Okay maybe I exaggerated. But my god Xavi, Iniesta, and Messi took up the top three Ballon D'or places this year. And Barca beat Mourinho's Real Madrid 5-0. The downfall is centre halfs. Puyol is'nt a great option in defence. And Pique might score a lot of goals for a centre half, but he isn't that strong defending. They're good players, just not great players IMO. Than there's Valdes, who's a good keeper, yet is still the third option keeper for Spain. I might think Barca are the best team since Brazil in the early 70s, you might not, It's a matter of opinion. But I'm still backing Braca to win the Champions League.

Barcelona's problem is that Puyol and Milito are injured and Abidal nearly died. Last time I saw them I think Busquets or someone was playing centre half with Pique. Barcelona are clearly a very good side, and they did Arsenal over, but unbelievably would have lost that tie if Bendtner wasn't so shit. Definitely not untouchable and if and when Real Madrid go and park the bus, there probably isn't a better team to play in a lone striker than one with Xabi Alonso in it.

Only chance United have is if Giggs and Scholes drain the fountain of youth, Rooney plays against Barca like he did against West Ham (uh huh) and Park Ji-Sung scores a couple of those goals that he generally reserves for big games or when United really, really need them. Even then I'd still back Barcelona.
