Who Throws the Best Punch

klunderbunker

Welcome to My (And Not Sly's) House
Dedicated to my new hero, Joey Styles.

Almost every wrestler has a distinct way of throwing their punches. Hogan would grab the person by the head then throw an overhand right. Austin would hop and throw a sidearm punch with his whole arm making the same motion. Rock would pull his arm back and swing it around with his feet planted. Bubba Dudley hops and kind of spins his arm as he throws it.

So who do you like best, and it doesn't have to be on this list.

I like the Big Show's, mainly because he makes them look realistic. Triple H is up there. But they aren't the best, they are just the ones I can think of at the moment.

Rep for........no. I just can't do it.

I'll take Hogan. THey were cheesy and overacted, but they're legendary.

Have to go with Hogan...Rock's a close second...I liked when he imitated driving a motorcycle before he hit Taker at Vengeance in 2002

Other than Joey Styles I'll say the undertaker. They look stiff and make me cringe more consistently than any one else's punches.

I'd agree with The Undertaker.

The way he punches does add a lot of realism to it while he's actually barely touching his opponent. Looks very real.

Undertaker is pretty bad ass. I remember a shoot with Angle talking about Taker going stiff on him and putting him on his ass.

I like Kane's uppercuts, especially when Umaga was no-selling him because it looked like Kane lost it and hit him for real, although it probably wasnt it still looked good.

Like Lesnar talks about beating Angle as if it's an achievement when he was twice his size and half as old.

the difference being, when angle talked about Taker, it sounded like he liked it. I think the story goes something along the lines of sometime in 2000, Angle in a match smart mouthed with Taker about the fake sport, and Taker went stiff as could be on him. Of course Angle being a freak, he loved it.
