Who will retire John Cena

Okay i know that this will not happen for A LONG time but i just want to discuss it.Who do you think will retire Cena? Someone currently in the WWE or someone that will come along in the next few years? If i had to pick a current star right now it would have to be Ted Dibiase Jr.So what are your thoughts?

Kennedy, yes Mr. Kennedy. He will get rehired back and call out Cena and have a match but because he is so "injury prone" to himself and others he will accidently clothsline Cena in the jugular, killing and retiring him right then and there. Also in the process Kennedy will tear a bicep.

lol, great stuff

Hopefully Al Sharpton will put him in a retirement match on monday and he'll lose to the brooklyn brawler........how sweet it would be.

But I'm not sure the only one I can think of is Edge, that is if he'll outlast Cena, who knows with the injuries. That's the only really good feud Cena has had IMO.

But he'll probably wear out his welcome (too late) and stick around until WM 50 and make more countless films that should just be left on the editing room floor. He'll outlive us all and that will be my final satisfaction when I truly can't see him.

If Cena wrestles out his career (i.e. he isn't hit by a sudden injury), then you've gotta say it's going to be one of the up and comers, someone who WWE want to carry the torch when Cena goes. That person is likely not even in the company atm, but out of everyone there I'd say someone like Swagger, who has the look and in-ring skills, and the time to build up his on air character before Cena calls it a day. But really it could be anyone, you just never know. I'd like someone like Orton or Punk to retire him but they'll probably be entering their twilight years when Cena retires.

John Cena will retire John Cena. Every single time he goes for that sloppy top rope legdrop I cringe. I've fearful that he's going to snap his legs in two so badly that he'll never be able to wrestle again.

I'm being honest too. This isn't a silly "haha, Cena sucks" joke.

Let's keep in mind that not every WWE superstar is gonna end their career on a loss like Flair. That was a story line that worked perfectly for Flair because he had a never ending type career he was around since the 70's, but i don't see john cena wrestling much past his forties not because he won't want to but because he will probably tear one of those ginormous muscles of his one too many times. The career's of icons that the wwe has created such as austin, the rock, and hogan don't really get retired like that he will probably go out like trish did on top. I look for Taker to go out in victory as well not defeat. But orton on the other hand will go out like lita minus getting called a hoe til he couldn't stand it anymore.:lol2:

all you cena haters make evryone sick. its like shut the fuck up if u hate him that bad then dont watch wwe period. i mean damn everyday its the same shit heads cena haters. u punk bitches are never gonna get a shot n wwe so u hate the top dogg. just mad u not making his money and starrin n movies and shit. how about all of u retire from his nuts shit, u on the man that hard and shit but if he came to town or school or whereever u r u would b like screamin women on him so stop with the hate and congradulate him for what he accomplished in life cuz we all know u dumb fucks cant compare to half the shit he has done

 Internet tuff guy THUGANOMICS on ya

It is hard to say who will retire Cena because he is young and has a lot ahead of him. Ted Dibiase will never do it.

*You can't see me*

This thread is so full of fail...

Anyway, simply put, the person who will retire John Cena probably isn't in the WWE yet. Hell, the person might not even be able to wrestle yet. John Cena is like 30 years old, he's got 10+ years left. Hell, 90% of the current roster will be retired before Cena. Unless Cena goes off and does movies, but that's for another thread...

I don't think Cena will be retired in the way that Flair was retired, by an older wrestler. Because by the time Flair retired, he'd put over enough younger guys and didn't have much credibility. But Cena on the other hand will probably be main eventing till his last match and he should give the rub to a younger wrestler. Hence why I say the person who'll retire Cena probably isn't in the WWE yet.

Woah woah woah. What the hell? What's with the language and needless insults? Make you feel tough speaking like that on the net? Jesus.

For the most part, I'm a Cena fan and I can kind of see where people are coming from on the Cena gets thrust down our throats thing but it does sometimes go a little overboard. I don't act all high and mighty about it though. No, unfortunately, my support of John Cena doesn't allow me the right to chastise people who don't. It doesn't make me more intelligent. It doesn't make me greater.

That entire post was pathetic and also in the wrong place. You didn't answer the question.

This is a crazy, crazy question. It's so difficult to even think that far in advance. Cena has at least 10 years left in him. I think it's a bit sick that so many of you are suggesting horrific Bret Hart style injuries will happen. I just try not to even think of that possibility. I think it will be someone we know now. One of our current up and comers but that can be spread outside the WWE and into TNA and ROH. Maybe even Japan.

A dream would be for it to be AJ Styles but to be honest, I'd like that feud to happen any time.

That is a incredibly hard question to answer. The way Cena is built, And his wrestling style means he could still be main eventing well into his fifties. By then He could be the only face we recognise at the minute.

Out of the current batch of star's, I'd go with either Orton, Edge, Or A member of Legacy. It would be great to see either Orton, Or Edge topple Cena in a final showdown. They are the guy's I see as Cena's mortal enemies, Edge especially. I only pointed out Legacy due to WWE being really high on them, Starting to turn them into a force.

