Who would you make Champions?

So NOC is the next PPV and it is the perfect chance to change all your champions,So who would you take titles off and who would you put titles on?

Here's what I would do:

Antonio Cesaro Retains and unveils new European Title.

PTP Win the Tag titles after the match Kofi turns heel & attacks R-Truth.

The Miz retains IC Title as a Babyface.

Natalya Wins Divas Title-Somehow incorporate her into match.

Dolph Ziggler Cashes in MITB and becomes new WHC to start off a fued with Sheamus. This way ADR vs Sheamus fued ends.

CM Punk retains WWE title and afterwards unveils a new WWE Title belt.

So I'd like to hear opinions on my Picks for new Champions, Face/Heel Turns and new Championship Belts.
