Will We Ever See Another Kane Or Undertaker?

I think it can be done, but there needs to be some distinctive differences so they are not compared all the time to the undertaker. I do however like the idea a previous poster said about Paul Bearer coming out and saying there was another son that survived the fire. As an aside I don't think Kane is anywhere near the undertaker career wise as others have said, but the poster was not saying that. He was speaking of larger than life cartoonish like gimmicks. I also think that when Kane and Taker are retired which I think will be soon they will want to to replace them with a gimmick like theirs

I agree kane as not had taker's career, but under the mask kane has had quiet a journey which I have enjoyed. I also disagree that kane will retire soon, he is in fab shape, he has just started dawning the mask again. He will be around for another 4 years, he looks after himself he does not pick up big injurys, so I do think he will retire at 48

The days of the supernatural and cartoonish characters are pretty much over unfortunately. People are just more and more into straight up reality (unfortunately) in the last few years.

Boogeyman: Hardly got non canned pops.

Fertig got pretty over with his Kevin Thorn character on ECW (granted, most guys would pop big for Shelley Martinez in leather and miniskirts) but that didn't end well due to bad booking and contractual issues. I still wouldn't have said that would have been a longterm thing either.

We'll see what they do with Sheffield coming back as Ryback. If he can get over as a futuristic terminator, there's hope.