Orton could be an option. He's 3 years younger than Cena, Cena being 32 and Orton being 29! What would it look like for a 35 year old, injury prone, flabby edge to retire a younger, better, man who looks like he's carved out of iron & super strong with more charisma and more fans? I guess edge will hit the gayest weakest spear i've ever seen and retire him. He needs to let that spear go. ******ed suggestion in edge. Cena will quit on his own. If wwe aint careful, he may retire soon, they already let him do two movies, i thought they learned their lesson with the rock.

If I had to chose someone right now, it would have to Orton. Look at history. It seems like a wrestler's greatest rival always retires them. Rock/Austin, HBK/Hart (I know he went on to wrestle in WCW, but I consider his career to have ended in WWF/E), and so on. So if I was going to chose right now, it would have Orton. Besides, Orton is by far the best choice, right now, for the job.

I think if you want to see who will retire Cena you better watch evry indy wrestler known to man because that's where I think the man who'll retire him is right now I don't who but it'll either be that man or The Miz think about when the Miz becomes a main eventer I think he will feud with Cena and have a carreer threatening match. I don't care if you agree with the following or not but I say we just enjoy Cena's career he puts on good matches every night and more importantly he puts his heart and soul into the ring which why I think WWE is letting him do movies. So let's stop speculating far into the future and just enjoy the present and near future.

I've always thought that Cena would pull a Rock, and go off and due movies full time. Pending he has one that's a hit. But until that happens, I'm going with someone we haven't seen.. Maybe a second or third generation star. I think it'll be tough for anyone around now to do it.. As much as I'd love to see Orton RKO him through the mat of the ring and "kill" another legend.

Cena likely won't retire until sometime around WM 40, likely later than that. He still has a lot of years ahead of him in the WWE, and he'll likely stick around the company after his in ring career is over because of his lover for the business.

However, if someone were to retire Cena, which I think is likely to happen considering his poularity, I'd reckon that person is in elementary school right now. Whoever it is likely is going to be pretty young and in need of a rub from somone like Cena, an established wrestler like Orton was not.

So, the person who will eventually retire Cena is little Johnny Twoshoes who is probably working on his times tables as we speak.

Hopefully, I will in 6+ plus years. I have just tried out for a developmental deal with the WWE last weekend, yep you heard right guys. I'm going to start out December 6th in FCW with in ring training and my promo skills. I got a try out match with Brett DiBiase which is a great wrestler. I wonder why he hasn't been called up to the main roster already. They were really impressed with my ability of selling the moves and performing them and my speed. I'm just waiting for December now so I can find out if they'll accept me into their school.

Hopefully by the time Cena goes away, I'll be the one to send him off.. If I'm on or near his level then.

This one is fairly easy; it's probably someone who is either just learning how to wrestle or hasn't done it yet. I mean, c'mon, it's not like Cena's gonna pull a Goldberg or Lesnar and just walk away. He bleeds WWE (not sure what color that actually is tho), so I half expect him to wrestle till the day his body goes out.

If he does get "retired" though, it'll hopefully be by a young Marine, who plans on training with Harley Race......

but that's a topic for another discussion.

Wow, im going to Fcw too for that 4 day thing, hope to see you there. And Good luck retiring cena, but I get to retire Jericho ( he is my hero)

If not Orton or someone from Legacy, lets hope it's a young guy who we haven't even seen yet. It would put them over and they could be the new face of the company. He will however though probably just retire on his own at 50

I have a feeling Cena will retire like Bret Hart was supposed to leave the WWF before the whole Montreal Screwjob, and how Trish left the WWE: Leaving as the Champion.

I think Cena won't have that "lose and I retire" match, but will be one to go out on top, winning a title or retaining at Wrestlemania. His first World Title and his last at Wrestlemania. Thing is, who knows how long it'll be. I don't see Cena hanging around too long though. I think he lasts another 15 years tops. He won't want to be one of those guys who hang on too long and lose any credibility they once had.

Simply put... whoever retires Cena... if he doesn't hurt himself in some fashion... likely hasn't even stepped into a WWE ring yet. Who cares anyway? This is so far down the road it's rediculous to even think about. It's AT LEAST 15 years away. Nobody thought back in 1994... I wonder who will retire Ric Flair? Dumb thread. It's superfail.

I can't believe everyone missed this, i mean its so painfully obvious to who is gonna retire John Cena......it will be none other than the Undertaker yup i said it

jus like ric flair undertaker will be around for a while and when cena reaches shawn micheals HOF status undertaker will come to "take his soul" and challange him at No Way Out or whatever it will be called by then to a retirement match undertaker will lose lights go out he disappears and cena is left standing

Then comes wrestlemania cena challenges for the belt an wins his 30 heavyweight championship then out of no where the lights go out the rings starts to burn like in the inferno matchs no way to get out flames go down then out lights come back up and there u see undertaker standing in the middle of the ring the gong sounds everything turns a cool blue then black and the Undertaker is gone along with Cena :worship:

If John Cena is retired by anyone I see it being an up and comer, if not of his own choosing, I mean why does someone have to be retired?

Can't he just walk away...no of course not because we would crucify him for not giving the rub...but then we will crucify him for rubbing the wrong person when he does...wow that sounded wrong...

Just My Opinion

I think Cena will have a career ending injury that will retire him. He'll go 4 an F-U (Or whatever the fuck u wanna call it) and tear his pec 4 the 50th time. Either that or Cripple H will book himself 2 retire him to boost his self-esteem.
