Why Does Miz Still Have His Briefcase?

Everytime The Miz comes out, Alex Riley carries his briefcase for him. It used to be red, but now it is silver. Are they the same thing?

What do you think it is for?
Could this mean that Alex Riley will screw over The Miz soon?

Symbolic for the Miz of how he won the title, and to use in matches to get the cheap win.

Riley carries it as thoughts for the future for him.

I don't see him leaving the Miz soon but I do see him leaving eventually to be on his own but maybe after him costing the Miz the WWE title at some point and then a feud between the two of them.

It's never been discussed, but it's what he carries the World Title around in, when he was on Jimmy Kimmel I think it was he had the briefcase and the belt was in it.

I've thought of it as being a way of him showing how appreciative he is of having the title.

As we saw on Raw, The Miz yelled at Riley for losing to John Morrison. As a result, John Morrison chose a Falls Count Anywhere match for the WWE Championship. Riley looked really pissed off.

Is this setting up for a Riley-Miz feud?

I think you guys might be thinking too deeply into this, I think it's becoming the Miz's signature weapon like how cowboy bob orton had his cast and how trips has the sledge hammer, it works with his SCF and goes nicely with the suit wearing look so I'm assuming the E is hoping it'll catch on like the sledehammer did.

Ok, The Miz really needs to LOSE that damn briefcase! Edge made it fashionable for that entire year before he beat Cena at New Years Revolution 06, but the second he won, he lost the briefcase! Keeping the damn thing just makes The Miz look ******ed!

I really think its a briefcase to carry the chastity belt around for A.Ri. Its got his essentials in it in case he ever goes back to the jail for drunk driving. Its got soap on a rope, lube, and some merlot made in the toilet. I mean, you never know when he's gonna get pulled over, or if JBL will come back WWE and dispense a shower room justice (if you read Edge's book...you know this reference...lol )
