, especially Kofi. Kingston sits with his head in his hands as R-Truth ponders his thoughts.

Kofi: Hey Truth man, I’m sorry, I didn’t know A.W was gonna be there.

R-Truth: Lil’ Jimmy aint ‘appy, an neither am I!

Kofi: Well it wasn’t really my fault they did cheat.

R-Truth: Lil’ Jimmy reckons you knowed they was there!

Kofi: What? What the hell are you talking about Truth man?

R-Truth: I’m talkin’ ‘bout you costin’ me an’ Lil’ Jimmy the Tag Team Championships.

R-Truth and Kofi stand face to face as the situation becomes heated.

Kofi: Well I’ll tell you one thing; I went out there to fight and defend my championship. And if you weren’t so busy being stupid and being distracted by Rosa Mendes, then maybe you could’ve helped me, like a real teammate.

Kofi leaves R-Truth on his own as Truth twitches and shakes his head angrily.

----------------------------------------

Still backstage and Triple H is walking around the backstage corridor looking tense. David Otunga greats him with a halt. Triple H stops and stares down Otunga.

Triple H: Can I help you?

David Otunga: Listen, Hunter. I know Mr. Laurinaitis and yourself aren’t the best of friends and I’ve heard rumors that you’re possibly considering firing him. Well I just want to let you know that I am a Harvard Law graduate, so I’m trained to be able to judge a person’s character and personality. So I’d just like to let you know that, personally, I think Mr. Laurinaitis is a very intelligent individual. He connects with the crowd and is a mastermind at crafting original ideas and concepts and I’d think it would be a travesty for his reign as General Manager to be ended, just because you don’t like him.

Triple H is neither fazed nor impressed by Otunga’s comments.

Triple H: Let me tell you something Dave; I’ve been in this business for nearly 20 years. And in that time I’ve learnt many things, and one of them is that ass kissing can only get you so far. So don’t you for one second think that your little spiel about how great you think Johnny is will make me change my mind. For now, Laurinaitis is walking a fine line, and after what I’ve just heard, so are you!

David Otunga swallows, as Triple H stands face-to-face with him. The COO snarls and moves away, continuing down the hall as Michael Cole and Jerry Lawler remind us that he is making an announcement tonight.

----------------------------------------

Back in the arena and Justin Roberts announces that the next match is a Fatal-4-Way match to determine the #1 Contender for the WWE United States Championship.

“EXCUSE ME!”

The New Orleans fans are sent into dismay as they ferociously boo Vickie Guerrero.

Vickie: Ladies and Gentleman, may I introduce to you, one of the men that will be your next WWE United States Champion. Firstly, the Showoff, Dolph Ziggler!!

*****HERE TO SHOW THE WORLD*****

The Showoff, Dolph Ziggler, pushes past Vickie as he confidently struts to the ring and gets ready for his match.

Vickie: Or it will be this man. The former WWE United States Champion…Jack Swagger!

*****GET ON YOUR KNEES*****

Swagger beats his chest as he pumps himself up. Vickie exits as Swagger makes his way down the ramp. He stops at the end and begins doing push-ups.

BANG!!!

*****VEIL OF FIRE*****

The arena changes to a shade of red as Swagger stops dead in his tracks. The camera cuts back to the top of the stage where the sadistic monster Kane makes his way through the smoke. He receives a great ovation from the crowd as he gets in the ring. Kane slams his hands down as the ring pyro explodes, sending Swagger and Ziggler to the outside.

The arena cuts to black as Kane’s music stops. The crowd begins to cheer as sparkling jacket appears, lighting up at the top of the stage.

*****BREAK THE WALLS DOWN*****

The former WWE Undisputed Champion smirks to the crowd, his jacket lights gleaming as he struts to the ring and joins Kane, Ziggler and Swagger.

MATCH #3 – UNITED STATES CHAMPIONSHIP #1 CONTENDERS MATCH – DOLPH ZIGGLER vs. CHRIS JERICHO vs. KANE vs. JACK SWAGGER

swaggervsjerichovsziggl.png

The four men each occupy one corner each as the bell sounds. They suspiciously exchange glances. The action begins as Kane goes after Swagger and Jericho goes after Ziggler. Jericho hammers away at Ziggler and then clotheslines him over the top rope. Kane hits a big uppercut on Swagger and then throws him over and to the outside. Kane and Jericho turn around and face each other. Jericho makes the first move by running off the ropes but the Big Red Machine is ready and nails a brutal uppercut. Jericho drops to the canvas as Kane runs off the ropes and drops his leg over the sternum of Jericho with a leg drop. Kane makes the cover, 1…2…kickout. Kane knows he must move quickly so he lifts Jericho to his feet. Kane looks for the chokeslam but Jericho is ready and hits Kane with a drop kick to the knees. Jericho again runs off the ropes but is stopped by Ziggler and Swagger who grab his feet. The duo pulls Chris out of the ring to the outside. Jericho tries to fight them off but they throw him into the barricade wall.

