Profit Presents: World Wrestling Entertainment

Backstory: A change was coming, it was inevitable, things needed to be different and fresh to keep audiances entertained and tuning in. WrestleMania 25 was the beginning of this change, as things would fall into place that would begin a new era for the World Wrestling Entertainment. New General Managers for each show were revealed, as Eric Bischoff and Paul Heyman had been given new contracts with the WWE and Ted DiBiase Sr. was given a role as well. Bischoff would run RAW, DiBiase Sr. would run Smackdown, and Paul Heyman would run his former creation ECW. Signings were made, including the return of RVD and Scott Hall, along with controversial on-air character Muhammad Hassan. A draft was then held, where all the superstars were up for the taking, with each General Manager selecting the superstars that he felt would be best to build his show around. Now the dust has settled, a new beginning is about to set upon the wrestling world, the WWE will reign supreme once again.

WWE Monday Night RAW Preview
Live Monday April 6th
Madison Square Garden, New York

It's the beginning of the new-era in WWE, and it all starts live on Monday Night RAW. Coming off an explosive WrestleMania, surprises will be in store as well as matches that could decide the future of contenders and champions alike. The new RAW General Manager, Eric Bischoff, will be making his debut since returning to the company and will more than likely be looking to have an impact.

Triple H Wins WWE Championship With A Legends Help
Randy Orton had made a name for himself by "killing" off legends, so perhaps in some cruel irony and revenge, his title reign was "killed" off by.. you guessed it.. a legend. Ric Flair made a surprising appearance during Orton's match with Triple H, Orton had The Game in his sights and was gearing up to nail him with his punt kick and knock HHH out cold but out from the back and down the ramp came Flair. Orton turned his attention to the intruder and the distraction proved to be the demise of Orton, as Flair was able to give HHH time to recover and get to his feet, where he was then able to hit Orton with a Pedigree and win the WWE Championship. What business Flair had in helping Triple H win the title is unknown, and why you cost Orton the match is also unknown, but it is rumored that Flair WILL be in the building during Monday Night RAW so answers to all these questions may be forthcoming. Orton and Triple H will also be in the building, so tensions will be high, and could explode over into an all out brawl as Orton has been said to be in a very disturbingly angry moode.

WWE Draft
Every year the WWE Draft shakes things up, adds new and exciting feuds to the shows, and never dissapoints. This year was no different, in fact this year was perhaps the most shocking, as we had three new General Managers named to each brand and entire rosters selected. It will take time to see which show garnered the best talent, and benifited the most from the draft, but Bischoff impressed many who are part of the RAW brand with his selections. One person not impressed was Randy Orton, whom must have been happy have been the number one overall selection by Bischoff, but lost that happiness when he learned that his friends in Legacy were drafted over to Smackdown! With Rhodes and DiBiase now on Smackdown! Orton is all by himself and can not rely on their help any longer, how will Orton deal with this? Also, every superstar selected will be looking to make a name for themself on RAW, which ones will step up and accomplish that goal?

He's Back, But Is He Better Then Ever?
Eric Bischoff is filling a role that he is all-too familiar with, the General Manager position of Monday Night RAW. Though he has done this before, and argueably failed, he is assuring anyone that will listen that he is going to make RAW the greatest show on television and the greatest wrestling program seen in years. He began this goal by drafting many talented superstars during the WWE Draft, and by wasting no time in coming up with his first card for RAW. Bischoff also hired a former friend, Scott Hall, whom he worked next too in WCW. Bischoff is said to be looking for more talent to sign, and is looking to shock and awe the fans, how he plans on doing this one can only guess. But, one things for sure, when Bischoff is running the show anything will happen and everything probably will happen.

Cena Gets His Shot
It was announced that John Cena will be getting a WWE Championship match to headline the first RAW coming off of WrestleMania, a decision that Triple H can't be too happy with, nor Orton for that matter. Cena was in a brutal battle with Smackdown! champion Edge and Big Show in a triple threat match during WrestleMania, which he ended up losing as Edge pinned Big Show to retain his gold. But on Monday Night, Cena gets another shot at the title. With Ric Flair getting involved in Triple H's match last night, can Cena expect the same tonight? And if Flair does, how will Cena overcome the odds?
