Who is the one person you would like to see as World Champ but doubt will get it?

I have to say Christian on this one. I really don't think Vince is ever going to have the confidence to put the big strap on Christian's waist and it's really a damn shame. Christian is a big draw and when he gets the oppourtunities, he comes through on the microphone. I really hope he ends up winning the WWE or World Title though, that would be a miracle.

christian - has the ability but vince is not very keen on him so it is unlikely.

kane again - never got a proper wwe title reign and will unlikely get another.

hbk - deserves one more run, but wont get it as he stays away from the belt

I would want to see Shawn Michaels have one more World title reign, not the WWE title, that looks wierd, i want to see him with the World title...

someone who hasnt had the title, i would like to see Kane with a REAL title reign!

EDGE: Lol im playing guys...

Definitely Kane: but I wonder how long he can hold it..it not that he cant hold it for months, he needs more to his gimmick

Christian: If Edge can win 8, he should win at least 6...im just saying...

Going with Christian on this one. Would love to see a long Edge/Christian feud over the WHC. As tight as they are in real-life and with the whole E&C background, it would almost be as good as a well-done brother v. brother feud.

Really push Christian and have Edge start to get jealous. Play the whole "I carried you in our tag-team, now you just come back and expect everyone to love you..blah blah' line to kick it off. Their natural promo-talent would carry it from there.

Both these guys could really sell it. It beats Edge/Cena over and over.

I'd also like to throw in that Mr.Kennedy with the right push and all would make an amazing World Champion. Matt Hardy would be great to see as champ someday too.

MR KENNEDY should have been the future, had great momentum and then.....

Matt Hardy....NO! not a world champion, nor would i have him as a champion.

Good answers so far. I have a few...

Christian - Christian, we all know he deserves a world title reign and probably won't get it (As said, ECW doesnt count). He has fucking amazing mic skills and is in the best shape of his life. He has a sweet move set and can make others look like gold in a match. He could be believable as champion and could have incredible fueds over a major title with guys like Edge, Cena and Hardy... He's an amazing entertainer/wrestler and could do well with a decent world title push, fuck you Vince for being a terd.

Shelton Benjamin - Shelton as said is one of the most gifted athlete/wrestler on the entire roster. He has the look, the size and the persona of a world champ, why not capitalize on it. It sucks that he isnt motivated enough to get a push towards ME status but i know 90% of the IWC would love to see it.

Matt Hardy - I am a bit of a Hardy mark but more so for Jeff. I would not have said Matt until his heel turn, now i would fucking love to see his cocky ass win a world championship. He could have a decent run and the man can work work work work. He is reliable and could now be believable as a champion.

Kane - The man deserves so much more than a 24 fucking hour WWE Title reign. The guy has been loyal, hard working and consistantly helping the younger talent. He is DAMN believable as champion and the fans would love to see it. I'd love to see like a 3 month build up for him getting a #1 contenders spot and finally winning it again. And with talk of him retiring soon i want him to have another run, he damn sure deserves it.

Evan Bourne - I don't think he's ever going to get the big one but the man is exciting as hell. The match between him and Morrison the other night was for me the best match ECW has produced in over a year. The guy will have a decent career but i just dont see him getting the big one, although I'd love to see it.

Others that i thought about but think they will actually get a WHC or WWE championship are MVP, Morrison and CM Punk. Also i want another Jeff Hardy reign that is half fucking decent. WWE dropped the ball there and rushed it, oh well hopefully he get's another one and i think he will.

i agree on kane coz he is a really big guy to be jobbing to mysterio and he has history...i mean what is wwe trying to convince us by making a huge man like kane lose to rey.

i would have to go with HBK as well, weather he'll soon retire or not, i think he deserves it..he's a main eventer, he's got history and so on, so why not?and also before they left, i think flair and JBL should have had a shot at the title as well...not a very long one but at least a last shot...

jericho as well but maybe with a different gimmick...i like his current gimmick though, but not for titles

back to the topic, the person i would like to see as either wwe champion or WHC would be the big show...i mean, not a long reign like trips' but for maybe a month or two untill they find new #1 contenders for the tile...and i would like to see kozlov as the us champion...that would piss alot of people off

the way i see it after the draft, if cena stays on raw and either the wwe or whc goes to smackdown, then there will definately be no chance in anyone getting title shots other than trips, batista, orton and cena

Evan Bourne. He's too small and lacks the mic skills necessary to be a world champion. That's completely overlooking the fact that once he steps between the ropes he is explosive, crisp, quick, and clean. One of the most entertaining performers alive today, and I think it's a damn shame that he won't ever sniff at a major title. I just don't see the strap going on someone who weighs less than 200lbs and isn't Rey Mysterio. It's bullshit IMO, but don't put any money on Bourne actually winning WWE or WHC title. Compete for it, probably. Put on one hell of a display in his attempts, guaranteed. Win the match and get the belt, not likely. It's disappointing really because I don't think Bourne knows how to give anything less than 100% once the bell rings. That may also be a downfall because ME competitors tend to get their in-ring style watered down (see Jeff Hardy or even Edge) which is something that would ruin Bourne's gimmick and quite possibly run off a large chunk of his fan base.