Ziggler and Swagger jump in the ring and run at Kane. Kane is ready however, and delivers a huge double clothesline, near beheading Ziggler and Swagger. The Big Red Machine uppercuts Ziggler and lifts Swagger up and drops him with a sidewalk slam. Kane turns back around and runs into picture perfect dropkick from the Showoff, Dolph Ziggler. Ziggler and Swagger regain their composure and begin stomping away at the monster Kane. They swiftly lift him to his feet before nailing a double suplex. Swagger whips Kane into the corner and Ziggler runs, jumps and smashes the face of Kane with a forearm. Kane drops to the mat near the corner. All of a sudden Jack Swagger comes running across the ring and hits a Swagger Bomb on Kane. Out of nowhere Dolph grabs Swagger and tosses him out of the ring and to the outside. The crowd can’t believe it as they gasp. Ziggler covers Kane, 1…2…kickout!!! Ziggler is furious as he pounds the mat. Ziggler gets to his feet, WHACK!! The crowd gasps as Chris Jericho wallops Ziggler with a vintage Enzuigiri.

Ziggler drops to the canvas as Kane rolls out of the ring. Jericho makes the cover, 1…2…kickout by Ziggler. Jericho quickly gets to his feet and runs, jumps off the ropes and flips with a perfect Moonsault except Dolph was ready and moved out of the way. Jericho crashes and burns. He holds his stomach as he gets up, doubled over. Ziggler jumps to take advantage with a beautiful Leg Drop Bulldog, a maneuver he calls the Namedropper. Ziggler makes the cover, 1…2…Jack Swagger breaks up the count. Swagger and Ziggler stand toe-to-toe. Vickie Guerrero screams from the outside, telling them to work together. Neither man takes any notice as they bicker and argue. Out of nowhere Kane takes down Swagger with a clothesline off the top ropes!!! Ziggler stands and watches but gets caught from behind by a bulldog by Jericho. The crowd roars as the unbelievably intense action continues. Kane and Jericho now go toe-to-toe. Not with words however, with their fists. Jericho ducks a clothesline as he runs off the ropes and springboards into a dropkick off the second rope.

Kane is grounded as Jericho grabs his legs and begins to twist. The crowd stand in anticipation as, yes, Chris Jericho locks in the Walls of Jericho!!! The Big Red Machine writhes in pain as Jericho applies pressure. From the other side off the ring, Dolph Ziggler begins crawling across to Kane. Ziggler looks to be trying to stop Kane from tapping but out of nowhere Jack Swagger grabs Ziggler in the ankle lock. The crowd is in absolute shock as two submissions are applied in the middle of the ring. Swagger twists the ankle of his supposed partner as Jericho continues to stretch the back of Kane. Finally, Kane and Ziggler can’t take the pain and both begin to tap. The crowd gasps!! Referee Charles Robinson is stunned. Both men tap out at the same time and Robinson doesn’t know what to do. Both men release the holds, as they both believe they have won. Robinson explains that neither man is the winner, as Swagger and Jericho look on, confused. All of a sudden Swagger kicks Jericho in the sternum. A doubled-over Chris Jericho is perfect position for the Gut-Wrench Powerbomb!!!! Swagger plants Jericho into the mat but as he gets to his feet, Dolph Ziggler shocks him from behind with a Zig Zag!! The crowd cheers! Ziggler makes the cover, 1…2…Kane breaks the count!! Ziggler gets to his feet and turns around. He is stopped dead in his tracks as the Big Red Machine wraps his huge hand around Ziggler’s throat. Kane lifts him up, CHOKESLAM!!! The crowd roar as Kane makes the cover, 1…2…SMACK! The New Orleans fans are shocked as Chris Jericho smashes Kane with a steel chair. Jericho angrily rolls Kane out of the ring and covers Ziggler, 1….2….3!!
WINNER – CHRIS JERICHO (10:10)

Break the Walls down plays in the background as Jericho escapes up the ramp clutching his head. Kane, Swagger and Ziggler can only look on in anger and discontent.

*****BROKEN DREAMS*****

As we return from commercial, one of RAW's newest draftees, Drew McIntyre, comes out from the back. The crowd's response is less then flattering but it doesn't seem to faze Drew.

McIntyre: 2 months. 2 bloody months since 'The Chosen One' Drew McIntyre has appeared on Monday Night RAW. What an absolute disgrace!

McIntyre is angry as the fans boo him.

McIntyre: I have been mistreated, misused and disrespected by everyone in the WWE, including all of you!!

The boos grow louder.

McIntyre: And I've had enough. So now that I've been drafted to Monday Night RAW for good, I will once again prove to all you people why I am the Chosen One.

*****ANCIENT SPIRIT*****

McIntyre stops and quickly spins around as the crowd roars. Smoke billows out at the top of the stage and the Mexican Luchador, Sin Cara, enters. The crowd cheers Sin Cara, who returned at last weeks draft as he heads to the ring. Cara dives into the ring past McIntyre, who is not impressed.

Cara's music stops as he stands with a mic in hand. He looks at Drew. Cara raises the mic to the front of his mask but not before McIntyre clubs him with a right hand. McIntyre tries to attack Sin Cara but the Mexican is ready and slips out the back. Sin Cara nails a right hand and then a roundhouse kick. McIntyre is stunned as Cara runs off the ropes and jumps into McIntyre with a Huricanrunna. McIntyre is flipped through the ropes and out of the ring. The crowd roars as Cara stands in the ring, ready to fight. McIntyre clutches his head as he angrily retreats up the ramp.

We cut from the video to Michael Cole and Jerry Lawler who discuss the No Way Out card so far. They talk about how The Miz became the #1 Contender for the World Title this past Sunday as well as Daniel Bryan being named the #1 Contender for the WWE Championship earlier tonight.

