Ink Inc VS Team 3D

Richard Duggan

Dark Match Jobber
Since Team 3D "Betrayed" Jesse Neal, we have seen Bubba Ray and Jesse Neal have some weird moments in the ring togetehr. Like last week during the foteam tag match, for a moment they just kinda stared at each other befor ethe finish of the match came. Then tonight on Sacrifice, Bubba Ray comes out and hits Neal with a kendo stick to give The Band the vidtory. Now obviously Ink Inc and Team 3D are going to have a feud together. How do you see it going about? How do you see it ending?

Honestly for me it could happen in three ways.

1) They can have their feud and it could finish at the next PPV (The name of it escapes me) in like a street fight or a TLC match or something along that line with either team coming out on top, and it will probably be Ink Inc seens how they are a new team.

2) Almost the same as number one except during their PPV match Jesse Neal turns on Shannon Moore and him and Team 3D beat the hell out of Moore. Thus breaking up Ink Inc, Putting Neal, Ray and Devon back together and sending Moore back to the X division or in a feud with Neal.

3) They bring in other people. We saw Brother Runt/Spike Dudley make his return when iMPACT was on Monday nights. What if he came back thus bringing the whole Dudley Clan back together and Ink Inc brought someone else in with tatoos like Tomko (In better shape), Homicide (Until Hernandez returns) or Raven and have them batle it out in a all or nothing war.

Anyways what do you think?

personally i dont think ink inc. deserves a push into a top feud, neal has done nothing to impress me and to be honest the only reason i care to see shannon moore is because my wifes best friend is his cousin. as far as spike coming back i think that would be the best thing to happen to 3d right now it might inject a little life back into them.

What if Team 3D join "The Band"?

It could be a work in progress, or it could amount to nothing at all. Either way I think TNA are hoping to push a Hardcore title, and Raven may be the leader of this group of former ECW (original not WWECW). I expect it'll keep these two teams busy while MCMG fight "the band", and Beer Money go at it with?

I think a feud with Team 3D is perfect for Ink Inc as it will allow them to get built up against a veteran team and will allow them a chance to get over with the crowd. I agree with the decision to keep the straps off them as they are thus far a team who haven't had a chance to prove they have an chemistry as a team, however, I think they have a good chance to succeed as a tag team for a solid 6-12 months with a run at the belts later down the track and a solid feud between the two of them at the end. Feuding Team 3D is just a platform to start them off.

Ink Inc so far have impressed me, not much but just enough for me to be convinced they deserve a rub from 3D. But that might be because of how much I respect Jesse Neal, he could of just mooches off his whole fighting for his country and his best friend dying in war gimmick but no. He started a new with a whole new gimmick and now it's finally working for him. I think Ink Inc will go far if this fued is built up right and not just a one ppv rivalry.

I felt TNA made this more confusing than it should of came off as...

At first Ray saves Inc Inc.. but than Causes them the match.

As a long time watcher of wrestling i got the angle.. but you know the casual fan was lost the whole segment.. It was a cluster****

This potential rivalry is a great thing for Ink Inc., but it make little sense for me with Team 3D.

I understand that Moore and Neal are up and comers, and that a feud like this would help establish them as a tag team. By putting Ink Inc. in a real storyline that is going somewhere would help take them seriously. I get the whole mentors turning on the protégé and it could probably be good if TNA handles it right.

My problem is that it seems like Team 3D has no direction in TNA. They have been turned from face to heel, to face to heel, to face to heel sooooooo many times since being in TNA.

I liked the possibility of a feud between Beer Money Inc. and 3D more than the 3D vs Ink Inc. feud. A Beer Money/3D story offers more of a substantial storyline that could go on for a longer period of time, and build up to something big.

I do like Richard Duggan’s idea about a stable with several tattooed wrestlers like Tomko and Raven. But if they are trying to push Moore and Neal, this stable might be counteractive. Moore and Neal might be overshadowed by comrades with more popularity and a greater following (Raven, not so much Tomko).

This to me was my first instinct when I saw Bubba out there. There had been talk of having an ECW originals stable, but why not just merge them with the band? That would be a stacked stable. Nash, Hall, EY, the Dudleys(all 3), Taz, Raven, Stevie, Rhino, and if TNA wants to completely make this generations miniature "3rd man" moment, they could even turn RVD (stranger things have happened).

We'll have to wait til thursday to see if any of this developes, but this is what I'm going with right now. And by the way, Ink Inc., besides having the most clever team name in the history of everything, are both half way decent workers in that ring. And they're over as hell already. So what if they have no charisma?

Well, Team 3D have put Ink Inc. over once this week and if Team 3D is going to be used to build a young team into something rather than use Ink Inc. as fodder to put the Dudleyz over, then I'm all for it. I'm not overly impressed with Ink Inc. as yet because they've just had 4 matches as a team with the fourth being a shot at the tag titles.

However, TNA is going to have to create young and viable stars or its eventually going to go under. It can't keep going back to stars of the 80s and 90s as its main product and expect to remain afloat forever. While I find the MCMGs a much better team overall right now, at least TNA seems to be potentially doing something with Moore and Neal. It's at least a step in the right direction.

It would be halfway decent if they would push inc ink. to start feuding with both team 3D, and the band because after what happened ya know brother Devon will start to play peacemaker until Neal doesn't want to be around them because Devon defenses Ray and all of a sudden Tomko , and Raven help Inc ink fend off team 3D, and then the band attacks Team 3D out of nowhere which starts a feud with all three factions.

There are two ways this should go, and onld only one of them is good for the future of TNA. But they both start with the same basic foundation. They have Neal and Moore come out and confront 3D, Bubba says he doesn't like Neal's ego, they brawl, officially start a feud. From this, there are only two viable options on how to end the feud.

1. 3D puts over Ink Inc.
or
2. 3D gets to hold down another young, semi-talented tag team.

If you didn't get it, the best option for TNA is option 1. Having said that, I'm fairly sure that they'll go with option 2. I mean, these are the same guys that just let a face win a slave right?