William Regal. If he ever got the push he had before being suspended, he'd make a great transitional champion. But now his thunder's all but gone, and I doubt we'll see anything resembling the Regal that submitted CM Punk. It's sad, too.

So i decided to elimate anyone that was already mentioned like Matt Hardy, Christian, Kennedy, Carlito(yeah i think he has it in him), Shelton Benjamin, and John Morrison

Put i am gonna go on another path and go with guys that have truley never been World Heavy Weight Champion mind long title runs or just transitional champs.

MvpI cant beileve he wasnt mention but with his recent face turn I beileve he could be a champion by the close of 2010.

UmagaI know some people might be thinking WTF but when is the last time we had a turnly monster like champion, I think it would be kinda interesting and if you wanna start about not enough mic skills, The Great Khali was World Champion need I say more.

Kofi KingstonHes young, sometime along his career, which will be a bright one, seeing him with a World Title run.

Cody Rhodes/TedDiBiaseSorta the same thing we saw with Batista and Randy Orton be apart of a stable and later break out into World Titles of course way later on in there careers maybe even see them feud over a World Title.

FinalyJust because I think hes a great veteran of the ring and would be great to seem have one big moment.

Mark HenryAlot people may disagree with me on this one but I think he works more, on his mic skills, and a better manger nothing against Tony Atlas but whens the last time we saw a new manager come along like the Jimmy Hearts and The Brains of old. But give him a title reign to destory a roster or just transiton to another. Hes been with the WWE for a long time be nice to see.

I know his name has been mentioned frequently, but I don't care.

Shelton Benjamin- This guy is one of the best wrestlers in the world. He always puts on an athletic show in his matches. He's one of those guys that make "Sports Entertainment" look like actual athletic competition. He's actually exciting to watch.

I think the knocks on him aren't as bad as people make them out to be.

They say he lacks mic skills and personality. IMO, his personality comes out in the ring during his matches. I think he's good on the mic, but that's the problem. He's just good. He's not great. I've seen plenty of good promos from the guy.

There's also a knock on his rumored lack of motivation. It's been rumored he was offered a main event spot, but turned it down because he was satisfied with his role in the WWE. You can see that as a negative. All wrestlers should want to be in the Main Event. You can also see that as a positive. Maybe he thinks he needs to improve before he rose up the Ladder.

Either way, he's one of the most deserving guys in the company.

He's been busting his ass for almost a decade. He damn near broke his neck diving off the ladder at Wrestlemania. I think stuff like that deserves to be rewarded.

He doesn't have to win the World Championship. I'd be happy if he took the role of the guy who chases the title, yet comes up short.

I agree Regal is a great choice as hes talented and can play both the heel and the face roles well and hes been around forever and wrestled all over the world. He is a great choice but i know a guy who would make an even better champion and as of the draft might finally have a chance to put his comedy routine behind him. It's simple.

Finlay

Hes as good a wrestler as anyone. He makes a much better heel.I remember watching him destroy people in the WCW in a Junkyard Brawl for the hardcore title they had.Finlay is way under-utilized.Him and Regal are both getting up there and will no doubt make good agents one day for whatever companies they stay with.I find it crazy that neither one of these 2 have held a heavyweight championship for a major promotion as long as they have been around(at least to my knowledge)

Matt Hardy obviously.Look at all hes been threw. He been loyal to the WWE.They wont have to worry about him coming back dirty on a drug screen. He can be a fan favorite. As a heel hes more entertaining to me.With this recent heel turn and the draft only time will tell if he will ever get the big title.Would have been much better tho if he stayed on Smackdown and took it from Edge.Them two have a history and the match could have been great.

Shelton Benjamin or John Morrison

my thoughts exactly O_O

Shelton is deffinatly a good enough wrestler to get a wolrd title but i guess he could work on his mic abilities a bit.

Morrison, in my opinion, is completely ready. Hes got the athleticism, the charisma AND the mic skills.

MVP plain and simple, best character in WWE, he's a stud in the ring as well, don't forget he held his own against benoit at WM23.

I never really understood what people like about MVP - he always seemed average/mediocre, the ring attire he wears while unique is a bit corny ( under guard type thing ) and his in-ring performance isn't that great - compared to someone like say, Morrison. He just doesn't have that same presence that a champion would - think of a Rock promo, and compare that to an MVP promo.

I agree that Kane deserves at least a good run as the World/WWE Champion. His first and only "reign" doesn't even count as a reign. The writers should let Kane defeat Edge somewhere down the line. Then him and Undertaker have an epic feud over the title. I know it's been done before, but this is 2009 and those two should go at it again since they are almost at the end of the road when it comes to their wrestling careers.

I've always heard Undertaker would let Kane defeat him at WrestleMania. Maybe they could start their feud around Survivor Series this year, and both wrestle at 'Mania 26 in Phoenix.