*****CULT OF PERSONALITY*****

The WWE Champion receives an enormous ovation as he proudly displays his WWE Championship. CM Punk struts to the ring and he climbs the ropes and holds up his title to a big roar.

“I’VE HAD ENOUGH”

*****END OF DAYS*****

The cocky Englishman Wade Barrett walks out from the back and raises his hands, releasing his cloak. Barrett is back for his first action since early February. He joins Punk in the ring as they prepare for action.

*****FLIGHT OF THE VALKYRIES*****

CM Punk shakes his head as Daniel Bryan mischievously interrupts and comes down to the ring. He smiles at Punk before heading around near the announce table and taking a seat.

MATCH #4 – CM PUNK vs. WADE BARRETT

punkvsbarrett.png

Barrett and Punk square up as they lock horns. Barrett swiftly moves into a headlock but Punk quickly counters into an arm-bar. Punk twists at the arm of Wade but Barrett swings him around and then whips Punk of the ropes. Barrett hits a big clothesline. Barrett makes a quick cover, 1…kickout! Wade quickly applies the headlock after Punk kicks out. Barrett applies pressure on the neck and skull of the champ. Punk begins to get to his feet. Punk pushes Barrett off the ropes. Punk leapfrogs Wade who comes back off the opposite ropes and runs into a huge heel kick by the champ. The crowd cheers as Punk gets to his feet. Barrett slowly gets up and Punk attacks him with roundhouse kicks to the hip, knee and then temple, the final kick echoing through the arena, causing a loud gasp from the crowd. Punk makes the cover, 1…2…kickout by Barrett. Barrett quickly rolls away as he tries to take a break. He stands up in the corner as Punk runs at him and tries a running knee lift but Barrett ducks out of the way. Punk is able to hold onto the top rope and than take advantage by spring-boarding into a crossbody on the unsuspecting Wade Barrett. The fans roar as Punk jumps into a cover, 1…2…kickout by Barrett!

Barrett rolls out of the ring as he tries to take a break. Punk shakes his head and smiles as he runs across the ring and dives through the ropes but Barrett moves and Punk goes crashing and burning to the outside!!!! Punk hits the floor with a vicious crack. Wade composes himself before grabbing Punk and hurling him into the barricade wall! Punk squirms in pain as Barrett heads back into the ring. The referee begins his 10 count as Barrett watches on and waits.

Barrett comes running over to Punk and begins dropping knees and boots into him. Barrett grabs Punk’s arm, lifts it up and throws it into the canvas. Punk clutches his arm in pain but Barrett continues. Barrett lifts Punk up and twists his arm around and then into an arm-bar. Punk is able to grab onto the ropes and break the hold. Barrett steps back and as Punk turns around he grabs him front on and hits a beautiful belly-to-belly suplex!! Barrett covers Punk, 1…2…kickout. Barrett glances at the ref. Wade then quickly grabs CM Punks arm into another brutal lock. He continues to apply pressure, as Punk stays stranded in the middle of the ring. The crowd rile up as they show their support for Punk. They clap and cheer as Punk begins to get to his feet. He punches Wade in the stomach and swings his leg up to drop Barrett with an incredible kick.

The crowd roars as CM Punk gathers himself and then runs off the ropes. He rebounds at Barrett but Wade is ready and nails the Winds of Change. Barrett makes the cover, he believes it’s over, 1…2…kickout by Punk!! The crowd roar as the camera shows Barrett, pleading with the ref, and then a disgruntled Daniel Bryan, who hasn’t moved from his ringside position. Barrett grabs Punk and lifts him up in position for the Wasteland. Punk is quickly able to counter as he slips out the back. Barrett turns around and swings a punch but Punk ducks, grabs Barrett’s arm and then swings around into a perfect Swinging Neckbreaker. Punk drags himself up and then stumbles over to the ropes. He is able to lift himself up to the top rope. He stands, hands up and then points at Daniel Bryan. Bryan gets up and distracts Punk. Barrett swiftly moves in and knocks Punk who falls, rather unpleasantly, onto the top turnbuckle. The crowd let out a huge ‘OOOHHH’ as Punk holds his groin. The referee pulls Barrett away from Punk. Out of nowhere, Daniel Bryan grabs Punk’s injured arm and rips it down over the top rope. Punk falls to the mat, writhing in pain as he clutches his arm. The ref was unsighted and this allows Barrett to quickly move in. He lifts Punk on his shoulders and then hits WASTELAND!! Barrett covers the WWE Champion, 1…2…3!!

WINNER – WADE BARRETT (8:55)

Wade Barrett escapes the ring celebrating. He knows his pulled off a big scalp, regardless of the manner it was achieved, and he confidently retreats up the ramp. Back in the ring, Daniel Bryan is shown kneeling in the ring, next to CM Punk. Bryan arrogantly slaps Punk in the back of the head. The crowd jeers Bryan as he soaks up their negative energy and responds with a smile. Bryan exits the ring and leaves the arena, leaving behind CM Punk, who is laid out in the ring.

We quickly cut backstage to show Triple H walking in his suit around to the back of the entrance. Michael Cole announces that we will see Triple H right after commercial.

Commercial

----------------------------------------

*****TIME TO PLAY THE GAME*****

The crowd erupts as the COO of World Wrestling Entertainment comes intensely out from the back and walk to the ring in his suit. He stands in the ring with a mic as his music stops. The crowd claps and cheers Triple H as he stands and waits.

