Okay, that was kinda marky! I thought you were talking about me. I was the only person really who brought facts in. I really liked the people who thought John Cena wasn't strong because they didn't like him and the guy with the physics lesson. My bad. I just get defensive because I'm one of the most hated guys at wrestlezone.

It's a toss up between Mark Henry and John Cena. Henry pressed Batista when he returned, and Cena gave Big Show the FU (and held it for a couple of seconds), both of which were very impressive. I'm not even a big fan of either, but I'll give credit where it's due.

I picked lashley, Henry did win the worlds strongest man, but that was like half a decade ago, and now he's all fat pretty much, but still pretty strong, Lashley is all muscle and natural, unlike Masters.

true cena isn't the stongest but height does have a lot to do with strength. i mean the bigger you are, the more mass you have. that's basically it. strength is all about force and force includes mass. the taller you are the more mass you possess, all simple physics.

U said that if u took height away from the Big show now even if u did take away from his height it wuld not have an affect on his weight and most definetely wouldnt have an affect on his strength if anything it would make him stronger because he would have more leverage so whats your point.

Like I said, some guys look strong. They are ripped. If your muscles are well defined, it has nothing to do with actual strength. Your strength is your ability to exert force on physical objects using muscles. It depends on many different factors, none of which are appearance. The competition was a while ago, but Mark Henry's lifts were:

Squat: 954lbs

Brench Press: 529lbs

Dead Lift: 903lbs
This was just a strongman competition and not the "world's strongest Man", so calling him that is a misnomer. I don't know if he can still lift that, but anyone that wants to be the strongest has to beat that...and not just look strong.

Let me shed some light on this misconception that Mark Henry is the strongest....have you taken a good look at him now compared to how he was when he won the "World's Strongest Man" title many years ago? When I see Henry, I see an obese man. Is he strong? Absolutely. All that power, no matter how much he let himself go, doesn't go away over night. I personally believe Cena and Batista are a helluva lot stronger. Can Henry lift Big Show onto his shoulders? Can Henry powerbomb Big Show without prematurely dropping him? Nope.

My ultimate pick is Batista. He has the same muscle definition (maybe better) than Cena, but Batista is taller and still built extremely well.

Don't get me wrong, I give Henry his props, but it's been many years since he was the Strongest Man, now, he is just one of the big dogs.

People usually link a person's strength to their ability to bench press or military press. I couldn't say for a fact that no one can lift(bench or military press) more than Mark Henry, but like I said, Cena has lifted the Big Show. I haven't seen Batista powerbomb the big show, so I can't comment on that. Batista is big, but like I said...you can't tell how strong someone is by just looking at them. That's how the term "deceptively strong" came about.

Mark henry can still lift that, mark henry aint that old he's in his early 30's i believe henry can power bomb big show and hoist big show over his shoulders, lifting a person over shoulder is easy, im 5'10 i weigh 190 i can bench bress 480 pounds i hoisted a 350 guy on my shoulders its easy you use your legs. henry is stronger then cena hell you people thinking gees. Batista has lot more muscles then cena batista is lot more stronger then cena. henry is stronger then both.

If you don't think that Cena is strong, then you are a mark. If you don't have facts, your statements are only based on beliefs and speculation. You're right. Putting a 500lb guy on your shoulders is pretty easy....if you can handle 500lbs. It's not like pressing that much, but it is still an impressive feat. It still is a show of strength. I don't know how much anyone can actually lift(except those old stats from Henry), so on an educated guess, you would have to say Mark Henry. You seem to think that Soul Crusher and I are not smart for mentioning Cena, but you start talking about height! Are you kidding me? Did you actually read anything in my posts besides the word "cena"? You say that you saw Batista lift 575 lbs, but it's hearsay unless you got some proof. I'm not saying that Kane or Big show or Lashley or even Masters are not strong guys. What I'm saying is, based on what I've seen or what has been documented, Mark Henry is the strongest. John Cena is also pretty strong too. Leg strength is still strength. Hold on. Let me quote me before I get into another stupid argument.

I'm quite shocked that the Undertaker wasn't even on this list. Sure, he's getting older, but the guy is still strong as hell. Giving Henry a tombstone is no small feat. Also, he probably isn't anymore, but Kane up until a few years ago had to be near the top.

As of right now, I'd say Lashley.

The reason Mizark Henry is considered the strongest, is that he only beats up jobbers, not REAL competitors like Bobby Lashley. As for my selection, i'd say Batista beats them all, even that candyass steroid boy, Chris Masters!

Of course lifting the most weights makes you strongest, I'm sure from the time mark won the worlds strongest man till now he's gotten stronger, as you get older you get stronger, i'm in my early 30's 33 ok, and im 30 % stronger then i was in my 20's, So if Henry keeps training the way he does since that time like hardcore he would be stronger. I know he's stronger then batista, I seen batista bench 575, so therfore henry can bench more since his early prime. Batista came down here in palms springs, when he was with evolution he was with hhh there working out togther. Batista strong has hell. I was gonna ask him how much can he bench press. i didnt wanna bother him besides he didnt look too happy. I counted the plates it took me half hour to add up the total i had ask for paper and pen which took me half hour to add, gees this what u get for not being in school for 20 years, anyways i added it to 575. I heard hhh told him don't always go to the max its the the qualty not quanty that makes the difference. And yes wrestling fake lot of it is a push from the other wrestler. speaking of powerbomb. Kevin nash power bombed big show 2 time first time nash powered bombed big show was a screw up he landed on his neck, second he power bombed show it was a good one. I don't think nither cena or batista can power bomb big show, he's too big. Nash and kane can, i seen kane body slammed big show. i seen kane tomb stoned big show this back in the 99. yes kane was once strong in his prime he's weaker now. it saids somewhere on the site that kane can only bench 450 now, back in prime im sure he can bench more. Kane's weaker. Henry can powerbomb show forsure he's got the size to do it.

Mark Henry has beaten the best if u didnt know, Like on friday he beat down chavo and rey, then the week before that he had rey beat but chavo cheated. the week before that he beat down Chris Benoit and put him out a few weeks before that he put kurt out then before that the last week in April he beat Rey in a non tilte matches. Now surely u dont think that those are jobbers.

Kane in his prime time can bench over 500 pounds, I read on a fan tribute site that Kane now only benches 450. Hell I even bench more then Kane. I seen him tombstone and body slam big show. and in order to do that he had to bench over 500. So my case Kane's gotten weaker or he doesn't max out anymore.
