Will Christian follow the path of Matt Hardy?

DAMN My Ex-Gf just got implants!!!
Simple Question.

Will christian be where matt hardy is today six months down the line?

If you look at where christian is now it's similar to where matt hardy was last year. At the royal rumble last year hardy dropped the ecw title and went to smackdown to fued with jeff. He later on defeated jeff at wrestlemania furthermore seeming as if he was heading to main-event status, from then he main-evented some smackdowns and was drafted to raw where he I thought he would feud with cena. From then he got injured and was losing to people like goldust. Then he gets traded back to smackdown helps jeff out main-events some more smackdowns like him vs cm punk. After that he has gone nowhere seemingly stuck in midcard-jobber for life. So could the same thing happen to christian get hot on smackdown go to raw and get buried? Or is captain charisma simply to talented to suffer the same fate as matt hardy? Keep in mind vince has stated that he doesn't know what every see's in christian. Your thoughts.

No Hell No Christian will not be like Matt, yeah it will take him some time to reach the mainevent level. But look this is how i see it christian wil be in SD or in RAW and he will help some of the Jobber to go back up the the midcard level,And the some midcards reach the mainevent level. He will have some feuds with Drew,Dolph, you know help them rise up.

Then maybe by fall we could see Christian feud with Batista,Jericho and maybe Edge or Cena if there still around by then.I dont know if Christian will play the Face or Heel card it really doesnt matter to me.Then maybe by the end of the year he could be either the WWE Champ or World Heavyweight Champ,Thats how i see it.

Matt Hardy has lost a step,he has no promo skills & he looks out of shape.Christian can do a great promo & has the skills to be a champ on RAW or Smackdown.Plus he's way over with the fans.

Matt hardy is in the same shape he was last year around this time when he was rather relevant and when they game him a mic, he had great promos. And wtf, hardy is still pretty over with the crowd for a low card jobber.

If creative can't think of anything for him, then most definitely will he be relegated to midcard jobber status. I really hope they find something to give him. Anything at all, even a run with the IC title or US title is just fine for now.

While I think Christian could add a lot to the ME scene I just don't see WWE going there with him. Christian has always been a solid reliable worker with a low injury rate.. He can cut a decent promo and have a good match with just about anyone. He comes across as genuine which is why Peeps love when his music hits. He represents the company well by his actions outside the ring as well. I haven't heard this guy even getting a parking ticket.
Bottom line is that I think Christian will be one of those guys who has the ability to go the ME route, but someone(s) making that decision won't pull the trigger.

Hell To the no to the what kind of question is that. Christian hopefully will never go down the same road as matt hardy. Christian is way more athletic and more exciting than matt hardy (My opinion don't criticize it). I can see big things in his future since it seems like JoMo is injured at this point I'm not really sure what is going on with JoMo but I definitely think he will win the money in the bank and be in the money in the bank and will be better than matt hardy ever was.

I'm a matt hardy fan

Matt Hardy is talented and a good wrestler the problem is, I class him like British Bulldog, when they were good guys the crowd loved them, when they were heels, the fans boo'ed them because they had to but never really understood why, in Matt's case, he changed his ring attire but kept the same theme song and entrance video which kind of made him look half assed attempt at a heel turn (in 2002 he had a total revamp).

Christian I think is better then Matt, he's carried himself and the ECW title better then Matt did, Matt was the transisional champion, he beat Henry looked good, but dropped the belt to Swagger on an ECW for more impact would it not of been better to do the title change at the royal rumble?

Christian needs to go to Smackdown rather then RAW next week, as RAW has plenty of mid card talent and to many main eventers for him to have an impact, Smackdown has the younger guys like Morrison, Truth, Punk, Mactyre, Jericho for Christian, before he moves on to the Main event scene.

I hope he doesn't follow the same path as Matt Hardy. Christian is better than Matt in every aspect of the wrestling business. Christian is a good in ring competitor with a lot of skill. Matt is out of shape and has never been more than average in the ring. Christian is 1000x better on the mic. Matt has no natural acting ability and seems lifeless while cutting a promo (he has NEVER cut a good promo). Hardy, however, still seems to be over with a decent portion of the crowd (why, I don't know).