Triple H: There’s not a lot I want to say because John Laurinaitis has already mentioned a lot of the main points.

Triple H stares into the mic as he continues.

Triple H: I’d like to say that I’ve been in this business for nearly 20 years, I’ve won a plethora of championships and achieved many great things. So when I took over this job from Vince, I had a vision. That vision was that I would provide the fans with what they want. I know what the fans want to see and that’s action. So I’d like to publicly make a promise to every WWE fan that I will provide each and every one of you with the action and entertainment you deserve!

The crowd roars as Triple H nods his head in acknowledgement.

Triple H: And while most people, most sane people are against John Laurinaitis being the General Manager of RAW and Smackdown, at this stage the WWE have no immediate replacement. But ‘big’ Johnny wont be round for long if I feel he isn’t giving you people what you want!

The fans again begin to roar at Triple H’s announcement.

Triple H: So I’d like to…

?: Oh really?

Triple H is stopped in his tracks. The crowd begins to boo as Brock Lesnar’s Legal Manager Paul Heyman surprises us by entering from the back and walking down the ramp. Triple H stands and shakes his head angrily as Heyman joins him in the ring.

Paul Heyman: I hate to sound like The Miz, but really? Do you people actually believe what this man is saying? It’s pretty damn clear to me Hunter, that your feeding these half-wits exactly what they want to hear.

Heyman smiles evilly as Triple H stands there uncomfortably.

Triple H: What the hell do you think your doing out here?

Paul Heyman: (laughs) Hunter, I know a lot more then you know. That lawsuit we’ve got, it’s still on. But that’s not the reason I’m out here.

Triple H looks increasingly disgruntled as Heyman continues.

Paul Heyman: In fact, while I was backstage sorting a few things out, I overheard that some people backstage are again unhappy with you. And being the intellectual genius I am I asked a few questions. And so it turns out, that big, tough-guy Triple H, who pushes everyone around, is actually, barely hanging onto a job. I heard first hand from WWE officials that in fact Mr. Laurinaitis’ job is relatively safe, but your position is becoming increasingly under threat.

Heyman leans forward and wickedly smiles as Triple H tries to contain his anger.

Triple H: I don’t know who told you that crap Heyman, but it sure as hell ain’t true.

Paul Heyman: Is it though? I mean you’ve always been the Cerebral Assassin, the King of Kings, your whole career you’ve been helped along the way by Vince. Gifted everything you could ever have wanted! And now, when you’re on your own, you’re cracking under pressure and about to lose your job.

Triple H stands silent, his head down. The crowd is not sure how to react, but Triple H’s silence suggests that what Heyman is saying is true.

Paul Heyman: I’m a smart guy Hunter, and I’m also sympathetic. I know what it’s like to see my company falling down. I saw it first hand with ECW. I can see that your under pressure and maybe I can ‘help’.

Heyman smiles sarcastically at Triple H.

Paul Heyman: You look a little angry Hunter, are, are you pissed off at me? Are you pissed off at Brock Lesnar for breaking your arm?

The crowd waits at Heyman torments Triple H.

Triple H: Your damn right I’m pissed!

Paul Heyman: Good. So here’s the reason I came out here, to ask you for a match. A match for Brock Lesnar at No Way Out.

Triple H looks up with his eyebrow raised.

Paul Heyman: We know that you want, no in fact, you need more people to watch Monday Night RAW every week. We know you need to fill the arena at the No Way Out PPV. And we know that Brock Lesnar is the only man that is capable of that.

Heyman stares at Triple H with an evil grin.

Paul Heyman: So how about it Trips? You find someone to face Brock Lesnar, and you know you’ve got a huge mainevent for No Way Out. And isn’t that what you want; to sell the Pay-Per-View? And seriously, with John Cena on the sidelines, because of Brock Lesnar, who in this business is going to produce a Pay-Per-View worthy mainevent?

Triple H strokes his face as he seriously contemplates the decision.

Triple H: You’re right Paul, you’re a smart guy. But what I want to know is why the hell all of a sudden, you and Brock have come back and asked me for a match? I know you Paul. You’re a slippery, pathetic, serpent of a human and I know you’re not out here to help me sell a Pay-Per-View. So tell me the truth, because I will find out if you don’t!

The crowd roars as Triple H angrily steps closer to Heyman.

Paul Heyman: Ohh Hunter! Don’t hurt me Hunter!

Heyman accentuates his words by throwing his arms out.

Paul Heyman: You wanna know the real reason Hunter? Brock Lesnar and I want to embarrass you. We want to embarrass your company. We want to embarrass the whole WWE Universe and prove, once and for all, that Brock Lesnar is the best athlete in the world and that I’m the best Manager and Businessman that the wrestling business has ever seen! We will show you what you’re missing out on.

Heyman is red and animated as he continues.

Paul Heyman: So what’ll it be Hunter? Do you have the balls to find someone good enough to face Brock Lesnar? Or are you going to let your company drift into oblivion before being finished off by me in court?

Triple H and Heyman stare each other down.

Triple H: Alright Paul, you’ve got a deal!!

The crowd roar as Triple H offers his hand. Heyman sadistically smiles and shakes. Triple H immediately pulls Heyman to within an inch of each other’s faces. Heyman has a look of shock and horror as his screams are heard through the mic.

