Why is the most viable member of the Shield getting the smallest push?

Since then though, Reigns has gotten a huge push to main-event status and I've hated nearly everything about him. The superman punch is the dumbest move, how is it different than any other punch or clothesline? For some reason, he has to be on top of every show even if he's been taken out and it looks like a big heel is gonna end the show on top (i.e. Orton, Kane). I was happy to finally see Orton triumph over him this week. Reigns couldn't possibly sell me a match on the mic either. I understand the family says he has "the look", but I don't give a crap about the look.

It seems that Reigns is on pace to win the Rumble and then the title at WM31, and I'll be so disappointed if he does. Ambrose or Rollins have the ability to wrestle a great match and could sell me it on the microphone too. Until then though, I guess I'll have to be annoyed through this upcoming WrestleMania season.

I do sorta agree that at this moment Reigns isn't ready, but that's why they're waiting for 8 more months to do it :) maybe he'll get better on the mic, learn a few new moves, maybe the camera people can learn to actually zoom out when he's going for the superman punch and bam, I'd be fine with him xP

Ambrose is getting just as much of a push as Rollins is. They will be in the same headline match at SummerSlam, you see. If anything, the WWE made a brilliant play in turning Rollins MITB win into a push for Ambrose as well.

Not sure what else you are looking for given how things worked out. Wait a few more months to get upset.

When Reigns flops, and he will, if they think he is getting the big belt in the big match at WM30, barely four years after his first day of wrestling school, they will turn to Rollins and Ambrose.

(three cool Reigns spot moves can't carry a 30 minute pay-per-view main event).

Well the Reigns haters have already come along an he's not even the champion yet. Just because someone like Shawn Michaels can do a lot more moves than Steve Austin, it doesn't make him a better professional wrestler. Professional wrestling isn't all about the moves otherwise stars like Hulk Hogan, Steve Austin, The Rock and John Cena wouldn't be such big draws and Dean Milenko would have been the WWE's poster boy. Was he though? Nope. WWE matches are about the stories portrayed in the match and getting the audience's emotions involved. I can guarantee you that a lot of the IWC fans will have dislike for Reigns like they have currently for Cena as he "always does the same 5 (or in this case 3) moves."

Roman Reigns will be a big star and most likely bigger than Dean Ambrose. He has a lot more charisma, a much better and preferred physique and has had better matches so far. That's not saying Ambrose won't be a main eventer, just not as big as Reigns who has more boxes ticked on Vince's "face of the WWE" list.

Personally, I think his future will involve a solid place in the midcard. IMO, if the company decides to push him hard, they'll find he won't measure up.

Hey give him a chance, he's only in his first singles feud. I doubt any of us would have thought Orton would even become what he is today but after giving him some time, the legend killer became the viper and a 12 time World Champion. That's what Ambrose needs like any other new WWE superstar, time and if he can capitalise on what he's been given, he too can become a numerous time World Champion.