The only thing holding Christian back will be Vince/creative. He is over big time, and a good competitor, but I don't know if Vince see's it that way. Also, I think Vince may still be punishing Christian for going to TNA. Matt had his chance last year (once again, I don't know why), and he wasn't right for main event status, never has been. So while I HOPE Christian doesn't suffer the same fate as Matt Hardy, nor do I think he should, you never know when it comes to Vince.

No NO. I don't want to see Christian teaming with the Great Khali. Because thats what would happen if he followed the path of Matt Hardy. I don't see it getting that bad for Christian. I personally think Christian has had a little more singles success than Matt Hardy has. Shoot right there is a feud if Christian moves to Smackdown. Christian vs Matt Hardy to see who is the better mid-carder, and the loser tags with Khali the remainder of their contract. I really don't think either will ever be a Janetty though.

I really hope Christian doesn't end up like matt hardy in the future. But, with wwe, im sure he will NOT be used correctly. Chrisitan is main event caliber that can make almost anyone look good in the ring. He is great on the mic and a solid worker. He hardly ever gets hurt and is extremely over with all the fans. He is a true talent and shouldnt be wasted like he has been.
Now, im not even a fan of matt hardy..but he's not horrible. The only reason all this crap is happening to him is because of his brother. It really isnt fair to matt. yes, he's gettin older and less mobile in the ring, but lets face it... WWE is punishing matt for the dumb stuff that jeff hardy did. It's not fair, but it's true. accept it

Now with christian, wwe is simply punishing him because he was in tna. Vince knew christian was a world champion in TNA, therefore when he came to wwe, he got knocked down the line so to speak. Vince wanted to send a stupid message that pretty much meant that TNA's past world champion couldnt be a true Main Eventer in WWE.
Its garbage on wwe's part because christian is amazing, and I feel so bad for Christian that he's being used in this way.
Hopefully wwe will listen to the fans and get a world title on captain charisma!!!

In order for Christian to reach out to the fans and have him become a successful draw and to prove Vince wrong in being a main-eventer...he needs to stay face for a little while. I think that as long as Christian stays face, he will NOT follow the path of Matt Hardy.

Christian's style is also more sound and clean compared to Matt's. Christian will in fact go somewhere since he carried ECW for the last 6-7 months of being it's champion as he did it well. Christian will slowly get there but he WILL get there eventually.

I think it really depends on which brand WWE sticks Christian on. Apparently, the rumor is that Christian is more than likely gonna end up on Smackdown and I personally think that if he's put there, he'll have more of a chance to shine than when he was on Raw. I didn't watch WWE during his first stint with the company but from what I've heard, he was basically buried by Cena. If WWE were to put him back on Raw with all the established names on the brand, I'm almost positive that it will be deja vu for Christian.

Will he go down the road of Matt Hardy? If he's put on Smackdown, I foresee him going way above Hardy's level in terms of his place on the card. Both Christian and Hardy are both capable in the ring but when it comes to mic work, there's no question that Christian has Hardy beat and I think that's the big factor when it comes to Christian's place on the card.

Well call me a Christian mark if you wish, but I think Captain Charisma is a top level performer. He is, afterall, the same guy who brought us TLC matches that, to this day, have yet to be contended with! The performances in the first TLC matches in the 90's and early 2000's were epic and he was one of the better players in that saga. He was a World Champion in TNA...which may be a reason for Vince to fuck him. On some people's lists that title counts for something. He was a multi time tag champ, IC champ and pretty entertaining dude. He cuts a good promo, has a good look, is a good face for the product since he has never had a lick of drama outside the ropes or backstage as faar as I know (and someone pointed out already, good point by the way). So the fan in me wants to say there is no way that he will be wasted and buried by Vince...but...it's Vince we r talking about and I am disturbed and a little more pessimistic since watching the final ECW tonight where he lost the title to Zeke! What a F'ing joke! You couldn't even let him finish the show the champ?! Or at very least let him lose to someone with some talent?! I hope that Vince keeps his ego out of this one in the future because I enjoy Captain Charisma. One of a handful of guys in WWE that I would actually watch if he were to hold a major title!