Triple H: One final thing...I’ve got a message for Mr. Lesnar.

Triple H kicks Heyman in the stomach; he hooks his arms as the crowd stands. PEDIGREE to Heyman!!! The crowd is sent into hysterics as Triple H stands over an out cold Paul Heyman as RAW goes off the air.

SXEnightmare Review

Good way to kick off RAW with Big Johnny announcing when the next title defenses will be always nice to have all the champs in action and Punk being Punk was great.

Now onto the champs in action tonight glad you didnt have Santino win would have looked horrible, The tag team match was awesome I did not see Kings Of Wrestling coming my only problem was every team lost their title defense would have liked to see atleast 1 team win a couple matches but oh well still some good action and showcased your tag divison well.

A possible Kofi vs Truth fued? Hmm that might be good but already reminds me of the Truth vs Morrison fued so hope it goes differently.

Jericho winning was kinda obvious but also great hopefully he beats Santino next week and ends that horrible run hes on.

The Heyman-Triple H segment was gold done perfectly and as with actual WWE its a match im really looking forward to it should be a war of a match!

Overall some good shit going on man keep it up your tag divison was showcased really well here and with Kofi and Truth seemingly splitting im left wondering who will fued with Kings Of Wrestling for the tag titles, I have a feeling Punk vs Bryan will get made a triple threat with Wade added since he beat Punk ill have to wait and see.

Hey mate I'm glad to see another episode of raw on your behalf, I'm looking forward to writing this live review/feedback.

TheCult's live review/feedback

A very strong start to the show, I think you nailed the mic work very well, Punk vs. Bryan at NWO should be a great match. And we're going to see Punk vs. Barrett tonight nice!

Well Bryan beats Santino with relative ease, I expected him to win anyway. I hope that you get the title off Santino asap. Next is the tag title open.

Well Kofi and Truth taking on Primo and Epico to get us going I see the champs retaining against these two, well I'm shocked I really like Kofi and Truth so I didn't expect them to go down to Primo and Epico. And again new champs in the form of The Uso's! I like these two so I'm hoping they walk out champions. If I'm honest I would have had at least one team retain by now, and again new champs in the Prime time players again I like these so I'm happy with the choice. Whoa! Kings Of Wrestling! And they're the new champs I find it pretty cool and funny that you have one member using their ROH name and one using his WWE name, I personally would have built them up before winning the titles however at the same time it gave a nice shock moment. We've got some tension between Kofi and Truth I'm a big fan of them as a team however I thought Truth played the crazy heel excellently so I'm split in the middle of these two feuding.

US title no.1 contenders match here I think regardless of who wins they will be the new champion I'm not a huge fan of Jericho being in this match but I think Ziggler will win. A very good match Jericho's the new number 1 contender and I suspect new champion soon enough.

I sense something brewing with Drew McIntyre, I think he's been very underused so I hope to see some big things from him.

Main event time! I'm thinking a Punk win and Bryan attacking him afterwards, a solid main event with Barrett getting a shock win. I suspect Barrett will want in on the title match at No Way Out which I wouldn't mind however i'd sooner see Punk vs. Bryan at the pay per view.

I really enjoyed the final segment, I think you wrote both especially Heyman to a tee! Lesnar vs. HHH at No Way Out should be great and we see a Pedigree for Paul Heyman, nice ending to the show.

Overall a very solid show, built up the ppv well and I can't wait to read Smackdown when it's up.

The camera pans past the jubilant fans as Booker T and Josh Matthews introduce us to Friday Night Smackdown. They quickly preview the show as we begin the action.

*****REALAZA*****

The crowd’s mood quickly changes as Ricardo Rodriguez, his personal ring-announcer, introduces the Mexican Aristocrat. Del Rio arrogantly walks to the ring, mocking the crowd. Booker and Josh reiterate that if Christian wins this match, he gets to choose the stipulation and if Del Rio wins, Cody Rhodes will choose the stipulation.

*****JUST CLOSE YOUR EYES*****

The reigning Intercontinental Champion receives an enormous ovation. Captain Charisma pans the building as he acknowledges his ‘Peeps’. Christian joins Del Rio in the ring as he prepares for action.

*****SMOKE AND MIRRORS*****

Again, the crowd’s positive mood changes as the arrogant Cody Rhodes makes his way out to the back. Cody is smiling but then his face quickly changes for the crowd. He walks to ringside and takes a seat in front of the announcers.

MATCH #1 – CHRISTIAN vs. ALBERTO DEL RIO

albertodelriovschristia.png

The bell sounds and the match commences. Christian is wary of Cody Rhodes on the outside and it allows Del Rio to take advantage as he lunges in and takes Christian down with clubbing blows to the back and head. Christian falls to the corner and Del Rio begins laying boots into the Intercontinental Champ. The referee finally pulls Del Rio away as Cody Rhodes looks on happily. Christian picks himself up. Del Rio pushes away the ref and goes back after Christian but Captain Charisma is ready and throws him into the corner and begins laying fists and boots into the face and stomach. Christian tries to whip Del Rio across the ring but Del Rio twists him back around. Del Rio jumps and takes down Christian with a double knee arm-breaker, crushing the champ’s arm across his knees. Del Rio makes the first cover of the match, 1…2…kickout!

