Who's The Better Member: Team 3D

It's a new thing I'm trying out. Which wont catch on.

Out of the tag team, which one is better. The first is one of the most dominant tag teams in history. Team 3D/The Dudley Boyz.

Who's the better member? D'Von or Bubba?

D'Von all the way. I've never been convinced by Bubba's fat man heavy sell routine. He's the better promo, or he was in ECW. D'Von might be good, he impressed me as Rev D'Von. But he never get's the oppertunity. But I just think D'Von is by far the better wrestler. Bubba hogs a lot that's why he's probably the most popular member. But D'Von's understated, he get's on with it without all the stomping and shouting that comes with Bubba Ray.

I think D'von proved the better member when they were split up in the draft.

They are both great as The Dudley's/Team 3D, but Bubba just never looked like anything special when he was a singles star. Bubba's look and style of wrestling just screams tag team specialist.

D'von on the other hand has some charisma and in ring ability to shine on his own. The only reason we think of him as a tag team specialist is because he has always been in a tag team. Had he started out a singles wrestler he would have done just fine.

I will also agree with D'von for the simple fact that he looked like he could carry himself as a single wrestler. I know his revered gimmick was not the greatest but he did look good at times in the ring though his major hold back was prolly the mic but all around wrestler much better than bubba.

Bubba can talk but he so big and doesn't carry himself well in the ring. I never saw nothing from when he was singles wrestler that made me think," Damn he can champ someday!" He is just one of those guys that was built for tag team wrestling. Only time he was good was a hardcore champion.

I want to preface my answer with a disclaimer. Bubba Ray Dudley is an asshole. Pure and simple. I met him after a Fozzy concert (he sang part of Motley Crue's "Live Wire" with Jericho, which was awesome) and told him I felt he was one of the smartest guys in the business. I was being honest with him, as his backstage, out of character interviews and the way he conducted himself and his pride for ECW always impressed me. Bubba went on to insult, deride, and embarass me (in front of Shane McMahon no less) before I walked away.

Notwithstanding, Bubba is the polarizing member of the team. His mic skills are spot on, and he plays his role well. All D-Von does is shout "Oh My Brother - Testify!" I could get ANY token black wrestler to do that!

A few years back, WWE legitimately teased a Bubba Ray vs HHH feud. I was ecstatic because I thought it was Bubba's chance to step up. It never came to be. Oh well.

Bubba Ray Dudley should die of Ghonnaria and rot in hell. But he's still the better Dudley Boy. Would you like a cookie, son?

D-Von is definitely the better wrestler, he is in good shape for someone his age and should be in a single career again, Ray is nothing but a fat idiot who cant wrestle except for when he teams with D-Von or steals Dusty Rhodes moves(when he was a singles wrestler a few years back). I'de like to see him wrestle for a singles belt(may be on WWE since he said he's quiting TNA and will go to WWE with or without Ray), see what hes made of, then we'll see if he can make it as a main eventer.

Well, being the question: Who is the better MEMBER, not the better wrestler...i will say Bubba Ray. I see him as the leader and voice of The Dudleyz, also being a dominant force cause of his strength, which is one of the reasons why the Dudleys were a successful team.
without the brute force, they would never have delivered all those 3-D's like they used to, and even D-von being a very strong guy, Bubba easily could take care of the job himself.
D-von could be a better wrestler in ring skills terms, but for me, Bubba is the face of the Dudleys, plain and simple.

I think this is a tough choice. Both D-Von and Bubba have their strength and I could make a convincing arguement for each one of them. If I have to pick, I will go with Bubba. He is one of the best the business has ever seen at cutting a promo. He is relentless on the mic in a heel role and is one of the few guys that I have ever known to actually start a riot at a show as a result of a promo. Bubba is solid in the ring and doesn't pretend to be anything he's not.

Okay i am going to say Bubba Ray, He is the face of the Dudley Boyz or team 3d. He was very good on the mic, one of the best at cutting a promo. His wrestling ability lacks but his strength is far superior than D-Vons. D-Von was the better wrestler and could have been a better singles competitor over Bubba but his mic skills lacked. So all in all Bubba was the voice of the Dudleyz and his voice and strength was the major reason why those two were successful. So i see Bubba being the better member

I am saying that Bubba Ray is the better member here because he is the one in the team that stands out for me. His mic skills have been very good since the first day and his promos are usually spot on. Bubba is good in the ring at all aspects (Selling Moves, Delivering Moves, Selling Spots and Matches tell a story) where as D'Von doesn't exactly do those as well as Bubba. The big thing that sets them apart is the fact that Bubba can be a great heel with the obnoxious gimmick. He just has the flair about him to be a good singles wrestler if the booking is right, I think both team members are good and I could have easily said D'Von as well but Bubba stands out for me when I watch Team 3D or think Team 3D.
