Who were The Texas Hangmen?

Sometimes late at night, ESPN will brodcast the AWA from the early '90's. SIDENOTE: Why doesn't Vince own these matches? Sidetrack over. Anyway there is a Tag Team called The Texas Hangmen: Psycho and Killer. They were big and nasty and hailed from Waco Texas, about 30 miles from where I live. My question is who were they under the mask? Did they go on to be known outside this gimmick?

Hey, I'm actually from Waco and would hear my dad talking about The Texas Hangmen. They were Mike Moran(Killer) & Frank Vizi (Psycho). They went to WCW, not much happened. Pyscho turned into Bull Pain, went to ECW, IWA, JCW and Chikara.