Alberto wastes no time as he quickly moves into a grounded headlock. Christian feels the pressure of the headlock as he tries to crawl to safety. Del Rio continues to apply the headlock until Christian connects with an elbow. Christian throws his arm wildly and connects a few more times. Eventually Del Rio breaks the hold. He gets to his feet as Christian tries to get to the ropes. Del Rio stomps Christian in the back. Alberto’s calculated attack continues as he whips Christian hard into the corner. The Mexican Aristocrat charges at Christian but the Intercontinental Champ dodges his oncoming opponent through he ropes and then delivers Pendulum Overhead Kick. Alberto is stunned and falls to one knee. Christian quickly scales the ropes as the crowd stand and wait. As Alberto makes his way to his feet, Christian launches himself and hits a flying dropkick to Del Rio. Christian covers Alberto, 1…2…kickout!!

The crowd groan as Christian gets to his feet. He whips Alberto and hits a big clothesline as he tries to build momentum. He hits a standing dropkick and Alberto crashes to the mat. Christian covers him again, 1…2…kickout. Christian can’t believe it but he has to get back up. He grabs Del Rio around the neck and walks over to the turnbuckle. Christian gets up on the second rope. He holds Alberto in the front face-lock and then jumps and hits a tornado DDT. Both men are down as Christian again crawls into the cover. 1…2…..kickout by Del Rio. The crowd again groans in displeasure as Christian puts his head in his hands. Christian looks around as the crowd stand, he walks over to the ropes again. He once again scales the ropes, but this time to the top. The fans roar as Christian smiles and observes his ‘Peeps’. All of a sudden, Ricardo Rodriguez jumps on the apron to distract Christian. The referee runs over and orders Ricardo to stay back. Ricardo jumps back down. Ricardo distracts Christian and as he turns his attention back to his counterpart, he is clobbered in the head as Alberto hits a step-up Enzuigiri. The crowd let out an a loud groan as Christian falls to the mat. The fans now begin to boo as Alberto pulls Christian into the middle of the ring and makes a cover, 1…2…kickout!!! The crowd cheers!

Alberto gets to his feet and signals that this is the end. He lifts Christian up and grabs his arm, perhaps setting up for the Cross Arm-Breaker. Alberto lets out a scream and then spins into the Cross Arm-Breaker. The fans scream no as Del Rio applies the lock. Christian writhes in pain as he tries to find a way out. Christian seems down and out as Alberto sadistically smiles. The referee asks Christian if he wants to submit but the gallant Intercontinental Champion refuses. Then, with the crowd behind, Christian begins to make a run at the ropes. He slowly but surely gets to the rope and the hold must be broken. Christian clutches the rope as Alberto releases the hold. Christian grabs his arm in pain, knowing that the damage of that hold may be game-changing. As Christian gets to his feet, Del Rio runs at him. Christian moves out of the way just in time and as Alberto turns around, Christian nails a spear!!! The crowd roars with delight as Christian basically falls into a cover, 1…2…Alberto’s foot is placed on the rope by Ricardo!! But wait, the referee notices. The ref stops the count after catching Ricardo. Rodriguez pleads his innocence as the referee orders him to leave!! Ricardo furiously chucks a tantrum as he retreats up the ramp and exits.

Back in the ring, Christian grabs Del Rio and sets up for the Killswitch! The crowd again stand. But Del Rio counters! BACKSTABBER!! Christian back cracks off the knees of Alberto, who then makes the cover. 1…2……kickout by Christian!!! The fans roar as Cody Rhodes angrily looks on. Del Rio pleads with the referee, ordering him that it should’ve been a three count. He continues to argue with the ref before finally turning his attention back to Christian. He grabs him and again sets up for the Cross Arm-Breaker. This time Christian is ready though! He grabs the arm of Alberto and swings him around into the KILLSWITCH!! Christian knows this could be the knockout blow and as he turns to make the cover, Cody Rhodes appears on the apron, clutching Christian’s title. Christian runs at Rhodes who drops the title and disappears off the apron and back to the outside. The referee furiously walks over and yells at Rhodes. Rhodes tells him to shut-up. The referee points at Rhodes and then orders him to leave the arena as well!!! This time, the crowd roars louder then before. Cody is furious. He kicks the wall and smashes the steel steps as he exits. Christian happily and sarcastically waves goodbye to Rhodes as the referee watches him exit.

Back in the ring, Christian turns around and WHACK!! Christian gets nailed with his own Intercontinental Championship. The referee’s attention was diverted and Del Rio gets rid of the evidence before covering Christian. 1…2…3!!

WINNER – ALBERTO DEL RIO (10:39)

A hush falls over the crowd as they angrily begin to boo Alberto, who stumbles to his feet and defiantly raises his arm in victory. Cody Rhodes is shown at the top of the stage, smiling and then quickly sneering.

Christian is still laid out in the middle of the ring as Alberto celebrates and we go to commercial.

Commercial

Back from commercial and backstage, Matt Striker introduces the #1 Contender for the World Heavyweight Championship, The Miz.

The Miz enters frame with his nose arrogantly in the air.

Matt Striker: Now Miz, firstly how are you feeling about your World Heavyweight Title match at No Way Out and secondly, how are you feeling about your tag team match tonight?

The Miz: Well Matt, firstly thank you for congratulating me on beating Randy Orton last week but I guess I shouldn’t have expected that from you anyway.

Striker stands still as The Miz stares, irritated, at him.

The Miz: Now Matt, last week I proclaimed that Smackdown had finally become Awesome, and I was right.

