WHY HAS CENA CHOSEN ROCK AS HIS TAG PARTNER?I dont get it!

So at WM27 rocky screws cena for title. Then officially a WM match is made for next year and thus starts the VIA SATELLITE rivalry back and forth of these two men for quite number of months.
But on this Raw suddenly out of the blue cena choses rock as his partner,the same man who hates him!
I DONT GET IT! Do you?

I guess he picked a partner that he figured Johnny Ace and Awesome Truth couldn't mess with.

John Cena wants Rock back in the WWE. He was told he could have anybody as his partner. With an impending match he wants to know what he may be up against. So with his pleasing of the fans, he choses the Rock. simple

Simple. Cena said before and during the whole Wrestlemania thing that his problem with the Rock was that he was never around. Rocky says he loves the people, that he was never going away, and now he's gone again. Cena wants the Rock to listen to the people, which means showing up when you say you're gonna show up. "You are the People's Champion; Listen to the People!!" In short, he's tired of the Rock(in some minds I'm sure) bullshiting the fans.