To be fair, Christian losing the title is a very good push(by ECW standards) for zeke, who needs it a lot more the Christian does.

Lets be honest here, the ECW title means little to nothing. It opens up PPV and when the royal rumble winner chooses which title to go after, the ECW title isn't even considered. Aside from keeping Christian fans happy (which if they gave a fuck about in the first place, wouldn't have put him on ECW to begin with) him keeping the title does absolutely nothing. Giving it the zeke is far more useful and a better strategy for the future.

Captian Charisma doesn't need a title to get a pop from the crowd, but anyone leaving ECW besides him is definitely gonna need that boost.

I am also btw, a huge Christian Mark so hopefully his losing the title doesnt end up as some huge de-push that lands him in the same boat as Charlie Hass.

Christian will NEVER be where Matt Hardy is. Nothing against Matt because he's a good worker and over with the fans, but he doesn't ooze that charisma that Christian clearly has. Matt deserves better, but it just won't happen. Christian will hopefully go to SmackDown and and establish himself there and be on top by years end.

I got to agree with the majority here and say no. IMO Christian is on a different level. To me he has the look and feel of a top guy. Smackdown is the only place he can go at this point because he needs to build up that main event status. He did a great job on ECW but that was ECW. If he stays face, which I'm sure he will, there are fueds open for him. I would love to see a Christian CM Punk fued. Anyways the point is Hardy to me has always felt like a mid carder at best. Christian is above that. No way I see Hardy's path in Christian's future.

God, I hope not! I mean, if you look at Christian's time on ECW and his time as ECW Champion and compare it to Matt Hardy's time on ECW and his time as ECW Champion, it's quite different. Matt Hardy won the title in his 3rd shot at the title in a "Championship Scramble", while Christian won the title on his 2nd try in a standard one-on-one match. Matt Hardy had an impressive ECW Championship reign, with some impressive victories and title defenses. Christian's ECW Title reign was nothing short of amazing, compared to most champions nowadays.

While I believe Matt Hardy was a better performer than Christian in the past, in my opinion... those days are long gone. I cannot remember the last time I watched a one-on-one match involving Matt Hardy, in which I enjoyed. And that hurts for me to say because he was one of my favorite superstars to watch on Smackdown in 2006 and 2007. He has since pretty much slipped off the radar and is finding difficulty getting back on. That, however is not exactly a bad thing.

Now, it's all about Christian. I couldn't tell you how much I think Christian has improved since he was last in the WWE. He was always gold on the mic and made you believe what he was saying. But his in-ring abilities has been skyrocketed to the top. I just love watching Christian in the ring and had it not been for him, ECW would have been a whole lot less fun to watch. His 2nd ECW Championship reign has been my favorite title reign since Kofi Kingston's United States Championship reign from June-October 2009.

Christian's departure from ECW should, and I hope, WILL result in even more success. Christian knows what it takes to reach to the top and he's willing to work hard to get there. He has the skills to reach the top on any brand, however, I still feel that Smackdown would be the right place for him. If he goes to Raw and receives any type of push... I rest my case. We'll hopefully see.

No I don't think he will. Christian is one of the best performers on the mic I have ever seen. His promo on Shaemus had me laughing my ass off mostly because I hate Shaemus. Anyways he also has great in ring skills and is still in great shape unlike Mat Hardy. Hopefully he will be moved to Smackdown and have great feuds with Jericho and CM Punk. Also I am hoping for Edge and Christian reunion down the line.

No, Christian is way more athletic and has better mic skills then Matt Hardy. Matt Hardy is over, but not to the point where he can be main event. I think he is only over because he has been there for a long time. Christian can be a main event in both shows and can pull off good matches. I'm not saying that Hardy can't but he is not as exciting and his only risky move is a leg drop from the second rope. Plus Matt Hardy is tooout of shape I heard it in spanish once and they called him fat. Christian is more fit. He is just another jobber. I hope they don't drop the ball on Christian and let him have his run preferrably in Smackdown since that's where the better ring talent is. It would be cool to see him against Edge, CM Punk, Chris Jericho, or John Morrison. He will not go down the same line Matt Hardy went.