Boos are heard from the Louisiana fans.

The Miz: My victory against Randy Orton was only the first step. At No Way Out, I will beat Sheamus, who in my opinion is one of the worst World Heavyweight Champions in history. And after I pin Sheamus, I will come to Friday Night Smackdown, clutch my newly won World Heavyweight Championship above my head, and prove to all the doubters, that I am the most Awesome superstar in the history of the WWE.

The Miz stares intensely into the camera.

The Miz: And as for tonight, well I’m not sure Sheamus and Randy Orton will be able to work together. But if they do, I’ll make sure it won’t last long, because I’m the Miz…….

Miz puts his head in the air and stares at ceiling as he pauses.

The Miz: And I’m…..Awesome!

The Miz brushes away past Striker as we head back to the ring.

“WEELLLL IT’S A BIG SHOW”

*****CRANK IT UP*****

A bombardment of boos ring throughout the arena as the World’s Largest Athlete, the Big Show ambles his way to the ring. Big Show gets in the ring and prepares for his match.

*****HERE AND NOW OR NEVER*****

Mason Ryan receives a small but nice ovation. He bursts out from the back and forcefully makes his way down the ramp, joining his opponent in the ring.

MATCH #2 – BIG SHOW vs. MASON RYAN

bigshowvsmasonryan.png

The bell rings and Big Show runs at Ryan, who is unsuspecting, and drops him with a big shoulder block. Big Show is angry as ever as he stomps Ryan. He then picks Mason up and hurls him into the corner with daunting effortlessness. Big Show begins laying left and rights into the sternum of Ryan, who is helpless in the corner. The referee eventually tells Show that he has to get out of the corner. Big Show stops, turns and stares at the referee, who stops dead in his tracks. Show then goes back to Ryan. Show brings his finger to his mouths and tells the crowd to hush. SLAP!! He then delivers a savage open right hand to the chest of Mason. The crowd groan at the sound of the slap.

Big Show now has Mason on hands and knees in the middle of the ring. He picks him up and holds him doubled over. But Mason counters! Ryan drives his shoulder into Big Show and sends him across the ring and into the opposite corner. The crowd cheers with excitement. He then again drives his huge shoulder into Big Show. Big Show has the breath taken out of him as he stumbles back into the middle of the ring. Ryan runs off the ropes and clobbers Show with a clothesline, taking down the 500-pound beast. The crowd roar as Mason makes the first cover of the match-up. 1…Big Show powers out at only 1! Big Show is again groggy and slowly gets to his feet. Mason is fresh and waits on. As Big Show gets up the crowd rise as Mason attempts to lift him. Ryan lifts Show up for a powerslam but the sheer weight of Big Show is enough and Mason’s legs cripple from underneath him. Ryan falls to the canvas with Big Show across his sternum. The crowd groan in frustration. Show gets to his feet and signals to the crowd by pushing his outstretched hand into the air. He waits for Mason to slowly get up. Ryan gets to his feet and Big Show clutches his throat. CHOKESLAM!! Big Show drives the 300-pounder into the mat and then makes the cover, 1…2…3!

WINNER – BIG SHOW (4:39)

Big Show refuses to have his arm raised by the ref; instead, he raises both arms and then argues with people in the crowd. Big Show gets out of the ring and walks over to the announcer’s area. The officials clear a path as Show grabs a microphone and heads back into the ring.

Big Show: You see this?

Big Show points at Mason Ryan, who is still down on the mat.

Big Show: This is only a small glimpse of what I’m capable of.

Show smiles as he garners heat from the crowd.

Big Show: You people abandoned me when I was on my knees begging for my job.

Big Show’s smile turns to a look of rage as the crowd continues to boo him.

Big Show: So I’m gonna abandon all of you people. I don’t have to care about you any more because all I care about is being a monster. I’m a 500-pound monster and nobody is going to stop me.

Big Show snarls at the unhappy fans.

Big Show: So please, boo me all you want. I love it. I love upsetting you all when I destroy your little heroes.

Big Show now seemingly soaks up the boos.

Big Show: So I’m putting everyone on notice. I’m not the fuzzy, nice-guy teddy bear anymore. I am a monster and I will destroy anyone and everyone.

*****MEAT*****

Big Show angrily turns to the stage as the crowd roar. The Cornfed Meathead Ryback walks out from the back. Ryback intensely pumps his fists and stamps his feet as he heads to the ring. He gets in the ring and stares, wide-eyed, at the disgruntled and unhappy Big Show. Ryback snatches the microphone out his hand and continues to stare.

Ryback: You’re gonna destroy anyone and everyone huh?

SMACK!!

Ryback clubs Big Show with a right hand and the giant drops to the mat. Ryback jumps on top of him and the two begin brawling. The crowd roars as Ryback pounds Show with punches. Big Show is finally able to slip out of the ring as he tries to exit.

Ryback won’t have a bar of it as he continues to the outside, following Big Show. Big Show is holding his jaw as he heads for the ramp. He turns around as Ryback charges at him. Ryback spears Show across to the barricade and through the wall!! The crowd roars as Ryback and Big Show crash through the barricade wall and into the fans.

HO-LY-SHIT chants begin to ring throughout the arena.

Ryback is first up as he gets to his feet and defiantly roars!!! The crowd roars with him! He pushes his way through the wreckage and back up the ramp as his theme song hits. The crowd, still stunned and shocked at Ryback’s actions, continues cheering him. Ryback stands at the top of the stage with an intense look in his eyes as we go to commercial.

*****HALLELUJAH*****

Damien Sandow’s music hits as we return from commercial. He is greeted with a rather unflattering reaction from the crowd but Sandow is unfazed as he enters the ring in his signature blue rope. He snatches the mic out of the hands of Justin Roberts. Sandow clutches the mic as if it were a brandy glass as he prepares to address the audience.

Damien Sandow: People of Louisiana, you are all dunces in the opinion of I, the Intellectual Savior of the Unwashed Masses, Damien Sandow.

Sandow is greeted with immediate heat by the Louisiana faithful.

Damien Sandow: But do not fear, as you may join together, with fellow ignoramuses like Alex Riley, and become enlightened by I, Damien Sandow.

The crowd continues to boo Sandow’s condescending manor.

Damien Sandow: You have shown, sadly, that you are people of laziness, mediocrity and complacency. Now I could blame you for this, but I would never do such thing. It is however, my predestination to save you, the uneducated ones. This will begin tonight, when I save Alex Riley from himself.

Sandow has his eyebrow raised and presents a half smile at the camera. His self-absorption is clear as the fans continue to show their haste towards him.

*****SAY IT TO MY FACE*****

Alex Riley receives a small but nice ovation from the crowd as he comes to the ring to compete with Sandow.

Sandow has already de-robed and is ready to go as Riley enters the ring.

MATCH #3 – DAMIEN SANDOW vs. ALEX RILEY

damiensandowvsalexriley.png

Sandow gets caught of guard as he arrogantly gloats to the crowd, allowing Riley to attack him. Riley drops Sandow and begins battering him in the corner. The crowd cheers as Riley beats Sandow in the corner with furious fists. Riley unleashes his anger as Sandow begins to quiver and yell as he holds the ropes and demands that the referee ‘does his job’. The referee eventually restrains Riley who stands back and signals for Sandow to ‘come get some!’ Sandow is upset and gets back to his feet, shrugs off the assault and sleeks back his hair.
Sandow and Riley then lock up again and Riley forces Sandow back into the corner. Sandow again calls for the ref to release Riley and as he does, Sandow illegally pokes Riley in the eye. Riley stumbles back, the referee oblivious. Sandow takes advantage and runs off the ropes and drops Alex with a clothesline. Riley gingerly gets up and swings a clothesline wildly. Backstage, Randy Orton appears as he walks backstage. The crowd roars for the Viper as Matt Striker stops him and asks for an interview.

Matt Striker: Randy, could I just quickly get your thoughts on Sheamus’ actions last week and how you’re feeling about teaming up with him tonight?

Randy stops. He continues to look straight ahead before swiftly looking at Striker.

Randy Orton: Alright Matt, I’ll give you my thoughts. My thoughts are that Sheamus is scared of facing a truly worthy opponent. Sheamus showed his true colors last week. But I’m not one to harp on about things. But I will say this, if Sheamus even thinks about costing me my match tonight, than he better be ready to fight, because I’m the Viper and I will strike.

Matt Striker: So do you think that Sheamus and yourself can work together tonight?

Randy doesn’t reply because his eyes are now fixed on something behind the camera. The camera moves back as Alberto Del Rio and Ricardo Rodriguez enter the frame. Del Rio has a cocky smile on his face as he still has sweat dripping off him after his match.

Alberto Del Rio: Rrrandy, d’u need to let it go. Let’s face it, d’u are no longer the face of Smackdown, I am.

Randy Orton: And what makes you think that?

Del Rio gives Randy a wry smile as he shakes his head.

Alberto Del Rio: Simple. I am a winner, d’u are not. D’u’re a loser Randy. D’u walk around methodically trying to intimidate everybody, but it doesn’t work. D’u’ve got a boring, monotone voice that could put an insomniac to sleep. And most importantly, I’m better looking than d’u.

Alberto cockily winks and then smiles as he stares at the Viper, who looks back with a wry smile.

Randy Orton: Well Alberto, I’m glad you said that.

CRACK!!

Randy drops Alberto with a vicious right hook. Del Rio drops to the ground as the camera looks back to Orton, smiling.

Orton walks away as Del Rio angrily pushes Ricardo away as he clutches his jaw. Del Rio’s cheek is red raw as he sits, furiously.

*****FANFARE TO RULE*****

The RAW and Smackdown General Manager John Laurinaitis smiles and waves, as if he were a Presidential Candidate, as he enters the top of the stage with a microphone in hand.

John Laurinaitis: Firstly, Mr. Hero and Mr. Cesaro, congratulations on becoming the WWE Tag Team Champions. You’ve no doubt made an impression with your victory speech. But I am disappointed that you failed to acknowledge me! I mean, after all, I am the Executive Vice-President of Talent Relations so without me, you two wouldn’t even be in the WWE.

The Hero, Cesaro and Aksana look around bewildered and puzzled.

John Laurinaitis: And, because I give the people what they want, I’m here to tell you that from now on, you will face any Tag Team who wishes to challenge you. If a team is successful in beating you, they will receive a future WWE Tag Team Championship match. People Power!!

*****RESPETO*****

Hero runs to the adjacent corner, climbs to the top rope and waits. The crowd rises in anticipation and excitement! Cesaro flies through the air as he drops Hunico from the top rope with a Superplex.
